I recently re-enrolled with WW last week, but I am unable to locate my lifetime membership number as I have misplaced it. It has been a while since I last used it, and since then, I have even changed my name. To assist in retrieving my membership number, I will provide my previous last names: Vecchio or Payette. Kindly retrieve my number and send it to me before my upcoming meeting on Wednesday. Thank you.

I need help with accessing the WW App on my Android device. Although it's downloaded with the icon, I can't recall my login credentials. I attempted using the tracker but found it confusing, leading me to feel frustrated and give up. I really need to utilize all available tools, whether on the internet or my phone. I believe I lack the technical skills to navigate this. Can someone assist me? My email is: [redacted] I have to step away for lunch and will return in 45 minutes. As a member since March of this year, I've only managed a 5-pound weight loss so far. Thank you for your help.

I am a 71-year-old woman who has been on the program for over 18 years. I have tried various programs like liver, core, carbs, and simply filling. While I appreciate the concept of freestyle, I believe there should be limits on when zero-point foods should still be counted. Many of us in my group find it challenging to gauge portions without weighing and measuring these zero-point foods. For instance, eating eggs for breakfast, snacks, and as a nighttime filler can add up throughout the day. The argument that no one will overeat on zero-point foods doesn't apply to food enthusiasts like us. Most people won't binge on a whole bag of chips at once. So, my question is, when does 0 points cease to be 0 points? Sincerely, Ellen S.

I am experiencing a problem with my Weight Watchers membership that I signed up for myself and my sister in January. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use the services due to being full-time caregivers for our Mother, who has dementia. My sister's work schedule also conflicts with meeting times. I feel that it has been a waste of money, especially considering the potential cancellation fee and the $80 donation I made. I contacted customer service but found them unhelpful. I proposed either freezing our memberships, getting a refund, or receiving a credit for future use when our situation allows. Our membership is paid up to June 13th. I do not want to be charged any further fees or a cancellation fee. I believe that Weight Watchers should be able to find a solution by offering a refund or credit for the months we couldn't participate. I hope we can resolve this matter satisfactorily.

I have left at least two messages with corporate, but I haven't received any response. Recently, when I visited for weigh-in, they informed me that I wasn't active even though I had paid $15. When I called to inquire, I was told there was an issue with my credit card, which wasn't accurate as I wasn't over the limit. After calling again, another clerk mentioned it could be related to the city location. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again last week on 6/2, causing embarrassment during the weigh-in. The lack of privacy is concerning as others can overhear these conversations. I hope this recurring problem with the system can be addressed promptly.

I visited the Bellingham, Washington store today to sign up for Weight Watchers. Unfortunately, there were no hours listed on their door. Upon entering, the lady informed me they were closed, even though it was just 12 o’clock, their closing time. I mentioned I wanted to sign up, and she rather rudely handed me their hours. While I understand it was closing time, her demeanor, including eye-rolling and snickering, was completely uncalled for. It even bothered my eight-year-old son. Better customer service would have been appreciated, and after this experience, I have no desire to return to that office.

I referred a friend through the invite a friend program to join Weight Watchers. My friend attended a meeting to sign up for the program, but we did not receive confirmation of the referral. After reaching out to Weight Watchers via email, they informed me that there was no record of the link being used. I called customer service and spoke with Carlene who mentioned that since my friend already signed up, using the link would result in multiple accounts. I am frustrated by this situation and believe that the meeting leaders should be better trained for such scenarios. I am disappointed that we are not getting the free months we were promised due to the mishandling of the sign-up process. Despite my love for the program, I am dissatisfied with this experience and hope to resolve it to receive the free months we are entitled to.

After my mom gifted me a free trial of Weight Watchers, I used it minimally and found it too costly, so I decided to cancel. To my surprise, they billed me $19.95 for the next month, causing my account to overdraft. Being a current college student with irregular income, I cannot afford this service I no longer wish to continue. Attempting to cancel led to a $40 cancellation fee threat. I demand a refund and immediate termination of my subscription. Failing this, I will urge my mother and others to avoid Weight Watchers for their misleading practices. A customer service agent abruptly ended my chat when I mentioned a refund, leaving me stranded with no money far from home due to Weight Watchers' actions. This ordeal has been distressing and unfair.

