I had an awful experience with this company. My order was rescheduled twice, and then they wanted another reschedule. I got an email over 5 hours following a rescheduled delivery by someone at their company, without informing me. Below is the whole story; I plan to share it on social media. Do not waste your time ordering from them. The only positive was that customer service did cancel my order.
Originally set for Friday, June 28th, delivery was confirmed via email, but I missed it as I wasn't told about the courtesy call 30 minutes prior. The customer service agent blamed me without prior notice in the emails that I should expect such a call. It was rescheduled for Wednesday, July 3rd after speaking to customer service.
Today at 4:30 pm, I received an email at 4:14 pm informing me that the delivery was moved to Tuesday, July 2nd between 6 am and 10 am. I wondered why I wasn't informed earlier and why the delivery didn't happen. None of the agents were helpful when I called. The only option given was to reschedule for July 6th.
I got frustrated as the only assistance I received was cancelling the order. The company's process leaves much to be desired, and I am very disappointed. I will inform my friends and family. The company failed to deliver the beds I ordered, which is extremely disappointing.

I have a Canada Day Blowout 10% off promo card with three images on it - an outdoor patio with a fire setting, a chair with a rug display, and a flowery pattern bedding picture. I placed an order for a bed frame on Saturday, June 29 with an expected delivery date of Wednesday, June 3. On the tracking website, it showed the package was on the delivery truck by 4:26 this morning. I received a text at 7:46 saying my bed frame was on schedule to arrive by 8:00 p.m. Today, at 6:01 p.m., a delivery exception message appeared saying the delivery was rescheduled for Friday, June 5. I was hoping to have the bed frame before the holiday, but now there's a two-day delay. Sleeping on a mattress on my apartment floor, I ordered from Wayfair for a fast delivery. Is there a way to get the bed frame delivered today?

I've had assistance with my orders, but I can't recall the person's name. I'm reaching out about my son's issue. Many purchases were for him, and we were satisfied. He needs a replacement part, a strip for his TV stand/fireplace. Wayfair redirected him to the manufacturer, who told him to go back to Wayfair. This left him feeling negative about Wayfair. When buying a sectional couch, he chose a furniture store instead. Can anything be done to assist?

I placed an order on June 22nd. I have already received the top of my table on July 3rd, but the bottom is not scheduled to arrive until July 10th. This was not the estimated delivery I was given when I made the purchase. If I had known it would take this long, I would have gone elsewhere. I have a table top lying unused in its box for a week now. This seems like a waste of resources to deliver parts of a product a week apart. I also ordered a TV stand that still doesn't have a delivery date estimate. As a first-time customer, I'm disappointed. This experience doesn't make me want to shop here again when other companies can deliver within a week. My order number is [redacted].

I made a mistake and hope you can assist. My spouse wanted to buy the Houchins Upholstered Storage Platform Bed during your Canada Day Sale. As I was away, we emailed your company to ask if the sale price could be extended by two more days since the shipment would be delayed. Your website mentions delayed responses, but after not hearing back for a few days, we found the price had increased by several hundred dollars. I recently ordered a Fairy 3 Door Wardrobe with order number [redacted] on June 5th, but I received the item damaged. I requested replacement parts for the two doors, one side panel, and stickers for one door. Although the replacements were supposed to be delivered yesterday, I received a message from the courier stating that the delivery was refused, which was not the case as I was home all day. I contacted DHL via Twitter and Facebook for information on the status of my parcels. However, there seems to have been a complication with the delivery, and I am still waiting for the replacements to arrive. I'm feeling frustrated and disappointed as I have already spent a lot of money on this wardrobe and now have to deal with damaged goods and delayed replacements. I kindly request either a prompt delivery of the replacement parts or a refund for the damaged wardrobe.

