My daughter used to work at Wendy's, and I meticulously tracked her hours. There seemed to be a problem linking her Social Security number to the computer system. Despite providing it multiple times, they failed to input it. She worked for three weeks before finally receiving her first paycheck. Recently, she decided to quit a job she enjoyed because she felt they were exploiting her for unpaid work. As her mother, I share her concerns. When she inquired about her final paycheck, the manager was dismissive and informed her she should have already been paid. However, she only received one paycheck in total. I have a strong feeling she worked more hours than she was compensated for. If there was an issue with the time clock due to her Social Security number, they should have manually recorded her hours for proper payment.

I placed a mobile order on 11/24/[redacted], and despite being instructed to pick it up at 5:55 p.m. through the mobile app, I arrived at the restaurant to find out there was no order ready, yet the payment was deducted from my bank account. The order number is [redacted]1. I have been attempting to reach the Eaton Ohio restaurant but have been unsuccessful as they aren't answering the phone and the manager can't speak at the drive-thru due to the closed Lobby. I am requesting a refund of $21.14 as I am dissatisfied with Wendy's service and will take my business elsewhere. I have reached out to corporate via email multiple times, and the phone system doesn't allow me to speak to a representative. I urgently require assistance, so please contact me promptly. Thank you.

I placed an order for my family on Wendys.com totaling $55. Unfortunately, I received a last-minute text informing me that the order was canceled due to driver issues. Despite being told on October 26th that my money would be refunded in a few days, I have struggled to reach customer support. My attempts, including contacting the support desk, calling the location, tweeting, direct messaging, and reaching out on Discord, have been largely ignored. I've spent hours on hold and left emails and complaints without any response from Wendys from October 26th to December 20th. It's frustrating and unacceptable that I'm having to work so hard to get a refund for an order that was canceled by the restaurant.

I ordered online for drive-thru pickup at 10:00 pm. Arrived at 10:25 and was greeted by one of two employees who mentioned that I needed to contact customer service for a debit refund. After trying to reach customer service multiple times, including leaving a message this morning, I am frustrated. The store should not have charged my card if they were closing early. Help me get my $31 refund back as soon as possible.

Upon reaching the payment window, I was informed that my order was not placed, despite being asked about sauces and drinks. The staff insisted I never ordered. Despite my explanation, the manager did not assist. I waited for them to take my order again but was ignored. It seems they were already upset, arguing with another customer. The service was poor, rude, and disrespectful. It is concerning how they maintain their business with such behavior.

I purchased a breakfast combo for $6.19 along with a 4 for $4 deal a week ago, which made me sick both times. There seems to be a pattern of me getting ill whenever there is a person not properly communicating or confirming my order before I receive it. This time, a Spanish lady was texting, and last time, it was a black lady in a white visor. I suspect my wealthy ex-girlfriend may be conspiring against me and paying people to harm me. I have kept the receipt for the 4 for $4 purchase as evidence. Feel free to check the security footage at the store for verification. Thank you.

Yesterday, I placed an online order around 8:30 PM EST for pick-up at the [redacted] RedLion Road, Philadelphia, PA [redacted] location. Upon arrival, I waited in the car pick-up line, but unfortunately, no one was available to serve the customers. After waiting for some time, all the cars in front of me left. Frustrated, I had to drive to Wendy's and wait in line there. Additionally, last Monday around 10:15 AM, I visited the same location to redeem a T-mobile Tuesday breakfast offer. I couldn't place my order via the phone app and sought help from the manager on-site. Regrettably, she was unable to assist me. This led to another wasted trip to Wendy's and waiting in the car line. This poor customer service experience occurred not just once but twice within two weeks.

Last week at the Wendy's on Continental Blvd. in Danville, PA, I witnessed an incident at the counter. A male employee named Kevin was counting the money drawer openly on the customer counter, which left me feeling surprised and concerned. I mentioned to him the risk this exposed, but he seemed unfazed, continuing with his task even after my comment. I inquired with another employee if Kevin was a manager, and I was informed he was not. It seemed odd that such an activity was being carried out in front of customers instead of in a secure back office.

It's frustrating that there are consistently no chocolate Frosty's available. My 92-year-old Mom, recovering from surgery, enjoys them, and we buy them in bulk but keep finding only vanilla available. The staff's lack of concern and laziness have been disheartening. Despite calling ahead, we keep facing the same issue. This has led my 82-year-old husband to be quite upset. The latest manager even mentioned laziness among the employees as the reason for the problem. It's disappointing to have gift certificates that can't be used due to the limited menu options. The chicken sandwich and fries have also been disappointing lately.

I believe I have been experiencing discrimination from a shift manager at Wendy's. This morning, I called to let them know I was unwell and couldn't come into work. The manager threatened to remove me from the schedule for a week if I didn't come in, despite my illness. I still went in for my shift despite feeling sick. This manager consistently makes me stay late, doesn't allow me to leave early for personal matters, and has a disrespectful attitude. I think action should be taken against her for jeopardizing the safety of customers and employees. I feel she is not fit to be a manager if she allows these situations to occur. I am considering seeking advice from a discrimination lawyer because this is unacceptable and a serious safety concern.

