I bought an oven two and a half years ago. I've had to contact Whirlpool three times in the first two years as the oven was not working correctly. After two repair visits, I asked for a replacement during the third call since the warranty would soon expire. Instead of a replacement, they sent another technician to fix it. They assured me they would replace it if it broke again, which it has. When I called this time, I was informed to buy a new oven as they would not offer a replacement. I feel like I should have received a replacement during the third interaction and now I am disappointed and frustrated with how this has been handled.

We received a user guide for our new refrigerator, but unfortunately, it does not match our model number, WRS312SNHW. The illustrations are incorrect, and the instructions are unclear. A clearer instruction like "Press Temp Setting until the green light appears at your desired setting" would have been helpful. We are disappointed in Whirlpool for the confusion and inconvenience in finding answers to our questions. When we first installed the refrigerator, there was a constant hum that concerned us. It is challenging to speak with a representative as I tried multiple numbers and received unclear responses. One call even mentioned they do not offer weekend assistance. I bought this 4.8 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Chrome Shadow Top Load Washer with Built-In Water Faucet and Intuitive Touch Controls from Home Depot on 8-4-19. We have a problem as we are receiving an LF code indicating it's not getting enough water. The washing machine isn't dissolving pods or finishing a cycle. I've inspected the hoses, and they're clear. The water pressure in the house elsewhere seems fine. Unsure what to do next to resolve this issue.

I have been trying to get answers via email regarding a poorly-designed Whirlpool Dryer that is under a year old. Waiting on hold only leads me to scheduling service, but I would like to discuss reimbursement for this subpar dryer and the expenses we incurred for a temporary solution. The lint filter is ineffective, which led to our vent system getting clogged, making a thick, cement-like mixture with the moisture from the wet laundry. I have a 7-year-old Whirlpool Gold electric stove. On October 3, [redacted], while preheating the oven to [redacted] degrees, I witnessed flames shooting up from the heating element on the right side. This was a terrifying experience, especially considering my 84-year-old husband was napping at the time. This incident could have been catastrophic if I had left the kitchen. Just the day before, the oven was working fine. We had the heating element fixed in the first four years, and now, three years later, it caught on fire. When we remodeled our kitchen seven years ago, we purchased all Whirlpool Gold appliances from Lowe's. Although they have serviced our appliances before, we have never encountered such a dangerous situation. We are hesitant to get this one fixed again, especially with the holidays approaching. We are hoping for a replacement for this stove.

I purchased a new washer from a store in August. Shortly after minimal use, the appliance began displaying errors. Here is a summary of the repairs conducted since then:
1. Water sensor malfunctioned: The sensor failed to detect water, resulting in long fill errors and other issues.
2. Rattling noise during wash cycles: Despite efforts made to address it, a chain-like sound persisted.

I've been experiencing some issues with my WRX988SIBE01 refrigerator lately. About three weeks ago, the ice maker got jammed and wouldn't dispense ice. Hello, on June 5th, [redacted], Ronald & Virginia Davis purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator model WRT311FZDW01 at Home Depot in Show Low, AZ. Despite receiving the delivery on June 10th from Phoenix, AZ, the refrigerator had issues with door placement and handle stripping. Within a month, they experienced food spoilage due to temperature settings not being adjusted correctly by the delivery team. Despite subsequent repair efforts by technicians named Rick and Tyrone from Digital Warrior Appliance Repair, the refrigerator continued to malfunction. After multiple failed repair attempts and lost food, Ronald & Virginia Davis seek guidance on getting a replacement refrigerator from Whirlpool. Good Evening, I purchased a stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator 2 years ago from Lowes. I have always trusted the Whirlpool brand, as my Grandma and Mom also own Whirlpool appliances. However, I was shocked to discover that my 2-year-old refrigerator freezer is now showing signs of rust on both the freezer and refrigerator doors, despite using the appropriate cleaner. I am extremely disappointed in this as I believed in the quality of your product. I paid a significant amount of money for a refrigerator that now has rust spots. I will need to replace this fridge and unfortunately, I will not be considering Whirlpool for future purchases. My new $[redacted].00 washing machine won't start, becoming the second faulty unit in four months. Despite waiting a month for the first one that never worked, the second machine arrived three weeks ago. The resources team has been unable to find a service technician for two weeks, causing a major inconvenience since the machine broke shortly after the birth of our twins. When I start the washer, the door locked light comes on and the draining/unlocking light flashes. After about 3 minutes, the lights turn off, and then the washer goes into the regular wash cycle within a few seconds. The wash cycle completes as expected. I'm wondering if there might be a sensor issue preventing it from starting up correctly. The model number is WFC7500VW1, and the serial number is CD[redacted]1.

I own a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator model GS6NBE/GF6NFE. The water calibration seems to be inaccurate. I have already replaced the filter, which didn't fix the issue. I attempted to reset the measure fill function but couldn't find instructions online for our control panel. The dispenser is giving out 1 1/4 cups instead of a cup when measuring. When I simply fill a measuring cup without pre-measuring, the amount dispensed is inconsistent. I am questioning if this is a line problem or something else.

My Whirlpool gas hot water heater, which is almost three years old with a 5-year warranty, isn't functioning properly. The pilot light is refusing to ignite. The thermo switch/sensor on the bottom burner seems faulty, and I couldn't locate a replacement as it goes by different names. I have been dealing with Diamond Repair in St. Louis for over two months regarding a new refrigerator. They have made several attempts to repair it, visiting my house 6-7 times. Despite their efforts, the fridge is no longer cooling properly after their last visit last Friday. The appliance was functioning fine before. I recently purchased a computer control module, produced by Whirlpool, specifically for my Kenmore dishwasher with part number W[redacted]6A. I have been consistently encouraged to buy the updated version, part number W[redacted]2 REV D, that looks the same but has 8 instead of 6 wire clusters. I am unsure how to proceed as I don't know if leaving the extra connectors empty is acceptable. The colors of the wiring on both models are the same except for the additional ports which are GRY/BU and RED/BLK.