I recently received my order of a tulip light and was pleased with it. However, after having it on for only 5 minutes, I noticed that the top of the plastic vase became singed. I have noticed a discrepancy in the price listed on the homepage and the price displayed in my cart for the couch at the provided link. The homepage shows the price as $[redacted].99, but the cart reflects a price of $[redacted].99. This inconsistency is concerning, as it may mislead customers. I contacted Veronica on July 10 to cancel my order for the Lauren bar cart, which had not yet been shipped. She assured me the order would be cancelled. On July 11, I spoke to Nick, who confirmed I wouldn't receive an unwanted item. Even though the cart was supposed to be shipped on the 12th, I only received a cancellation number at 8 pm on the 11th.
Despite receiving an email stating the order couldn't be canceled as it was being shipped, Obe informed me at 1:40 pm today that once a shipping/tracking number is assigned, the cart will be returned to the warehouse, and a full refund would be credited back to my credit card. I've been assigned a case worker, Margaret Box, and Obe mentioned the issue should be resolved within 5 days of the cart's return to the warehouse. - Yvonne Dorsett

I have spent nearly $[redacted] at Wayfair and was satisfied with all my purchases until recently. I ordered the Susan/Cream Area Rug by Charlton Home and was disappointed to find that the rug had blue in it despite the description only mentioning cream and red. The quality of the rug is poor as it is thin, flimsy, and does not lay flat, unlike what was shown in the pictures. I am surprised by the $35 return shipping fee as I was unaware of this policy since it is my first return at Wayfair. I am hoping to exchange it for a different rug rather than leave a negative review, as I usually prefer to resolve issues internally.

The delivery of the dresser was a complete disaster. The delivery team's actions were so careless and unprofessional, it felt like a scene from an old comedy film. They damaged the walls, gouged surfaces, and left marks all over. The dresser itself seems compromised, and we won't even open it to check for further harm. We are shocked at how poorly our Wayfair order was handled during delivery. When the replacement dresser arrives, we demand a more competent delivery team and proper care for our home. The damage caused will require significant repair, and we hope for a swift resolution from Wayfair.

The delivery of this dresser was a complete disaster. The delivery team acted so unprofessionally, it felt like a scene from an old comedy. They damaged the walls, the newly painted surfaces, and left marks everywhere. The dresser itself was mishandled to the point of being unusable. We refuse to accept it and will not even open the box due to the potential damage.
I confronted the team as they carelessly manhandled the heavy piece, and they simply said it broke. Our house is now a mess, and we are deeply disappointed. The replacement must be handled better, with my husband present to oversee it.
I demand a swift resolution for the damages caused by your reckless delivery team. This situation needs urgent attention and I expect better service from Wayfair going forward.

I ordered a bed, but I mistakenly placed another order. I am currently in Sweden and will not be arriving until August 20th. Please hold onto the bed at your store until then, as I have not decided where I will be moving. I requested assistance in setting up the bed in my bedroom to ensure one room is ready for me, my dog, and to combat jetlag upon our arrival. Despite mentioning the issue of delivery location in my initial email, the bed was still shipped to a place I will not be living in - Luxury Apartments. In Sweden, retailers like IKEA would have handled this differently. Please store the bed in the back of the store until I am en route and the current tenants have vacated. I am unfamiliar with the process in the USA and am relying on the retailer to resolve this. Kindly remove the bed from its current location promptly as I am unable to intervene from Sweden. I believe there is a Wayfair store in Florida - I thought I made the purchase from that store. I will likely need to purchase additional items such as bedding, mattresses, and perhaps a water bowl for my Pomeranian, Bowie.

Good afternoon to whom it may concern,
I recently received the Tiara bunk bed by South Shore and was eager to assemble it. However, upon opening the box, I noticed numerous dings and cracks on the pieces. As the bed is already assembled, it would be inconvenient to disassemble it for a return. We had been eagerly awaiting its delivery since March.
I have taken photos of the damages for reference. We paid nearly $[redacted] for this item and expected it to arrive in perfect condition. Despite the great packaging, it seems the items were damaged before being packed.
As new customers, we hope for some form of compensation for the inconvenience. We look forward to continued shopping with your company. Thank you for addressing this matter seriously.
