I am looking for assistance in retrieving the coordinates for a specific trip I took on 9/16/19. I need to document the time Waze estimated for my journey from Kensington, MD to Chevy Chase, MD, which I began around 8:45am. Despite being cited for a parking violation at 9:03am, I assert that this is inaccurate. Waze indicated my anticipated arrival time was around 9:13am, which aligns with when I actually arrived. On 12/09/[redacted], upon opening my Waze Carpool App in Driver Mode, I was notified that my account is disabled. I rely on this app daily to provide rides to my Carpooler group and have done so in compliance with all terms of service. I have approximately $[redacted] Brazilian Reals pending in my account, which I cannot access due to the disabling. I am puzzled by this action as I have operated within the guidelines. I experienced issues with my cellphone for nearly a year, and T-Mobile has recently provided me with a new device. Following the restoration of my backup, I noticed that my Waze data file was missing. When attempting to re-enter my information, Waze indicated that my phone number, email address, and nickname were "already taken." I am now seeking assistance on how to log in and retrieve my data.

I'm having trouble with my Waze app. Every time I try to use the app with location services enabled, I receive a message saying "No GPS. Showing Approximate Location." Although it may give me initial directions, it does not update while I'm driving or reroute me if needed. This issue is not unique to me as my wife is experiencing the same problem. I contacted Apple since I use an iPhone, and they believe it could be due to malware or an issue with the app. Any assistance you can offer would be highly appreciated by me and other Waze users.

I am having trouble connecting my Waze account. It keeps sending me a verification code and asking if 'Aimz01' is me. When I confirm, it says my account is lost. Despite resetting the password multiple times, using my phone number now creates a new account. I have been using Waze almost since it launched and do not want to lose my account. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Hello, I accidentally left my cell phone when I carpooled with a driver named Tony this morning. Unfortunately, I don't have a phone to reach him. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 and lost access to my Waze account that I set up over 4 years ago when I transferred data from my old iPhone 6. Despite having iCloud backup enabled, none of the recovery methods I tried were successful. I attempted to reset my password using my phone number, email, and Waze username but did not receive any reset password emails.
I vaguely recall using Waze without a password by simply using my Waze account without linking it to Facebook. Despite trying multiple times to reset my password without success, I have not received any response. Therefore, I am reaching out here for assistance.

I logged out of the Waze app hoping it would solve an issue, but now I can't remember my password and don't recall creating a username except for identification purposes. The username I used was energy526. I had important saved addresses on the app to save time. I'm not sure how I initially set up the account and I need help recovering it on my phone.

I am having trouble updating the Waze navigation and live traffic. I keep receiving an error message stating that it cannot be updated because it was purchased with a different Apple ID or refunded. My Apple ID, which is the same as the email address provided below, has not changed. I have been renewing the Waze app using this Apple ID for several years without any issues. Versions 4.69, 4.68, 4.67, 4.66, and others have been successfully renewed. Please advise on how to fix this issue. Thank you.

I've been using Waze on my iPhone 5C for two years without any issues until yesterday, December 20, [redacted]. When I tried to open the app, it would shut down after a few seconds. I updated the app, restarted my phone, but the problem persists. It seems Waze now requires iOS 11.0, and my phone is on iOS 10.3.3 with no further updates available.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience using WAZE for navigation from Hayes, Middlesex, to Stratford East London. While I typically rely on WAZE without any issues, today I encountered a problem. Upon arriving in Stratford East London, I noticed that the app did not offer me the option to return via the A406, which I usually take.
I selected an alternative route through Old Street, Old Street Station, Clerkenwell, and onto the A40 back to Hayes, as this route indicated no congestion charge areas. Despite actively avoiding routes with congestion charges, I found myself unexpectedly in the Congestion Charge zone along Old Street.
I normally trust WAZE for accurate route information, and this experience has left me disappointed as I now face an unexpected congestion charge due to following this route. I hope for a swift response to address this issue.

I need assistance recovering my account and favorites on both my and my wife's iPhone. While my wife's phone has all the information, my phone has lost everything, including favorites. I have 9 V2 cameras and a sprinkler timer. I have reached out to support multiple times without success. One issue is on my Android phone, it only displays 20 events per day while my iPad shows all events. I've reported this problem with no resolution. Another issue is cameras randomly going offline. Support advises to power cycle, which temporarily fixes it. Since support hasn't helped, I purchased Wyze plugs to control them remotely, but I couldn't get them to connect despite assistance from Dan. He suggested it was my router, yet my other Wyze products connect fine. I then bought Kasa plugs, which were easy to set up and work well. I request reimbursement for the Wyze plugs.

My Waze application used to function flawlessly until recently. Now, there is no sound coming through the Car Play app. When disconnected from Car Play, the sound works on my phone. Other apps like music play correctly through the car's radio system. Calls, texts, and answering messages all work as expected. I tried using a different cord, but the issue persists. Testing my phone in another vehicle with either cord works fine. Reinstalling the app did not solve the problem, perhaps because I did not download a fresh version from the cloud. Any advice would be appreciated.

We are getting frustrated seeing cars and delivery trucks enter our private property. Please, I kindly ask you to correct your app (which is otherwise very convenient to use). We live at 3 La Giétrie in Château-Thébaud. There are two ways to access it, one through our private driveway connected to the road between St Fiacre and Château-Thébaud, and another through the village of Château-Thébaud then the road to La Giétrie. In La Giétrie, there are several houses and businesses. Vehicles should be directed to this area through the village and not by using our driveway. Our children, grandchildren, and elderly parents can no longer walk there without fearing a car might push them, as visibility is sometimes limited for those unfamiliar with the area. Hi Waze Support Team, I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. I successfully transferred my apps to the new phone through a cloud with the help of my mobile service provider. However, when I tried using Waze, I had to log in and couldn't remember my password. After trying to reset it, I ended up with a new account on the app without my previous data. I can still access my original account on the Note 8. Could you please provide instructions on how to transfer my original account to my new phone, the Note 20? I will need to set a new password since I can't recall the old one. I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. After successfully transferring all data to my new phone, I encountered an issue with Waze. The app prompted me to log in, but since I couldn't recall my password, I tried to reset it. To my surprise, logging into the app using the new password resulted in a new account with no saved information. Strangely, my original account is still accessible on my Note 8.
Could you please provide me with instructions on how to transfer my original account to my new Note 20? I will need to set a new password since the old one slipped my mind.
I'm a huge fan of Waze and have recommended it to my family who also love it. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Consider advising drivers that it may be quicker to proceed directly to Bucharest instead of taking the route through Brănești, Ilfov. In the town of Saint Samson de la Roque [redacted], there are concerns with the directions provided by the D [redacted] road from Tancarville or Paris towards Beuzeville or Caen. Currently, the advice given for navigating through the Chemin du magasin is causing issues due to its narrowness, steep incline, and high number of residential properties, leading to traffic congestion and accidents. It is suggested to utilize the Departmental roads D100 (Tancarville side) and D39 (Beuzeville side) which are parallel to the Chemin du magasin, offering two-lane roads without residential areas.
