Our garbage hasn't been picked up for months despite numerous promises. We were assured it would be picked up on Wednesday or Thursday, then again on Friday, but it still hasn't happened. The automated service won't connect me to a representative. Garbage is accumulating and causing a mess.

According to the phone system, my garbage was marked as picked up, but it hasn't been collected. This has happened before and is frustrating. It has been at the street since Sunday night, and the smell is becoming unpleasant. I had to wait on hold for 55 minutes, which is unreasonable. Due to the driver's error, I am now in this situation. The company's service has been disappointing. I plan to lodge a formal complaint with the BBB.

My annual account renewal is now $[redacted].13, higher than the previous year's $[redacted].98, which was already challenging for me. Being 73 and living alone, the new increase to $[redacted].23 per quarter is too much. I've tried calling for days to speak with someone but couldn't reach anyone - very frustrating! I prefer using my large trash container and providing my recyclables. While I set out trash occasionally, my contribution is minimal. I believe the route should still be followed. I found that the anticipated cost for trash collection elsewhere is $70 - $95 per quarter, totaling $[redacted] annually, which fits my budget better. I hope we can find a compromise. Around three weeks ago, the driver mishandled the container, causing damage when trying to release it from the jaws. I kindly request a replacement container to be provided during the next pick-up at my Mother's residence at [redacted] Lake Ridge Place, West Fargo, ND [redacted]. I am attempting to establish service at [redacted] SE Elliott in Gresham, Oregon, Zipcode [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to reach the correct WM department, I have been directed to unhelpful automated services. My address is not recognized on the website, even though Gresham confirms you are the service provider. It is frustrating that there is no direct option to speak to a representative and the automated system, like "Idiot Lisa," does not assist effectively despite repeated attempts. This experience has been unpleasant and unhelpful.

Waste Management is exacerbating issues in our neighborhood. On 6/7/[redacted], the entire block at [redacted] NE Ave in Redmond, WA did not receive trash collection. Upon calling WM, I encountered "Lisa," a robot, who wrongly claimed pickup occurred at 5:47 pm. I took a photo at 10:48 pm showing the garbage still present. Despite following instructions this morning, my call with a representative was abruptly terminated. Suggested actions: Ensure timely trash collection or communicate service disruptions, employ efficient robots, and maintain a call center that doesn't disconnect calls. Dissatisfied customers may contact their local city authorities.

We have requested a replacement trash can multiple times and followed the instructions to leave the old one, but we have yet to receive a new one. I personally visited the office on Tuesday and discussed this issue with Ma Tina Lopez, who sent a request for a replacement via email. However, the trash collector I spoke to recently was unhelpful and dismissed my concerns. This situation is disappointing as we had a similar experience two years ago with the moving boxes, which required significant effort to resolve.

Hello, I am located at [redacted] Camden Ln, Hammond, LA [redacted], and I no longer receive trash services from WM. The new provider is AMWaste. I have a broken WM trash container that needs to be picked up from my home. AMWaste informed me that they are unable to do this and suggested I contact WM. I have been trying to contact customer service for two weeks to change my shop's location and request an extra pickup. Unfortunately, I have only been able to reach Lisa, who was unable to locate my account despite providing my phone number, address, and account number. The lack of personal service and ineffective customer support has been disappointing. I have been unable to schedule a pickup online as well. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service department has been extremely poor, with a current personal rating of -3 out of 10. I am not alone in facing these challenges with Lisa. I have decided to switch to another pickup service due to this ongoing issue. Kindly schedule a final pickup for June 29, [redacted], to collect the dumpster. I also need additional pickups on June 14 and 16 at [redacted] Ludelle St, Ft. Worth, [redacted]. There have been weeks when I canceled the weekly pickups because the dumpster wasn't used, entitling me to two or more courtesy pickups without any charges.

Regarding [redacted] Mooney Flat Road in Smartsville, CA: I have reached out to Waste Management about this issue four times. I'm frustrated as it feels like my concerns are not being addressed. My recycling has not been collected for weeks despite the driver claiming the bin was not out, which is incorrect. The recycling bin has been out for over two continuous weeks, and I urgently need it to be picked up. The wheels and connecting bar on my trash can are wobbling, causing breakage, making it unsafe for pick-up on Monday. I recently received notice that WM is implementing a new policy that requires customers to use their provided carts. Will WM be supplying carts to customers? I own my own carts and I do not wish to incur additional fees for using WM's carts for my trash. I have already paid WM for the next three months of service, and I believe customers should have been informed about this change before billing and payment. If customers opt not to use WM carts and decide to switch to another trash service, will they be eligible for a refund for unused services? I am looking for clarification on these matters. I would like to speak to a customer service representative at Waste Management as I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I have never experienced such poor service before. If I do not receive a call back within a reasonable time frame, I will consider switching to a different waste management provider even if it means paying more. One of the drivers from your company unloaded a container at [redacted] Woodbury Ave. (near Autozone or Bull Moose) at 5 am today, causing a disturbance in the nearby mobile home park. The noise woke up many residents who live only 35 ft away from where the container was emptied. This kind of disruption is unacceptable, especially at such an early hour. It's vital that your drivers respect the Noise Ordinance Law in Portsmouth, as repeatedly violating it could lead to fines up to $[redacted]. I have reached out to the city attorney about this matter, and they have also communicated with your company. It is crucial that your drivers are aware of and abide by Portsmouth's Noise Ordinance to ensure they are considerate of the community they are serving.

On July 7th at 6:56 am, the Waste Management truck arrived at Extra Space Storage on [redacted] Glen Laurel Rd, Clayton, NC [redacted]. After reviewing the camera footage, it is evident that they pulled up to the dumpster but did not make any attempt to empty it, despite it being full. There was no obstruction preventing them from doing so. Consequently, trash is now scattered around the dumpster area.

At night, an elk keeps raiding our trash can on the street, causing a mess. We have a lock on it during the day, but we worry the WM truck drivers might not bother to unlock it (just a clasp). To prevent the elk from getting into the trash, we need a solution. Our neighbor has a bear-proof container, offering a potential solution, but we are unable to contact him. I noticed an additional charge on my latest bill. My bill should be $27.10, but the total due is $31.80. I want to dispute these extra fees and have them removed. I tried reaching out through the virtual assistant five times, but unfortunately, I keep getting disconnected. The virtual assistant appears to be the same on all the phone numbers I've tried, which is frustrating. It should be easier for customers to speak with a live representative. I really need to talk to a real person, and I'm finding this process extremely difficult. Given the unexpected charges and the potential for more in the future, I am hesitant to enroll in auto-pay since it seems charges can be added without my knowledge. Please contact me as soon as possible as I am quite dissatisfied with my experience.

I am interested in setting up an automatic payment plan. Even though it can be done in a hundred characters, I prefer to explain it in more detail. I find it inconvenient to have to write a hundred words when a simple call could resolve this issue. I believe this process should be easier. Whether my message is exactly a hundred words or not should not impact the assistance I receive. I would appreciate being able to speak with someone directly to establish the automatic payment plan without these unnecessary constraints.
