1. I received the wrong baby doll. I would like to return it and get the one I originally ordered. 2. I ordered a 4-piece bath set but only received the shower curtain. I would like to receive the rest of the bath set. 3. The lipstick I received is the wrong color; I got an ugly dark shade instead of the nude I ordered. 4. The 3D comforter set I ordered in queen size red is nothing like the picture. It is cheaply made and doesn't look like a bedspread at all – more like a curtain or sheet. I want to return it and possibly order a real comforter set, even if it's different. Thank you! P.S. The other items I ordered, like the King and Queen shirts, booty shorts, and makeup brushes, were great and I am very satisfied. :)

On June 6th, I, Timna T., placed orders on Wish.com from my cell phone. I have received the 8-in-1 eyebrow shaping template, two bottles of ghost bond glue for lace front wigs, and the [redacted] new body shaper butt lift panty. However, I haven't received the two lace front wigs yet, which were supposed to be delivered by today, June 28th. My debit card was charged $[redacted].00 for the human hair lace front wig, but I only received a $16.00 wig on June 23rd. I received a wig that I never ordered. I was also asked for more money. I have experienced multiple issues with Wish. On June 7th, [redacted], I ordered a 26-inch 21-speed foldable electric power mountain bike in black. The website claims it was delivered to a parcel locker on June 29th, but didn't provide the locker's location. This lack of information has left me without my order and out of money. Wish appears to be a scam since I've encountered this problem numerous times before. My correct address is on my account, so I expect the bike to be delivered there. I am frustrated and want to know the parcel locker's location so I can retrieve my order. My name is Robert C., and I am extremely upset about this recurring issue with Wish. If this matter isn't resolved, I am considering reporting Wish to the Better Business Bureau with a negative review.

I have been experiencing issues with my recent orders on wish.com. I kindly request that you correct the error on my account by sending me the last item I purchased. The item in question is an 18 ball bearing bait casting reel. If you are able to rectify this mistake, I will continue using your site. However, if this matter is not resolved, I will need to take my business elsewhere after having spent thousands of dollars on your platform over the years. I would also be unable to recommend your site to any of my friends. I hope for a swift resolution so that I can continue to support wish.com. Thank you.

I have a visual impairment and encountered an issue with my recent order. I unintentionally purchased items I had previously clicked on but did not want. The items that arrived, including a bag that I like but clothes that are too small, seem to have been all processed together. I suspect it might be due to the system retaining my past selections. I am disappointed with a recent order I placed with your company. I feel like I've been deceived and taken advantage of. I placed an order last night for a few items at 50 cents each, but the price was changed without my knowledge to the original expensive perfume "Illicit" by Jimmy Choo. I cannot afford such an expensive item and would never have intentionally ordered it. I realized the mistake when I checked my bank account earlier and attempted to cancel the order immediately, but was unable to due to the time frame restrictions. The order hasn't even been shipped yet, so I kindly request that you cancel it for me. I have recommended your store to friends and coworkers, but this experience has left me feeling let down. I hope you can resolve this issue promptly and consider how to retain customers like me who prefer your store over others.

I placed an order on the 4th and $73.93 was deducted from my account without my authorization. This money is from my insurance and I need it back. I have been trying to cancel the order since I noticed the charge at the bank; it seems suspicious. The order was for "Illicit" by Jimmy Choo. I only agreed to a 50 cent promotion, not $57.00 for perfume plus $12.00 for shipping and $4.18 for taxes. There is no tracking number indicating it has been shipped. Please refund this bill money back into my account promptly. I have always been a loyal customer and do not deserve this treatment. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to warn others online about your unauthorized charges. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I purchased a metal detector, a mini refrigerator, and a bow with arrows, but only received the arrows. Despite living in a rural area where theft is unlikely, the items never arrived. I spent a significant amount on these products and would like either the items or a refund. Additionally, I ordered a 125cc motorbike for my son, costing over $[redacted] after taxes and delivery fees. Shortly after debiting my card, I was informed the bike was no longer available. I opted for a refund rather than alternative products, and while I received $[redacted], I am puzzled why $60 was not refunded. I believe this is unfair as the item's unavailability was not my fault. It has become a pattern for Wish to either not send items or declare them unavailable after payment, resulting in unexpected charges. I am a loyal customer and need this resolved promptly to provide for my four children. Your assistance in rectifying these errors and refunding the remaining $60 would be greatly appreciated.

