Hello, we are planning a car rally in our region. Some roads will be closed by prefectural and municipal orders on that day, and we would like to inform other users as well as the map manager that these roads are not accessible. This will also help GPS devices to suggest alternate routes for those who are not interested in the event. Could you please guide me on the steps to take? Thank you.
