I recently made a purchase of a shoe and coat rack with order number [redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, the 8th, but unfortunately, it did not arrive as planned. I received conflicting emails from Hermes about the delay, causing me to wait anxiously all day for the delivery that never came. Despite my attempts to contact Hermes, I was unable to reach them and later discovered the parcel was left in a Safe place without my knowledge. I am unsure of its whereabouts and would appreciate it if you could assist in resolving this issue promptly. Missing work to receive the order has been inconvenient, especially considering the smoother experience I had with DHL for the other part of my order. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello. I wanted to share feedback about the large hanging jewelry box I received as a Christmas gift from my husband. When we opened it on Christmas Day, we discovered that the mirror was completely shattered, and the door was damaged. Despite the disappointment, my husband managed to fix the inside, and we repurposed the mirror pieces into a picture board. I am now using it, but I felt it was important for you to be aware of the condition it arrived in, highlighting the need for more careful handling of fragile items during delivery. Although I opted not to return it due to anticipated delays, I wanted to bring this to your attention.

Good afternoon,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my order number [redacted]. I selected these units based on their appearance and the promised 2-day availability. However, after placing the order, I received an email stating that the items were delayed, with an expected delivery date of January 16th, which was significantly later. Despite this delay, I decided to proceed. Today, after contacting Wayfair, I was informed that the units would be further delayed until January 30th. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that the payment has already been deducted from my account.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation. I am now contemplating cancelling the order and not using Wayfair in the future. I urgently need the units for a project, ideally this week. If immediate delivery is not feasible, I request a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.

Hello, I recently purchased the Meansville writing desk under order # [redacted]. Despite reading reviews mentioning damaged deliveries, my desk arrived intact but had alignment issues with the screws and holes. After contacting customer service, they were understanding and offered to send replacement parts, a partial credit, or a new desk. Opting for the new desk, they advised me to dispose of the current one and ensured a replacement would be sent. Not wanting the delivery to arrive during my vacation, they advised me to inform them upon my return. I am now back and eager to receive the replacement desk. I am frustrated with the delayed delivery of my table in Canada. The item arrived on Jan 16, but I am being told that I have to wait until Feb 3 to receive it because the delivery partner, Kore Logistics, wants to consolidate more items for the area. This long wait of 2 1/2 weeks seems unreasonable, considering they are only 3 hours away. If this is how deliveries will be handled, I may have to reconsider ordering from Wayfair in the future. I want to bring to your attention the lengthy delays caused by Kore Logistics to your customers.

I wanted to share my appreciation for two outstanding employees of Wayfare: Jan from the [redacted]-number and Jacob from the warehouse. I was also impressed by the delivery team, a father and son duo from Columbia who assembled the chairs, and the warehouse manager in Ft Myers, FL.
Aside from the excellent products, the superior customer service provided by these employees truly impressed me. They all handled our issue with dedication and skill in their respective roles. I am grateful for their exceptional service.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing regarding my recent purchase of item GXT262 on December 1, [redacted]. I reside in FL, but had the item shipped to my family in OH, specifically to David A Harman at [redacted] Norview Dr, Clinton OH [redacted], as I was unable to bring it on the airplane. Upon opening the package on January 17th with my Aunt and Uncle, we found the Yadiel Girl and Boy playing on Teeter Totter Statue to be broken.
I am currently in possession of only my iPad and am unable to retrieve my order number. I do have the PO number CS[redacted]41. I am aware of the 30-day return policy, but as the item was only opened yesterday, I am hoping to exchange it. My family loves the statue, and it would mean a lot to resolve this matter promptly.

I received a blanket box with a broken hinge and the wrong color (order number [redacted]48). Additionally, the chest of drawers (order number [redacted]) has drawers that are misaligned and hit each other when opened. Customer service assured me both items would be the same color, which turned out to be incorrect. I ended up painting the box to match the drawers. It's frustrating to continually receive damaged items. I had to hire a tradesman to fix the issues. This experience doesn't reflect well on Wayfair despite their good reviews.