On November 26th of last year, I purchased a zip-up dress. I requested a refund on the same day I received the item, and I have not received my money back yet. I paid €5.95 at the post office to return the dress. I have confirmed with the post office that the product arrived safely at the Wish Return Center. The dress cost me €6. It seems unreasonable that 8 months have passed without a refund. I do not plan on buying anything else from Wish until I receive my money back. Quite dissatisfied with the service. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I had with a recent purchase. I bought a transparent tent for $53,[redacted].20, but instead, I received a cheap kitchen towel. Even after informing the seller and returning the towel as instructed, I have not received the correct item or a refund. I would like to report an issue with a recent purchase I made through your platform. I ordered a transparent tent for $53,[redacted].20 but received a cheap kitchen cloth instead. I promptly notified Wish chat support and was advised to return the cloth in order to receive a refund. I have proof of shipment, including photos of the package being received by Mexican postal workers. Despite reassurances of a refund by July 7th, I have yet to receive the reimbursement. I find it frustrating that I am being labeled as dishonest for simply seeking a resolution to this mix-up. I received my order, but all the items are too small and not the quality I expected based on your website. I would like to return everything for a full refund with no cost to me. Please refund the money back to my bank account promptly. I have been following the return instructions provided in the order history as instructed since June 19th, completing all 9 items even though they were in one package. However, I am facing issues when trying to add photos for the return process. I have pictures of all items in my order history, even if I can't add them now. Nevertheless, the main concern remains the poor fit and quality, and I am eager to get my refund as soon as possible. It feels like there are delays to push past the 30-day refund deadline, which is disappointing and unprofessional business practice.

I ordered an XS bathing suit back in April, and they sent me a 4XL one. I returned it and explained the situation, but they keep requesting the receipt and a picture of the bathing suit. I've sent everything they asked for and followed up multiple times, but all they say is that my refund window is closed. I suggested getting a replacement, but they only mention the closed refund window and ask for the receipt. It's been 2 months, and I feel frustrated as I can't get my money back or a replacement for the item. It's disappointing to see my hard-earned money go to waste.

I recently purchased a 3Apixal phone that was supposed to be completely unlocked. However, upon receiving it, I discovered it has a Simlock. I need the Sim unlock code or the correct unlocked phone sent to me as originally promised. I'm frustrated with receiving locked phones multiple times. Please provide me with the necessary code, as I'm unwilling to incur any additional costs for returning the phone. I am a bit confused about an issue I discussed with a representative. They asked me to fill out something and said they would follow up, but many things appeared on my screen afterward which left me puzzled. I am having trouble contacting customer service directly and unexpectedly, a list of complaints came up. I have encountered problems with a couple of orders - one from a few months ago and another claimed to be delivered on June 17th, which I never received. The items were a portable ice maker and a backpack. However, what concerns me the most is the possible connection with my Visa card and account problems. In short, I explained the misunderstanding and hope to resolve things with the company, even if I no longer possess the Visa card and don't intend to have it again.

I have made purchases on wish.com and have generally been satisfied. Recently, there was a charge of $[redacted].88 from wish.com on 1/26/21 on my Capital One statement. I have been discussing disputing this charge as my wife was the one who made purchases around that date and she strongly denies this specific charge. Capital One mentioned that wish.com provided evidence of an order for $[redacted].88, but I find it hard to believe as we never received any items for that amount. My wife and I, both over 70 and disabled, rely solely on social security for income and would never make such a costly purchase. We are not able to pay this amount, and I want to highlight that we never received the items – otherwise, we would have returned them immediately.

I recently canceled my PayPal dispute as advised by Wish Support. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the item I ordered from wish.com. The tracking number provided does not match my address, and someone named R. Ramirez signed for the package at a different address. I contacted FedEx, and their representative, Joe, informed me that the package was delivered to a different resident on West Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale, IL. The sender was "Just the Right Stuff" from Rochester. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach out to the Wish.com vendor, JohnsonGoods. I have submitted a support ticket to Wish.com and they have informed me it will take 2-3 days to address my concerns. My shipping address is Christopher Goldman at [redacted] Stoneybrook Ln Apt 3F, Bloomingdale, Illinois [redacted], while the package was mistakenly sent to R. Ramirez at an unknown West Army Trail Rd address.

I made purchases on Wish, which were shipped together by Hermes. Despite the tracking showing delivery, I can't locate the package and Hermes hasn't provided sufficient proof. I'm requesting the evidence of delivery to verify the address or a refund. The Hermes tracking number is T00D7A[redacted]. I'm frustrated by the lack of assistance and seek resolution.