As my 25th wedding anniversary approaches next month, I reflect on my year-long membership journey filled with various changes and challenges. Throughout my time, I've observed the evolution from traditional trackers with checkboxes to the integration of technology such as computers and smartphones. However, recent experiences at weigh-ins have left me feeling unsettled. The denial of my personal paper towel, encountering unhygienic conditions, and the outdated practice of manually recording weights have raised concerns about the company's direction. I worry about the rumored shift towards exclusive phone weigh-ins, especially considering technical limitations and storage issues. While I used to cherish the supportive atmosphere of meetings for sharing recipes and tips, recent sessions have turned into therapeutic discussions at times. Despite the dedication of group leaders, the overall direction and changes in the company seem regressive and out of touch with loyal members like myself. I hope for clarity on these decisions as I believe in the effectiveness of the program, but question the current approach.

Regarding my WW membership, I am experiencing issues accessing the system because the attendant at the last meeting informed me that my monthly pass cannot be used anymore. I joined WW without providing my number, and now I am unable to retrieve the required information to log in. I attempted to contact support at the [redacted] number but the wait time was too long. I attend the Seneca, SC meetings led by Elaine at United Assembly of God. Kindly reach out to me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

I contacted you weeks ago to cancel my membership. Due to an error, it was terminated in June after 2 years of membership. I recently discovered a different membership was added without my consent, resulting in a fee for early cancellation. I did not cause this cancellation. My request was simply to reinstate the correct membership. Although this was sorted out, a $39.00 early cancellation fee was still charged. This led to a $33.00 overdraft fee. Despite multiple calls for resolution, I was informed on Sept. 7 that the credit was processed and could take up to 10 days to appear. Today, after no credit, another representative mentioned a new credit was issued. I am disappointed with the service and lack of communication regarding this matter.

As a long-standing Lifetime WW member since the early 1960s, I have a strong belief in the effectiveness of the Weight Watchers program. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the recent removal of chairs outside the weigh-in stations at the Brennan Station, [redacted] Creedmoor Road, Suite [redacted], Raleigh, NC [redacted] location. This change has led to inconvenience and safety concerns for members, like myself, who may require seating due to age or physical conditions. The absence of chairs has resulted in a cluttered and unwelcoming environment as members have to place their belongings on the floor. The incident where a woman lost her balance and fell into a privacy screen highlights the potential dangers of this new policy. I urge corporate to reconsider this decision and prioritize the comfort and safety of members. I request clarification from WW corporate regarding the rationale behind this change and hope to receive a response from a relevant representative to address these concerns promptly. I can be reached at [redacted] Mapleridge Road, Raleigh, NC [redacted] or on my cell at [redacted]. Sincerely, Judy R.

Hello, WW. I have been a WW member on and off for years. I was thrilled to re-join in Feb. [redacted] during the $[redacted] weight loss campaign. It motivated me, and I lost 40 lbs. However, when I inquired in Sept. [redacted] about receiving credit, I was told I missed the opportunity, even though it hadn't been 6 months yet. I meticulously checked the app and read the fine print. I feel disappointed and deceived by this. I have since canceled my membership. I have always trusted WW, but this incident has let me down. I signed up for WW online on July 25, [redacted], at a rate of $14.30 per month for three months with the fourth month free. My reference number is [redacted]7 for the "Online Plus Program." Although I was eager to try the online program at first with the option of attending meetings later, I have been thoroughly disappointed. Following the initial setup, I have been unable to access any of the services I paid for. While it recognizes my name, the platform only offers advertisements for additional purchases. Due to this frustrating experience, I kindly request the complete cancellation of my account. I believe your program has potential, but without proper access, I will not be able to benefit from it. I ask for an immediate cancellation of my membership and a refund of the fees. Thank you, Jan Pothier 48 Old Battery Road West Townsend, MA [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Two years back, I joined WW aiming to lose 30 pounds. Finally reaching my goal after months, I have successfully maintained my weight. I discovered I could have qualified for a Lifetime Membership, however, when I attended a meeting after hitting my goal, no mention of it was made. Additionally, I wasn't acknowledged in class for my accomplishments, even though other members are typically recognized for partial achievements. Recently, I've started tracking points again to ensure I maintain my weight, especially as it becomes more challenging with age. I've been paying membership fees for the past two years. Could you or someone you recommend guide me on how to attain Lifetime status?

