My home phone has been down since August 30, [redacted]. I have been trying multiple times to get this problem fixed, but excuses are always given. A technician was scheduled to come to my address at 66 Humble Street between 2 and 4 PM, but they never showed up. I reached out again, and I was informed that they had no available technician to repair the line. I urgently need this problem resolved. My landline phone at 66 Humble Street has been out since August 30, [redacted]. Despite several attempts to resolve this issue, it remains unresolved. My son, who resides there, is only available from 9 PM onwards due to his work schedule. Given my inability to be physically present due to being bedridden, I had requested appointments be scheduled on his days off, which was agreed upon. Unfortunately, the technician did not show up as promised, and I was informed that there was no available staff. Our internet went out around 3:30 pm today. There was a company digging near the green tower in our yard, so we suspect they may have caused the issue. My husband spoke to a representative who scheduled a technician for Tuesday, but I'm hoping we can get assistance sooner. I'm home with my sick children, and without internet, we have no entertainment options for them. It would be a huge help if a technician could come tomorrow instead. Thank you!

Our internet went out around 3:30 today. There were workers from another internet provider digging near the green tower in our yard when the internet stopped working. My husband spoke to a representative, and they mentioned that the soonest they could send someone to repair it would be Tuesday. I was hoping to check if it's possible to have a technician come tomorrow instead. I am at home looking after my unwell kids, and without the internet, we don't have access to TV or tablets. Your help in scheduling a visit for tomorrow would be greatly appreciated!

I need to set up Internet at [redacted] Faubush Norfleet Rd, Nancy, KY [redacted]. There's a complication because the neighbor behind me had a Windstream technician mistakenly connect the line meant for my house to his barn. He has since been assigned his own address at [redacted] Faubush Norfleet Rd. He is currently using internet registered under his late mother, Betty P. I urgently need internet for remote work and would appreciate assistance resolving this issue.

I am experiencing a significant increase in my monthly charges without prior agreement. After being a loyal customer for 30 years with one phone line, it is frustrating to see my bill double without appropriate notification or approval. Despite trying to reach a customer service representative in the US to address this issue, I have been unable to connect with anyone. Windstream's lack of communication and customer care is disappointing, and I expect to be charged the correct amount before the sudden increase.