I am extremely frustrated because Wayfair has charged me for items I did not order. The items listed in "My Orders" do not match the items on My invoice. The invoice contains three extra black dining tables that I did not order whatsoever. It seems like there has been a mistake or fraudulent activity by Wayfair. This has been a terrible first experience with Wayfair, and I feel betrayed that they took money from my credit card without my permission. Ordering three identical black tables makes no sense to me when I only selected the white one that shows up in "My Orders." I urgently need this issue rectified without any delays. Please remove the three black tables from the invoice and refund the money to my credit card promptly.

Regarding the covered sandbox we ordered for our granddaughter around Thanksgiving, we encountered issues with broken parts upon assembly. Despite receiving replacement parts, more plastic pieces were found cracked. After improvising for Christmas, the umbrella cover failed to work, even with additional plastic pieces sent to secure it. Currently, we are forced to use a tarp to protect the sandbox as the cracked areas are deteriorating. Priced nearly $[redacted], returning the item is impractical. My son and daughter-in-law were happy with their purchases from you and recommended this product. It seems the manufacturing quality of this sandbox is flawed. I purchased the Imogen Ladder Bookcase by Langley Street #[redacted] on Wayfair Canada. It arrived on Tuesday, January 21. During assembly, we noticed a strong plastic/chemical smell. We hoped it would dissipate once out of the packaging, but after 4 days, the smell remains. It is so potent that we had to remove the bookcase from my daughter's room due to concerns about its safety. We have assembled the product but are unwilling to keep it due to the smell. We are requesting a refund and guidance on returning the item. My daughter and I are disappointed as she was looking forward to the new shelf in her bedroom. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I anticipate this will be my final purchase from Wayfair. I await your response on the steps to proceed with the refund process.

My order for a white drop leaf table was sent to my old address in Olive Branch, MS, instead of the new address I provided. The delivery went to [redacted] Pink Warbler Lane, Olive Branch, MS [redacted]. I made sure to supply my new mailing address when I placed the order, which should have been [redacted] South Haverhill Drive, Muncie, IN. I updated my payment method to my Capital One credit card. I need this issue resolved promptly. Despite being a loyal Wayfair customer, I have never encountered such a delivery problem before. I currently reside in Indiana and kindly request that all previous addresses be removed from my records, using only my Indiana address for future shipments.

I purchased some parts for my recent order, but I have yet to receive them. I spoke with a representative from Wayfair through their online chat yesterday regarding the delivery status, as it showed the items were delivered when they were not. The representative mentioned there was a mix-up with the tracking number and assured me they would resolve the issue and update me with the correct information. However, I have not received any follow-up email as promised. Considering the challenges I faced during the initial delivery of my item, I am eager to ensure I am available when the new delivery is scheduled.

Hello, I recently received a rug that had its edge heat-sealed in the plastic packaging, causing it to melt. My address is 132a Southwood Road, Hayling Island, PO11 9QH.
I spoke to an adviser yesterday who mentioned that a refund would be issued to my account. I was instructed to send a picture of the damaged rug and to dispose of it. I have experienced a frustrating situation with my carpet order. After a prolonged wait, my order was initially reported lost but later found. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the carpet was left outside at the street near my gate, exposed to rain. This not only put the item at risk of being taken but also resulted in its arrival wet the next day. I had been home all day, which made the careless delivery puzzling. The unsatisfactory delivery left me disappointed.
Now, to add to the situation, I noticed the carpet is on sale. Despite attempting to contact customer service twice, my first call was abruptly ended, and the second call left me waiting on hold for six minutes before I disconnected. My level of disappointment with the service I have received is beyond words.

I have a delivery scheduled with XDP, but I am extremely frustrated with their service. They failed to leave a delivery note, and after receiving an email to reschedule, I tried calling the provided number. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and still have not spoken to anyone. Their website does not offer a way to reschedule, and their app is not helpful either. They advise sending an email, which is my next step since I cannot wait on hold for an hour. However, I am not optimistic about receiving a prompt response, as it may take up to 48 hours. I urge others to reconsider using XDP due to these issues.

I am experiencing an issue with my order of the Gloria rug high pile skid-resistant rubber non-slip carpet stair treads C[redacted]17. I bought two packages with a total of 14 stair treads using my MasterCard, and the charge was $98.88. However, I only received one package containing seven treads. The tracking information shows that the second package was shipped on February 5 with an expected delivery date of February 11, but there have been no updates since February 5.