I visited the store on Ridge Road in West Seneca at 6:30 pm on Saturday, 1/8/22, and ordered a chicken nugget meal. The blonde staff member informed me in a rude tone that they would bring it out to me. I felt disrespected when asked to pull up at the window. Upon receiving my food, she seemed to be mocking me. I want to caution my family and friends against visiting that Wendy's location until appropriate action is taken regarding the disrespectful behavior of the slim blonde woman.

I placed an order at the Sharon Amity store in Charlotte, North Carolina on January 9th at 2:30 p.m. My boyfriend was supposed to pick it up, but when he arrived, they claimed they didn't have it. However, my bank statement shows the order was picked up at 10:03 p.m. I would like an investigation as I didn't receive the items. It was prepaid on the Wendy's mobile app using my debit card ending in [redacted]. I'm a regular customer and always face issues at this store. I am requesting a full refund, access to video footage of who picked up the order, and a complimentary meal due to this inconvenience. I recently ordered a 4 for $4 meal at Wendy's with an extra bacon double stack, without pickles, around 2:30 p.m. on January 9th at the Sharon Amity store in Charlotte, North Carolina. Unfortunately, I never received my order even though I had paid for it. My boyfriend went to pick it up but was told they had no record of it. I've tried calling the store and corporate, but haven't had any luck. I'm a loyal customer and visit Wendy's weekly, so this experience is frustrating. I have visited the drive-through four times recently, and each time my order has been incorrect. Today, I ordered two "4 for 4" meals without lettuce but with BBQ sauce. The first mistake was them only charging me for one meal, which had to be corrected at the window. The meals we received had lettuce, no BBQ sauce, no bacon, and the nuggets were undercooked and chewy. I tried calling at 8:46 with no answer. This has been my experience at the store on Cin Day Rd in West Chester, and I am tired of having to go back to fix my orders. I believe the employees need better training or supervision. I encountered an issue with an order I placed at the Wendy's location on 79th & Brown Deer Rd in Milwaukee, WI about 8 weeks ago. The Dave's double cheeseburger I received was not at the right temperature, indicating it was likely prepared well before my arrival at the drive-thru. The sandwich was sloppily assembled with condiments spilling out when I unwrapped it. I reported this on Wendy's website approximately 8-9 weeks ago but never received a response from the Corporate Office. It seems that Wendy's customer service may have declined, and their attitude towards customers may have changed. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing to see Wendy's deviate from the quality and service standards set by Dave Thomas.

I recently visited Wendy's in Lecanto, FL yesterday using a coupon for a Dave's Double Combo priced at $5.99. However, upon checking my receipt at home, I realized I was actually charged $8.89 for the meal. When I contacted them, they suggested me to come back and purchase another combo at the discounted price, but they could not provide me with a refund for the overcharge. This has not been the first time I've experienced this issue and, typically, I check my receipt before leaving, but this time I was in a rush. I have the receipt and I am curious to know how similar situations are usually resolved. I'm a regular customer at Wendy's, although I'm now reconsidering this particular location. Normally, I frequent the Wendy's in Homosassa, which has always provided great service without any issues.

I encountered an unpleasant situation at the restaurant today. When we requested to have the spilled soda on our combo meal cups wiped, the manager's response was very rude. She snatched the drink from my wife's hand and slammed the window shut in an offensive manner. Our only request was to have the spilled soda cleaned to prevent stickiness in our vehicle. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior was extremely unpleasant and offensive.

My husband and I went to Wendy's in Brantford, Ontario, store number [redacted] for lunch. Unfortunately, our order was completely wrong. My husband ordered the Bacon Mushroom Melt, which was cold and did not have any mushrooms. When we contacted the head office, they instructed us to return to the store with a number they provided us. We went back on February 9th, and my husband presented the receipt with the number, but the staff treated him disrespectfully. They refused to address the issue and claimed they were not providing numbers anymore. The lady he spoke to was named Jackie. This experience was very disappointing, and we will not be returning to Wendy's after this incident.

Last Friday, my friend and I visited Wendy's drive-thru. The employee taking our order seemed distracted and took a while to acknowledge us. When I tried to place the order, she was impatient and even mocked our requests to her colleagues over the headset. I politely pointed out that her microphone was on and she got defensive. At the window, she seemed indifferent and did not handle the order well. The food we received was disappointing, with cold and soggy fries, a smashed sandwich, and a wrong item. When I called to speak with a manager, the call got disconnected, leaving me no resolution. This experience was unprofessional and left me hesitant to return to Wendy's anytime soon.

While using the mobile app (which is actually Doordash), my delivery driver failed to deliver my order. After being on hold with Wendy's for an hour, without success, I contacted Doordash. They requested a refund from Wendy's, but unfortunately, I never received it. On another occasion last week, I placed a mobile order and the driver informed me they were out of half the items I requested. Wendy's did not offer me the option to modify or cancel the order, and their app lacks a feature to report such issues like Doordash. Despite numerous attempts via email, phone, and social media, I have not been able to contact anyone from Wendy's. It's frustrating as they have essentially taken my money, which is paradoxical since I choose Wendy's for its affordability.
