I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery driver today. Despite informing him I was in a meeting, he called me three times and was rude, which left me in tears. I had to leave my daughter to accept the delivery, but he still couldn't find the house. Upon inspection, the table was damaged, and it seems he handled it poorly. As the table cost £[redacted], I expect an apology from Wayfair or the delivery company. I struggle with mental health issues, making it hard for me to use the phone effectively. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Debbie M.

I purchased a Black Reclining and Lift Chair from Wayfair approximately 3 weeks ago along with a 3-year warranty. I have been extremely pleased with the chair as it is very comfortable and meets all my expectations.
However, this morning when I tried to recline, I discovered that the chair was not functioning despite the green light on the power box being illuminated. I attempted to contact the warranty company but encountered difficulties due to their requirement for a photo of the chair, which I am struggling to provide as I am not very tech-savvy. They have not sent any paperwork for the warranty and I am unable to find their phone number on their website. Although they claim to have live chat support, I have been unable to locate it.
Typically, I prefer to make local purchases, but I took a chance on Wayfair because I found this chair appealing. Nonetheless, I believe a power chair should have a longer lifespan than just 3 weeks. I have been trying to resolve this issue for about 4 hours now and am getting increasingly frustrated. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Kim I. Cryderman

I purchased the Deren wall recliner in November. I placed it in a room that is only used in warm weather (non-heated room) and started using it recently. Being a senior who finds it hard to get out, I decided to order online after seeing your TV ads. Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed with this chair. The construction is very poor, showing visible wood on the arms without fabric cover (refer to the attached picture). The lack of padding on the arms makes them uncomfortable. The footrest is difficult to operate and poorly made (see photo), requiring significant effort to put down. I understand I missed the return window, but I wanted to express my deep disappointment with this product. I doubt I'll be ordering furniture online again.

Wayfair, please don't yield to the pressure from political organizers making demands under the guise of being non-political. Their actions have already negatively impacted your stock prices. Should businesses not be able to sell goods for improving the border infrastructure? The crisis could have been avoided and is exacerbated by those causing disruptions within your company. Consider replacing these individuals with dedicated staff who truly support Wayfair. Focus on profitability without succumbing to those who only praise you when it suits their agenda. Stay strong and stay profitable.

I recently made a purchase from your company. However, upon learning about your sales to border retention facilities that mistreat children, I am deeply concerned about where your products are going. Your CEO's justification of fulfilling orders does not excuse supporting such inhumane practices. I have decided to stop being a customer and will use social media to discourage others from buying from Wayfair. Your actions contribute to suffering for profit, and I cannot support that. It is important for your management to reflect on the impact of their choices. Many people, including myself, stand in solidarity with your employees' protest. It is vital that you immediately cease these unethical and potentially illegal practices.

I recently placed an order with your company, but upon discovering your sales to border retention facilities, I am questioning whether my purchase is supporting the mistreatment of children. I find it troubling that your CEO's stance is to fulfill orders regardless of the impact. Due to this, I have decided to no longer support Wayfair and will spread the word on social media. It is disheartening to see a company contributing to human suffering for profit. I stand with your employees in their protest, and I truly hope your management reconsiders these practices that lack compassion and may even be unlawful.

I want to commend Wayfarer for their humanitarian efforts. If employees take issue, they could consider hiring migrants at manufacturing sites. Migrants would value the opportunities and contribute to improving their lives. The migrant camps are not directly Wayfarer's responsibility; it falls on the government to address that. Wayfarer, like any business, has the right to choose contractors to meet its goals. This is a business decision, not a political one. If I could manufacture products, I would do the same, regardless of the contractor. The protesting employees seem out of touch and lacking empathy. If their own families faced similar circumstances, they would appreciate any assistance. If all companies followed this path, we would all benefit.

Dear Community,
I am a concerned Wayfair customer who has come across distressing news regarding the company's decision to supply furniture to facilities housing migrant children in terrible conditions. I feel the Wayfair executives should consider the implications beyond the mere legality of these transactions. How exactly is this furniture being utilized? As a concerned citizen, parent, and grandparent, I am deeply questioning the moral judgment of this typically esteemed company. I am actively discussing my disappointment with my family, friends, and anyone willing to listen, and urging them to rethink their patronage of Wayfair. Being associated with the operators of these migrant facilities, even indirectly, is truly troubling.
Best, Xavier R.

Dear Wayfair, I would like to express my disappointment in some recent remarks made by your employees. In a recent article, I came across comments regarding the sale of furniture to a contractor and a reference to a detention center as a "Concentration Camp." As a Jewish individual, I find such comments unacceptable. It is essential to consider the significant number of homeless U.S. citizens and veterans in need of basic necessities like shelter, food, and medical care. I urge your employees to prioritize helping our people before focusing on non-Americans. It would be beneficial for them to understand the struggles faced by many Americans, such as those on Skid Row, before forming uninformed opinions influenced by biased news reports. I recommend encouraging your employees to base their views on factual information rather than emotions. Kindly share this message with your team. Thank you.

