Since last night, the voice on my Waze app has changed. I am frustrated with the new voice which doesn't provide accurate information or street names. I find this situation ridiculous and demand it to be fixed within the next hour. I mentioned that there were numerous complaints filed against your company overnight regarding this issue. As a professional executive driver, this voice change is unacceptable as my clients expect a reliable navigation system. Kindly address and resolve this issue promptly.

We are experiencing difficulties as WAZE did not update automatically with the new address of our school on Google Maps. Many parents and drivers are frustrated as they keep getting redirected to our old location, particularly those using WAZE. We have attempted to make edits on Map Editor without success due to lack of access. This issue requires immediate attention. Thank you.

I am greatly disappointed by your holiday commercial that insinuates The Word rhymes with DUCK. Why do you need to convey negativity and suggest it's acceptable for customers to curse and use inappropriate language? This is a sacred time of year celebrating Jesus' birth. The Christmas season should not be associated with negativity or offensive language. The creator of this commercial does not seem to be a person of faith or a Christian. I vehemently oppose this commercial. Which company promotes and endorses the use of profanity and slang, especially during the holiday season? I am incredibly disappointed in your commercial.

I connected my Waze account to Facebook back in [redacted], but I have since forgotten the email and phone number associated with it. Now, I have created a new Waze account and when I tried to connect it to my Facebook, I encountered issues because my old Waze account is still linked. I am looking for assistance either in recovering my old Waze account and updating its email and phone number, or in completely deleting it so I can connect my new Waze account to Facebook. When using Waze on my iPhone 11, the app keeps shutting down mid-use and returning to the Home Screen, interrupting my navigation. This issue does not occur on my wife's iPhone 8 or my previous Moto phone. I have tried reinstalling Waze and rebooting my device, but the problem persists on this new iPhone. Assistance would be greatly appreciated to resolve this ongoing inconvenience.

I used Waze on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to navigate to two different doctor's offices. Unfortunately, Waze directed me to locations that were 2 to 3 miles away from the correct destinations. The first office was supposed to be at [redacted] Roswell Rd, NE, Atlanta, Georgia, and the second one at [redacted] Peachtree Rd., NE, Atlanta, Georgia. I am familiar with the "NE" for northeast in Atlanta, and this has always worked well for me in the past. After these incidents, I am now hesitant to rely on Waze as I can no longer trust its accuracy.

I have been a long-time user of Waze, but I am currently facing network connection issues due to a software problem. I am seeking assistance as my Android 2.3.7 system does not support Waze versions higher than 3.8.0.
Despite Google no longer providing updates for this Android system, I believe my Waze software should still connect to the network. I have tried reinstalling the app and rooting the device, but unfortunately, I have had no success. Although my GPS works well and displays speed indications, I can only connect to the network sporadically, less than 1% of the time. I have been unable to program routes for almost two years, and now even basic navigation is becoming unreliable.
I am hoping for a technical solution that would enable me to restore my connection to the Waze network. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My wife signed up for Waze, and we recently noticed a $39.95 charge from dcont.co on our credit card statement. I contacted dcont.co, and they mentioned that it was for streaming services, but we haven't used any streaming services. The only time we used Waze was on July 30 for a trip from Williamsburg, VA. Could there be a connection between Waze and dcont.co, the third-party billing company at [redacted] for streaming services? We always thought Waze was free.

Last night after soccer, Mike used the Waze app to navigate us home from Monroe. Unfortunately, the app led us down a treacherous path, causing a stressful and frightening experience. Despite the app showing a route, we ended up on a narrow, challenging road named Cats Run Rd that led us into the woods and eventually to a dead end. Lost and with limited phone reception, we had to carefully backtrack to safety. The app's insistence on redirecting us to the same problematic road added to the ordeal. This nerve-wracking journey has made me realize the importance of familiar routes over potentially risky shortcuts, especially when with my family. The safety of my loved ones is paramount, and I am grateful we made it out unharmed. Moving forward, I will prioritize known roads over unverified shortcuts for the well-being of my family.

I was instructed by T-Mobile to upgrade to a 5G phone since my other devices operate on the 2.4GHz frequency. During the data transfer from my old phone to the new one, my Waze account, which I've had for over 5 years with numerous important places saved, got lost. I've reached out to Waze multiple times, leaving my contact details and home address as I can't recall my password, but unfortunately, I haven't received any support from Waze. This situation is very upsetting, and after two days of attempting to resolve it, I've had no luck. At 72 years old, dealing with this technical issue is incredibly frustrating and actually makes me feel unwell.

I sent an original email about a year-old problem in [redacted]. It's now [redacted], and the issue is still not resolved. Our address is [redacted] Wadsworth Dr., North Chesterfield, Virginia [redacted]. Waze keeps directing deliveries and service people to a Northern section about a mile from us, with a 100ft drop between the two sections. As someone with previous experience as an electronic design engineer, I find it unbelievable that our location is not being recognized accurately. Just recently, a trash truck effortlessly found our new neighbor's house, but Waze struggles to find our home. It's frustrating that precision is lacking in this technology.

I'm trying to remove the previous directions I entered yesterday on WAZE. Despite successfully reaching my destination, WAZE keeps reverting to yesterday's directions and won't let me enter a new destination. Is there a way to delete old directions? Thanks for your help! 👋🏼👋🏼 Update: After four days, I finally discovered how to delete old directions. I'm currently looking at potential new homes and needed to input new addresses. It might be helpful to have an icon that highlights the delete feature, particularly for older drivers like myself. Now that I've figured out the app, driving with WAZE is quite enjoyable, even if I sometimes get lost just going around the block! I even purchased a dash mount to use the app easily. I posted about a routing problem in Waze on May 11 in the Community. A reply advised me to contact my local area editors to report the issue. However, I am now unable to log in to Waze or the Community to do so. I have attempted various combinations of usernames and passwords, even resetting my password and trying it with every username I can think of. The "Forgot username or password?" link only allows for password reset, not username recovery. Since I have already posted in the Community, I do not want to create a new account. How can I retrieve the login details associated with my existing post?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Waze that I use daily. When my phone is connected via USB to my Peugeot [redacted] car, the speed limit warning sound is no longer working. I have tested this with other phones, but the problem remains. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the application.

I've had two frustrating experiences with the navigation app recently. On one trip, it kept instructing me to turn around just three blocks away from my destination. During another trip, after a minor incident on the DC beltway, the app suggested turning around for 20 miles, leading me to an expensive toll road. Despite me traveling in the correct direction on the beltway, it advised a different route. It even tried to divert me off I-[redacted] well before my intended exit, causing unnecessary confusion. These mishaps could easily frustrate someone unfamiliar with the area. Additionally, the app consistently misdirects visitors to my cul-de-sac to a neighboring street, which can be exasperating for my bed and breakfast guests who rely solely on GPS directions instead of reading my instructions.

I recently got a new Android phone, Galaxy Flip from T-mobile. I used to listen to Waze on my phone instead of my car's screen. However, now the voice navigation doesn't work when I'm in my car, even though the sound is on. T-mobile suggested turning off Bluetooth in my car, but that would mean losing hands-free calling. I visited Lexus, and they found a way to play it through my car's screen, but then I can't listen to the radio. I tried contacting Waze, but they don't have a customer support number. This is frustrating as this issue never occurred with my old phone. T-mobile insists it's a Waze problem. Can someone please assist me with this? My name is S.
