I have purchased two spicy chicken sandwiches for $5 multiple times from Wendy's locations in Brandon, Ms, and Forest, Ms. The orders from Brandon have always been correct, with the sandwiches wrapped in lettuce as requested. Unfortunately, the Forest location has made mistakes four times. I spoke with the manager, Philip E., who did not apologize and simply blamed the error on a staff member. Despite my husband's explicit request at the drive-thru, the mistake was not rectified. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from the manager, and I informed him of my intent to contact the corporate office. I believe Wendy's should hold higher standards for their management and customer satisfaction.

I went to Wendy's store #[redacted] on 02/03/21 at 8:00 pm. While ordering, the employee on the intercom was laughing and had to get help to finish. I ordered a taco salad, large chili, and a #9 combo with a sprite for $17.80. At the window, I received 3 bags but had to ask for the sprite. There was some confusion, and I ended up with 2 large chilies and a small chili instead of the #9 combo. I contacted the store and spoke with Amaya, explained the situation, and she offered to replace the missing item. Although I appreciate the gesture, it is inconvenient for me to return. This experience was disappointing, and I believe the management should be aware of what happened.

Subject: Employee Harassment Issue Regarding Special Needs Employee
Hello,
I am contacting your headquarters regarding my sister-in-law, who works at your Lowell, Massachusetts location on Chelmsford Street. She has been experiencing bullying from a fellow employee and despite voicing her discomfort, the situation persists even after involving the manager. This ongoing harassment is negatively impacting her emotionally.
My sister-in-law recently moved into her own apartment with support from the state's Special Needs assistance program and is determined not to resign, which is commendable given the challenges of the current pandemic for individuals with disabilities seeking employment.
I urge you to prioritize this matter as urgent as time is of the essence. Her concerned brothers are eager to intervene, but I believe escalation through official channels is the best course of action. Please address this issue promptly and ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.
Should you require further details, you can reach me at [redacted] or on my cell phone at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention, I look forward to a swift resolution.
Sincerely,
Lindsey M.

On Saturday evening around 10:15 PM, I visited Wendy’s to order dinner after a long day of work. Unfortunately, most of the items I requested were not available. They couldn't make cheese fries as they were out of containers and the frosty machine was broken. The service was lacking in customer care. The employee at the first window was alright, but at the second window where I received my order, things took a turn for the worse. I requested some ranch and ketchup, and as the window closed, I was taken aback by the unprofessional manner in which my request was communicated across the restaurant. When I mentioned this upon the window reopening, the interaction with the employee named Matthew at the Emporia, Virginia location was confrontational and disrespectful. I believe a review and discussion on customer service with management would be beneficial for Matthew and the whole team.

I placed an online order at [redacted] Rivers Ave, Charleston, South Carolina, at Store #[redacted] for the maple bacon and chicken combo. I have been trying to contact the restaurant about an issue with the croissant. I spoke with customer care and was promised a replacement by a manager, but nobody has reached out to me yet. I am a truck driver and requested to have the replacement meal arranged at a different location, but I haven't received any update on this either. I picked up the meal at 9 AM, waited for a response, and it is now 4:30 PM with no resolution. I left my contact details but have not heard back. I attempted to call again, but the line was busy. My address is [redacted] Jan Mar Lane, Santee, SC [redacted], and I have provided my email for further assistance.

On March 12th around 9:45 PM, I made a purchase on the Wendy's app for a total of $16.20. When I arrived at the Wendy's location at 9:52 PM, I found the doors locked even though it was not yet 10 PM. Despite questioning the staff while going through the drive-thru, I was repeatedly told that the systems were down and they couldn't find my order. I returned home at 9:59 PM and called back to the store, but there was no manager available. The next day, I saw that my order was processed a few minutes after 10 PM, even though I had already left without receiving it. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I finally spoke with Jesus from Customer Service on March 19th after a 1.5-hour wait. He assured me of a full refund, but later, another Wendy's employee left me a voicemail suggesting I dispute the charge with my bank. I am extremely frustrated and demand an immediate full refund.