Hello, I understand the changes Weight Watchers has made and why they continue to update their program. As someone who has been a lifetime member, my focus is on the intrinsic rewards of feeling good, looking good, and having my clothes fit better each day. While I appreciate the efforts to offer rewards, my primary struggle lies in the recent changes to the program. Like many members, I have a weakness for chocolate, and the Weight Watchers Candy by Whitman's Chocolate was a helpful treat that allowed me to satisfy cravings while staying within my point range. Unfortunately, the termination of the contract with Whitman's has limited my options to higher-point candies. I urge Weight Watchers to consider the challenges faced by individuals trying to manage their weight daily. By redirecting resources from unwanted rewards towards renewing the partnership with Whitman's, Weight Watchers can better support members like me in achieving their goals. Thank you.

Hello, I had a conversation with a representative from Weight Watchers International yesterday, and I presume there may be a note on my account regarding my concern. Nonetheless, I wanted to document my thoughts in writing as this matter is truly troubling to me. I reside in Bluffton, South Carolina, which seems to fall under a franchise area. I have been a member of Weight Watchers on and off since [redacted], always having positive experiences in Maryland where I used to reside. My company covers my membership fees, which is fantastic, but unfortunately, this benefit does not apply in a franchise area. At present, I only hold an online membership. Upon visiting the Bluffton franchise, I had an unpleasant experience. The lady I encountered solely discussed membership fees and seemed uninterested in welcoming me or allowing me to experience the chapter before signing up. She was solely focused on pushing me to sign up for a sizable fee, including penalties for missing meetings. This left me feeling disappointed as I was eager to attend my first meeting in a long while and resume the valuable meetings. Regrettably, she let me leave without any effort to assist. I am greatly disheartened and am hopeful that Weight Watchers International will establish a presence in my area soon. Best regards, Wendy K.

Do you value customer feedback? I visited Snackgirl and read the negative comments about Freestyle. This diet seems ineffective, with only a minimal weight loss of 2-4 ounces per week. The high points for most foods make it hard to stay within the daily limit of 23 points, leading to frustration. Previous success with the [redacted] Momentum program highlights the contrast in weight loss results. Disappointed with the current program's limitations and slow progress, I am considering switching to a different weight loss program or returning to the tried-and-tested [redacted] Momentum plan. The inability to indulge in treats occasionally on Freestyle adds to the dissatisfaction. Farewell, Weight Watchers, it seems the focus has shifted from genuine weight loss support to profit-driven strategies.

I am disappointed with the recent billing issue. I have been a member for years, but in October, there were unauthorized charges. Despite multiple attempts to resolve it with customer service, I was met with resistance each time. One representative even suggested I provide bank statements, but I had already confirmed the double charge on Paypal. In the end, I had to escalate the issue with Paypal to get refunded. The frustrating experience ultimately led me to cancel my account, which I did not want to do. This situation was unlike anything I've encountered during my years with your company.

Hello - my name is Anne S., I reside at [redacted] Pondwood Drive, Minneapolis, MN. I recently reached out to the Customer Service helpline but was dissatisfied with the assistance I received and the lengthy wait time on hold. Therefore, I am now seeking resolution through chat. On 7/19/18, I visited Lifetime to request termination from Weight Watchers. However, I was subsequently charged on my American Express for Etools on Sept. 9/12 and Oct. 10/12, which I did not authorize or use. During my last call to Customer Service, I was instructed to obtain two voucher codes from Weight Watchers and enter them online at www.weightwatchers.com/lifetimeetools. The codes were: - CODE – 4-12-73[redacted][redacted] - CODE – 4-12-73[redacted][redacted] Despite following these steps, I was unsuccessful. I would like these charges removed from my American Express and all expenses with Weight Watchers terminated. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience with Weight Watchers after dedicating 9 years to the company. Upon speaking with individuals at the Edina, MN (Southdale) location, I learned that others have faced similar challenges with Customer Service. I appreciate your assistance.
