I need assistance with a prolonged issue I've been facing for over two months. I have repeatedly requested for my account to be suspended due to unauthorized charges totaling thousands of dollars taken from my bank account. Despite contacting customer service and explaining that I have not been receiving any of the ordered items, my account remains active and products continue to be shipped. The only reason I made these purchases was to replace belongings lost in a house fire. I have not received any assistance and no one has reached out to me for resolution. I just want either the orders I placed or a refund for the undelivered items. It's been an ongoing struggle to get help despite contacting customer service regularly. I bought a dressing gown for $29 on April 14, [redacted], but my bank account was charged $[redacted] instead. I've received 2 items, though customer support claims they resolved the issue but I can't access the messages. Today, I tried contacting customer support and was directed to a site asking for a $5 enlistment fee to resolve the issue. I simply want a refund for the overcharge and information on returning the extra item. This situation has been frustrating, and it makes me hesitant to shop on the site again.

I placed an order with Wish on May 1st and paid with my debit card. The package was supposed to arrive on May 17th at 5:30, then on May 20th at 3:30, but they claim it has been delivered, which I haven't received. They mentioned refunding me, but I haven't seen the packages. I asked them to resend the missing items or refund me, but I feel like they took my money without sending anything. I want to speak with someone from the company. I've contacted them but haven't received a satisfactory response. I'm frustrated and want a resolution. If someone could call me back at [redacted], I would appreciate it. I just want the items I paid for or a refund. If this isn't resolved, I will contact my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau today.