I reside near a Wendy's, and my orders are consistently incorrect. My recent experience with a spicy chicken sandwich resulted in a trip to the hospital as I am dealing with mouth cancer. The food purchased has been either soggy or burnt, and the manager, possibly named Jason or Justin, advised speaking to the day manager instead of contacting him directly. However, due to being in the emergency room, this became difficult. Furthermore, the repetitive commercial with electronic rap is not appealing to me; it seems to target a demographic unfamiliar with Wendy's historical quality. In the midst of challenges, like a broken stove and difficulty securing a gas plumber post-hurricane, this poor service is disheartening. The Wendy's store on Blue Angel Highway in Pensacola, FL, has been the location of these issues. I anticipate an apology, a commitment to improve, and a refund of approximately $80. - Sandra H.

Our family dined at the local Wendy's on East Broad Street in Statesville, NC on March 26, [redacted]. We ordered two biggie bags with double bacon burgers and three 4-piece chicken nugget kids' meals with honey mustard sauce. Unfortunately, our order was missing sauces, straws for drinks, one of the chicken nuggets had hairs, and all the food was cold. After contacting Wendy's, we were told to return for a replacement. However, upon return, only one biggie bag was replaced incorrectly by someone claiming not to be the manager, and the rest of the issues were not addressed. We left with the same unsatisfactory items. We are seeking advice on how to address this situation.

After suffering a brain injury, I dined at restaurant#[redacted]9 on [redacted] Prentiss School Rd. I clearly stated my allergy to tomato products and asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich. Disappointingly, ketchup was mistakenly put on my sandwich. Upon return, the manager, an African American female, showed little concern for the error. Despite explaining the situation, she hurriedly handed me another sandwich without acknowledging my issue. When I mentioned the mistake, she was dismissive and unapologetic. I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for some time, but the lack of professionalism and customer service has left me disheartened.

I want to share my recent experience at Wendy's in Weston, Wisconsin near Wausau. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this time, I was disappointed with the service. The manager seemed flustered due to a system crash that prevented them from accepting credit cards. My order was incorrect, with a dry and overcooked Big Baconator. The fries were soggy, unusual for Wendy's. When I asked for a replacement, the manager yelled at the staff, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This behavior was unacceptable, and it made me reconsider returning. I hope Wendy's addresses these issues to maintain their good reputation. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Bobette H. from Wausau, Wisconsin. My phone is not working, and I did not receive the code you sent. Last Thursday at Wendy's, the manager was asking customers to spend $25 or less due to a system issue. I ordered, but my meal was $0.13 over the limit. The manager rudely made us pay the extra $0.13. My burger and fries were not good, so I asked for a replacement. The manager yelled at the staff and was very disrespectful. The overall experience was disappointing. I've been a longtime Wendy's customer, but this visit was very unpleasant. I felt the need to share my experience. Thank you.

I recently placed an online order for a grilled pub chicken sandwich. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order, the employee claimed they couldn't find it and suggested I call someone for assistance. Despite showing my confirmation, I encountered a dismissive attitude. Frustratingly, the previous day I had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich, with little communication. Returning the next day to avoid another long wait, I faced the same issue of them not locating my order promptly. The lack of apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was disappointing. I value respect and professionalism, which seemed lacking in this experience. Considering trying Chick Fil A for better service. Feedback on this encounter at the Midlothian Tnpk. Cloverleaf Mall location [redacted], [redacted] zip code, would be appreciated. Thank you, Marie.

I am calling regarding a Wendy's store in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, on E. Lehman Street. As a recent shareholder of your company, I feel compelled to update you on the service at this particular Wendy's location. Waiting 20 to 25 minutes for service is a common occurrence, leading to frustration for many customers. Recently, I experienced a 20-minute wait in the drive-through with only two cars ahead of me. The efficiency at other fast-food establishments nearby, such as McDonald's, is notably better. The high turnover rate at this Wendy's location and the fact that they close early at 8 p.m. are concerning. Additionally, some individuals seem to loiter outside the store until late hours. I believe a change in management is necessary to address these issues promptly. I hope this feedback prompts action from Corporate to improve service quality. Thank you for allowing me to share my concerns.