Dear Wayfair,
I have noticed the statement released about the employee walkout today (6/25) and would like to address a specific phrase used:
"We believe it is our business to sell to any customer who is acting within the laws of the countries within which we operate."
It is important to remember that legality does not equate to morality. History shows us that many atrocities were once legally sanctioned. I urge you to reconsider supporting practices that may contribute to suffering. Until a change is made, I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same. I hope for a shift in policy that reflects a more ethical stance against immoral actions.

I am disappointed in Wayfair's response to the situation. Donating to the Red Cross does not address the core issue at hand, which is the treatment of migrants at detention centers. Wayfair should reconsider their support of the government's actions and recognize that a simple donation is not enough. It is important to prioritize people's well-being over profit. If we receive a request for more clarification, it will be clear that the message has not been effectively communicated. Customers like me are eagerly anticipating Wayfair's corrective actions and the proposed solutions to this matter.

To Wayfair Customer Service:
I am deeply troubled to discover that your company is providing furniture to detention centers on the Texas-Mexico border. As a Texan of Mexican descent, with immigrant grandparents, and a parent to Hispanic children, I am shocked and disappointed by your involvement with these facilities. I urge you to cease your support of these camps, which have brought suffering to numerous families. It is crucial that Wayfair reconsiders its association with these institutions, which represent a grave injustice and have harmed countless individuals. Your actions are no longer aligned with my values, and regrettably, I can no longer support your business.

Your statement that "As a retailer, it is standard practice to fulfill orders for all customers and we believe it is our business to sell to any customer who is acting within the law of the countries within which we operate" sparked much concern.
Consider the implications.
For instance, if a government ordered RTS Home Accents Landscape Edging to use in a morally reprehensible manner, such as stoning a homosexual man in Brunei where it is legal, would you still proceed with the sale just because it is within the local laws?
While legality is important, morality should not be overlooked.
I urge you to reflect on your actions and listen to the voices of your employees. Selling goods to facilities like US internment camps may be legal, but that doesn't mean it is ethical.
Sincerely,
J. Tonan

I am appalled by the news today. I was about to place an order with your company, but after witnessing your employees walk out following the CEO's decision to donate beds to individuals at border camps, I am deeply disheartened. The behavior of your staff is unacceptable, and their disregard for the United States and its citizens is shocking. I urge you to take action and terminate their employment. Redirect their pay to help those in need at the border. I will not be making a purchase from your company due to the actions of your employees. It is crucial to show support for the CEO's decision and make necessary changes within your workforce.

Dear Customer Service Team, I have observed some concerning behavior recently from your employees bringing their political views into the workplace. This has led me and others to consider boycotting your company and deleting the app if this continues. Please ensure that your employees are focused on their job and do not bring their political agendas into the workplace. It is important for a company to remain neutral and provide services without becoming a platform for political discussions. Your bottom line could be affected by this behavior. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you, Jan Beazely

I recently ordered 2 bed frames, shipped via FedEx with tracking number [redacted]80. I usually receive packages without any issues, but this time I faced difficulties communicating with FedEx. Due to living in a new apartment without a buzzer number, I requested they contact me by phone. Despite two attempted deliveries and updating my phone number, communication issues persisted. After rescheduling for July 20, a mix-up led to the package being placed on the wrong truck. Despite leaving messages and attempting to arrange a new delivery date, confusion ensued. FedEx has now returned the package to the shipper, and I have been advised to contact Wayfair for further assistance. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought an overhanging garden parasol from you. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I noticed a small hole which I regret not addressing at the time. Despite this, the parasol now decorates my patio and has been used only a few times. Today, on one of the warmest days this year, while basking in the shade it provided, the parasol unexpectedly collapsed. Initially, I thought my partner had adjusted it, but upon inspecting it, I discovered that the rope or wire used to operate it had broken. I am disappointed that it didn't even last half a season. I am eager to hear back from you.

I've been attempting to buy the Monticello TV stand online for a while now, but it's always out of stock. Despite ticking the box and providing my email for updates, I haven't received any notifications. The website initially mentioned it would be back in stock on July 3rd, but now it shows availability from August 3rd. How can I pre-order this item?

I received delivery of two sofas, and unfortunately, during the delivery process, the back of one of the sofas got damaged due to mishandling. The delivery agents pushed it off the truck incorrectly, causing gouges in the fabric since there was no protective cardboard. Additionally, one of the cushions on the same sofa was sewn unevenly. I am requesting either a replacement sofa or a new cushion for the damaged one. I am also seeking monetary compensation for the gouges. I have pictures documenting the damage. I specifically instructed the delivery team not to drag the sofa off the truck in such a manner, but my warning was disregarded. This situation is disappointing as both sofas are placed in a way that highlights the damage on the back of the affected sofa.

I was deeply disturbed by your letter to your employees regarding supplying beds for immigrant camps. Your business ethics are concerning. Although beds are needed, it doesn't have to be your company providing them. Profit seems to be your priority over ethical considerations. I decided to purchase a bed elsewhere for $[redacted] to support a local business instead of yours, which made me feel better. I hope others will do the same. I urge you to reconsider your business practices. Thank you.