I ordered two items from Wish, but they were not what I expected when they arrived. After contacting Wish, they approved a return, but I have yet to receive the return labels. Despite daily messages, they insist they have sent them, yet I have not received any labels. I am frustrated as they have been able to send other messages to me. I am requesting a full refund for my money, along with two separate return labels; one for tennis shoes and the other for a wig that did not match the online picture. Hello, I recently purchased a treadmill with the order number Lyq456133 and made the first payment upon ordering with two installments scheduled for June 18. I was informed by Wish that my package was delivered to my letterbox. However, a treadmill conveyor belt cannot fit into a letterbox. Following Wish's recommendation, I checked with the carrier post office, and they confirmed that the parcel was not there. They researched the delivery number 6A[redacted]3 and found it was not in the 91 area but in the 44 area. Despite my efforts, I was unable to locate the parcel. I have requested a refund or for the treadmill to be redelivered. Wish stated that they would contact me within 2 to 3 days, but I have not heard back yet. Article Details I purchased the KUU-K1 15.6-inch Core i5-5257U CPU Laptop with 8GB RAM + 512GB SSD and a 1080P IPS display running Windows 10. The laptop was advertised for $47.00 along with a 1TB memory card, costing $12.00 for shipping. I only received the memory card and not the laptop as described, which is misleading. Additionally, I can find a 1TB memory card for as low as $7.00 elsewhere. I hope this is just an error and not deceptive advertising. If I have been charged for only the memory card, I request a refund for the amount paid and instructions on where to return the received item. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sara Daniela Murcia. I am requesting a response to the inquiries I have made in the past days. I have reached out to you more than 15 times via SUPPORT MESSAGE. I am upset and disappointed with the customer service and the data policies that Wish provides. My card was linked to my personal Wish account, and on April 30th, an unauthorized purchase of $35.13 was made, which I immediately reported upon receiving the alert on my phone. I was assured of a full refund to my Visa card ending in xxxx9948 by May 14th, which did not happen. Despite contacting my financial institution, they confirmed that no refund was issued by Wish. I have repeatedly contacted support with no satisfactory response, just generic replies. I request documented proof of the refund as my bank statements show no reimbursement. I've been trying to make a credit card payment for items in my cart for months, but keep encountering a payment processing issue. I placed a large order on Wish.com for multiple items. When I inquired about each item, I was patient when asked to wait longer. For some non-urgent items, I received refunds. However, when I sought refunds for more critical and expensive items after waiting, my account was suddenly flagged. Now, I have been informed that the 30-day delivery window has passed. I am adamant about receiving a refund or the items promptly. I followed the advice given to me but now face this issue. I purchased a 20L water/alcohol distiller from Wish on December 13, [redacted], with Order ID: 5fd579112aa9a70bda770474. I received the item before Christmas. Unfortunately, the 20L boiler I received had welding issues inside, which I noticed when it started leaking last month. I have been in contact with Wish customer service for over a month, but I'm having trouble opening a ticket through the app or website as instructed. Despite sending screenshots and photos of the damaged item, the customer service replies have been unhelpful and repetitive, which is frustrating. The refund/return period has passed, but I believe a stainless steel product like this should last longer than a few months. Yesterday, an order was placed for £[redacted], with order number 60cbs3ade6f01033fab44be53. The amount charged was incorrect. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but was told to cancel each item individually. However, some items were already canceled while I was in the process. Now I am being told I cannot cancel the remaining items which is not right as I have the legal right to cancel the whole order due to unexpected prices. Despite my attempts, I keep receiving notifications that the items are being processed for shipping. I also reached out via email and online support at wish.com yesterday to request cancellation due to bank issues. Please stop processing and refund the full amount as soon as possible to avoid any unauthorized charges. Additionally, I had trouble with my Wish account password today and had to reset it. I've been spending a lot of time on your website trying to purchase the "Swimline Hydrotools 12" above ground swimming pool sand filter pump filter" for $[redacted] with a coupon. I initially tried ordering it with a credit card ending in [redacted], knowing there wasn't enough to cover the cost. I then tried with a different card ending in [redacted] but got frustrated and thought I canceled those orders. Eventually, I placed the order with the latter card but had trouble applying a Wish deal coupon as the system said I used it too many times. Hello, I have encountered an issue where a recent order is no longer showing up in the order history, although it is ready for pickup at the store. It seems to have been deleted. Three days ago, I received an email notifying me that the package is ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I am unable to generate a QR code for it as the email does not contain one. The order cannot be located in the order history. The items include a yellow dress, a hard drive, and an LED light strip. I have been unsuccessful in accessing any information about this order. Having contacted customer support multiple times without a resolution, I am reaching out to request your assistance. I would like to collect my package. Good morning, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the shipment LT[redacted]59NL, which corresponds to a pair of Jordan sneakers I purchased on April 30. According to the Wish app, they were supposed to arrive by the weekend of May 30 as they were coming from the U.S. I checked the website regularly as I didn't know which courier company would be delivering them, but there was no update. Over the weekend and by Wednesday, June 2, I visited several courier services in my city, Manresa, until I was informed at the Post Office that the package had been delivered by Correos Express and was returned on June 1. It arrived two weeks earlier than indicated on the platform, on May 17, and I was supposedly notified by SMS. However, I have no record of receiving any SMS from Correos Express. I have attached the delivery tracking information for your reference and I am eager to see how we can resolve this error. The sneakers were meant as a gift for my nephew, I paid for them, and yet I have not received any notification or information on how to retrieve them or where they are currently located. I placed my order on May 11th, [redacted], for 2 orders totaling $[redacted].64 and $3.22. I selected pickup at Crazy Lady's Thrift Store in SLC, Utah, expecting the arrival on June 11th. However, I was notified on June 14th that it was delivered. When I contacted Crazy Lady on June 15th, they confirmed my orders were there but couldn't be picked up due to Wish's system being disabled. The store was waiting for Wish to instruct where to send the orders. I reached out to Wish's help center, expressing my frustration at not being informed where to pick up my items. I wanted my orders, not a refund, especially since some items were gifts. I believe Wish should have covered the cost to send the orders to my address and not refunded a part of the amount. I still expect $18.33 from the total. Wish needs to rectify this situation at their expense, considering they were at fault.

I have experienced repeated issues with delivery failures when ordering from Wish. I have encountered this problem multiple times. I placed an order for a 20-piece mixed color nose rings set, a 2-piece fashion steel nostril nose hoop, and a health and safety sterile disposable ear and nose piercing kit. The tracking status showed that the delivery was out for delivery on June 26, [redacted], but ultimately resulted in a delivery failure. I have also faced delays in receiving my sunglasses, which took three months to arrive, prompting me to request a refund. The ongoing delivery failures with Wish have been frustrating, and it is disappointing that the orders are not being fulfilled reliably. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am apprehensive about spending money on items that may never reach me.