Yesterday, on Tuesday, 4-9-21 around 3 pm, I visited the store located at [redacted] Parallel Pkwy in Kansas City, KS. When I went to the lobby to order, I was informed that the lobby was closed. I decided to use the restroom in the meantime. The women's restroom had two stalls, and the second stall was occupied. While I was washing my hands, a female employee exited the second stall and left the restroom without washing her hands. After washing up, I saw the same employee handling food without gloves or a face mask, and none of the other employees were wearing them either. I am disappointed in the lack of sanitation practices and will be sharing my experience with others, including on my Facebook page. This visit has deterred me from being a customer in the future. Additionally, I was informed that there were no salads available that day. During my restroom visit, I encountered an issue with the poorly secured toilet paper roll, which fell to the floor and rolled around. This raises concerns about the hygiene standards in place. On a positive note, I found great burgers at Burger King across the street.

I reside in Roanoke, VA. Approximately two weeks ago, I visited the Wendy’s located on Orange Ave [redacted]. I ordered two single cheeseburgers and waited in the drive-thru for about 15 to 20 minutes. Upon reaching the window, I was charged $17 and given the incorrect order. When we informed the staff, they were impolite, insisting that was our order. After returning the incorrect food and requesting a refund, we overheard a staff member refusing to reimburse us. The window was then closed abruptly. After some time, another staff member came to the window and insisted we had ordered two meals, which we had not. Eventually, we received a refund, but the experience was very unpleasant. I will not return to that Wendy’s again, and I hope the management takes action against the rude staff. I plan on informing others about this incident.

I recently visited Wendy's in McDonough, GA located at [redacted] Keys Ferry Rd, Store #[redacted]. The staff displayed rude behavior, snatching money from our hands and having a terrible attitude. Due to the poor service, we requested a refund as our order was significantly delayed. An employee named Auree used racial slurs, threw a drink at us, and damaged my vehicle and clothing. The drink even affected the electrical system in my car. This incident left my wife, who suffers from anxiety disorders, extremely distraught. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted], [redacted], or call at [redacted] to address this matter promptly.

I went to Wendy's last night to pick up dinner for my picky eater grandson, who loves Wendy's. Despite waiting in line for 15 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me, once I reached the order board, I was asked to wait. After waiting for an additional 6 minutes, I was informed that I couldn't place an order because the two managers on duty were leaving, leaving only two employees to handle the workload. They decided to close for the night. It was only 7:30 in the evening, and it seemed odd that one of the managers couldn't stay given the line of customers before and after me. I am reconsidering my future visits to Wendy's. This occurred at the Wendy's on N 48th St. in Lincoln, NE.

I visited Wendy's at 55 Dayton Road in Newark, Ohio on 5/7 and used the drive-thru. The staff member had to ask me to repeat my order three times because it was loud inside with laughter, making it sound like a party. He apologized multiple times. My order was a #1 double without cheese, with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, accompanied by chili instead of fries, a tropical berry lemonade meal, a classic chicken combo with pub fries, a large Sprite, and a 10-piece nugget. Despite the seemingly simple order, I received my drinks with chili spilled on them and found chili, pub fries, and nuggets in the bag with chili even on the bag itself. When I was informed that I was missing my two sandwiches, I had to return to the restaurant and had to wait for my missing items. The employees seemed to find the situation amusing, which I found unprofessional and unacceptable.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at my local Wendy's. When I entered without a mask due to a medical exemption, I was told I couldn't be served unless I wore one. Despite explaining my situation and the CDC's guidance, I was met with refusal. Reluctantly, I requested to speak with the manager. The manager rudely insisted on the mask policy, citing it as corporate rules. I tried to clarify my exemption rights, emphasizing that I should not be discriminated against. Despite being able to use the drive-through, I found the situation distressing, especially given my autistic child's expectation of a meal. I am disappointed in Wendy's, and I believe such treatment is unacceptable and discriminatory. It's concerning when personal beliefs override customer service. Wendy's should review its policies and ensure compliance with legal exemptions.

I am confused about why my friend and I couldn't order at the Wendy's in our neighborhood. They mentioned something about a call-in or text order system. I had cash and waited in the drive-thru, but I couldn't understand the speaker because he talked too quickly. When we went around, the lady apologized, but we left because we were hungry. We mentioned that we couldn't understand the previous speaker because he spoke too fast. Despite this, the cars in front and behind us were served. The lady at the window apologized again, but we were still hungry, so we ended up going to Burger King instead. This was not the experience I expected from Wendy's. Please help me understand what happened. Thank you.
