I visited Wendy's at [redacted] E Tremont Avenue in Bronx, NY on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. As a senior citizen, I noticed a difference in treatment as the lobby remains locked until 9:30 am. This forces me to wait in line at the drive-through window with cars. On Friday at 7 a.m., the lobby was locked, on Saturday at 10 a.m. as well, and today, Monday, at 8 a.m. When I approached the window, I was told someone was ahead of me, although there was no one in line. Many seniors, including myself, would appreciate the opportunity to purchase breakfast early. I hope Wendy's can investigate why the lobby is closed during breakfast hours. Not having a car makes it difficult for individuals to access breakfast before 9:30 a.m. There seems to be a loss of potential customers due to this issue.

I ordered at Wendy's in Barry, Illinois through the drive-thru. We waited for about twenty minutes, but our order was completely messed up and all the food was cold. My Biggie bag had no bacon, and my partner's Dave's burger had bacon even though it wasn't supposed to. We ordered one Coke and one root beer, but we received two root beers instead. We thought about going back, but we didn't want to wait another twenty to thirty minutes. We felt like we spent our money on something we couldn't even enjoy. I'll leave it up to your company to decide how to address our disappointment.

I am disappointed with the service at Weny's located at [redacted] East Tremont Avenue in Bronx, NY. The drive-through window opens at 7 a.m., but the lobby doesn't open until 9:30 a.m., leaving me and other customers waiting in line with cars. The drive-through attendant lacks respect and suggests deferring concerns to management. As a 68-year-old, I expect better treatment and access to the establishment at the same time as the drive-through. This delay is frustrating, especially when other fast-food chains like McDonald's and Burger King don't have this issue. I have tried to voice my concerns by calling but waiting times are excessive, making me feel unheard and unimportant. I believe customers, especially seniors, deserve better treatment and hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

The manager (Mike) at Wendy's on Silverbell and Saint Mary's in Tucson confronted me (Cosmo) with a knife when I left the store after a dispute over missing bacon in my order. His team members supported him instead of intervening. When I returned to address the issue, Mike was unprofessional and disrespectful, causing a scene. It's concerning that he was previously fired from another fast-food chain. This behavior could harm your business and community's safety. I visited Wendy's for breakfast before going to church last week around 7:10 a.m. I ordered a sausage biscuit and French fries. Despite only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru, I waited over 20 minutes. The biscuit I received was undercooked and doughy, and there were only five French fries in the bag. This experience was disappointing. A week earlier, my daughter picked up chili from Wendy's for me, and it was lacking beans, cheese, hot sauce, and had very little meat. I have decided not to return to Wendy's. It's unfortunate as Wendy's used to be a good option for me, but not anymore.

I have had several negative encounters with an employee named Quanita at store#[redacted] on [redacted] W Main St in Lancaster, South Carolina [redacted]. She consistently displays rude and disrespectful behavior towards customers, which has been ongoing. Despite initially giving her the benefit of the doubt, it has become clear that her attitude is consistently poor. Today, I even witnessed her getting into an argument with a customer at the drive-thru, using profanity while children were present. This behavior reflects poorly on the store, with people even warning others on Facebook to avoid this location due to her behavior. As a regular customer, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing this establishment as long as she is employed there. I am currently on hold attempting to lodge a complaint via the 1-[redacted] number, having been waiting for over 45 minutes now.

I've encountered issues at Wendy's on Hampton and Illinois. Twice now, I've ordered kids' meals and either my drinks or fries were missing from my order. One time, an employee at the drive-thru seemed irritated when I couldn't hear her properly over my grandchild. The exchange became tense, and when I received my order, my crackers were all crushed up. When I inquired about my missing medium fries, they said I had to specify a day to collect them. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make it back. As a grandmother of six or seven grandchildren, I watch every penny. I've been trying to reach customer service since Thanksgiving week, attempting to get a refund but haven't been able to get through to anyone.

My son, Gilbert G., began working for Wendy's in mid-October in Countryside, Illinois, at [redacted] W 55th St. Unfortunately, he has not received his paycheck yet. Despite speaking with the manager multiple times over the past month, each time we are told it would be resolved by Monday, yet the pay never arrives. I wanted to share my recent experience at the Wendy's in Arundel Mills, Hanover, Maryland. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, which has deterred me from visiting Wendy's again. I tried contacting their customer service line but was unable to reach anyone, even after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. It's disappointing that this seems to be a recurring issue as I've heard of several Wendy's locations closing down. If improvements are not made, it's possible we'll see more Wendy's shutting their doors in the future.

Today, I visited the Wendy's on West Broadway in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At the drive-through, there was a long wait to place my order. When it was finally my turn, I had to wait for 8 minutes with my window down after being told to wait for a minute in a rude manner. The employee at the window did not inform me of the total price and lacked professionalism. After taking my card for payment, she didn't speak and closed the window, leaving me waiting in the cold. When she returned my card without the food or a receipt, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes to request ketchup, only to be told they were out. The service was rude and unprofessional, with the employee using inappropriate language towards other customers.

I recently placed an order at store [redacted] for a double bacon big classic with a request for the bun to be Double Toasted. At the drive-thru window, I inquired about the french fries, asking for hot and fresh fries, to which the worker assured me they were. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have experienced receiving cold, greasy fries. Furthermore, the hamburger bun felt ice cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. I am truly dissatisfied as a customer. It is imperative for the quality control and standards at this store to improve. Employees should focus on ensuring orders are prepared correctly the first time, rather than rushing customers along without addressing their concerns.

I visited a store on Cottman Avenue that had hiring signs up. When I inquired about job opportunities and asked to speak to a manager, the employees at the window were extremely rude and even had a young man swear at me. I have experience working at Wendy's and wanted to transfer from Oaks to this location, but the behavior of the employees was so disrespectful that I decided to leave. Today is the 7th of November and the time was around noon. I did try to escalate the issue to a manager, but unfortunately, none was available. Thank you for your attention.

I reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I visited the Wendy's on Fillmore Avenue. Although the lobby was supposed to close at 8:00, I arrived before that time and found the doors locked. When I tried to order via the drive-thru, they refused as I was on a bike. I explained that they had closed early, but the employee mentioned they had finished their shift at 8:00. I pointed out it was not yet 8:00, but they cited other obligations. Despite seeing five people inside, they declined to take my order after shutting the lobby early, even though I arrived at around 7:45.

I was disappointed with my recent drive-thru experience. First, they forgot my large Dr. Pepper. When I informed the lady, she returned with the wrong size drink, and before I could say anything, she left. When I approached the window, she was argumentative and condescending, which was rude. To make matters worse, when we got home, I discovered they had burnt the bacon on our Baconator fries to a blackened crisp.

Despite clearly stating my order multiple times and experiencing a hold-up, my order was not what I requested.
