This recurring problem tends to happen with weather changes, but the recent service has been unacceptable. My bill is up to date, and I urge the supervisor to inspect my street. I consistently place my trash at the designated spot, expecting regular collection. Please address this issue promptly and ensure better service from your drivers.

I recently received an email regarding holiday services, but the customer name and address listed are incorrect. My name is Margaret Ellis residing at [redacted] NE 152nd Ct, Portland, OR [redacted], with account number [redacted]07.
The email mentions David Ellis, who also resides in Portland. Although I have a son with that name, I am not him. There are more than one David Ellis who live in Portland.

I am a resident at [redacted] NE Ocean Blvd, and I observed one of your garbage trucks loading a large glass door from Building B into the waste management truck without following the proper procedures. I had a similar experience six months ago, resulting in a $[redacted] charge to our association, which I had to cover personally. I reside in Saint Germain, Wisconsin, and I am looking to switch my residential waste removal service provider. I notice that your company covers Minocqua, Woodruff, and Eagle River, which are all near St. Germain, but unfortunately not my town directly. I am located 11 miles west of Eagle River and 11 miles east of Woodruff, WI. I am a member of the Samish Island Memorial Chapel located at [redacted] Samish Island Road, Bow WA. I had arranged with your representative for the church's garbage to be picked up on the first Thursday of each month. However, I have been receiving emails indicating pickups on different dates such as 1/12/23 and 2/9/23. I kindly request that you adjust your schedule to align with the first Thursday of each month as previously agreed. Please ensure that only one pickup per month is scheduled and reflected correctly in the church's billing.
I look forward to a response from WM confirming that these adjustments have been implemented. I also find it frustrating to reach a representative at WM as the wait times are excessive. Your website has not been helpful in resolving these issues. Thank you for your assistance.

I missed the trash and recycling pick-up. I have called multiple times and spoke with Aaron. According to MyWM.com, my account shows that the trash was picked up yesterday and today, and the recycling was picked up yesterday. However, none of it happened. Both bins are still in front of my house and driveway. Can someone please assist me? I am sharing this now as it's late Friday, raining, and the waste is getting messy. I'm unable to move things around due to medical reasons. Thank you for your help.

I have a commercial dumpster on my property that needs to be moved. The person who rents it placed it on my property by mistake instead of theirs. The bins are being emptied at 6am on Saturdays in residential areas, specifically the Friars Point Condo complex in San Diego, California, [redacted]. The drivers of the trucks do not check if the bins need to be emptied and have been seen dumping completely empty bins. Additionally, they are causing unnecessary noise by moving the bins with the forks of the truck, slamming them into the concrete walls and other bins.

I contacted Waste Management to clarify some points regarding our recycling practices:
1. Wet paper items like used paper towels go in the trash, but dry paper is recyclable. Can you provide this in writing?
2. Paper liners from bakery products are dry but considered food-soiled, so they go in the compost. Please confirm this in writing.
3. Large cans from our food manufacturing facility, like those for coconut milk or tomato sauce, must be rinsed before recycling. Please confirm if unrinsed cans go in the trash. Does the same apply to bottles?
4. If our large cans can't be rinsed, we may need separate trash, compost, and recycling bins to avoid any penalties for improper disposal. We seek clarity to prevent confusion on what is considered "dry" for recycling.

While on the phone at 10:46 am, my power went out. I was discussing a problem with my yard trash pickup. The pickup crew took the yard trash but left behind a large black bag (not mine). I'm unsure if it accidentally fell off the truck. I'd appreciate it being collected when convenient. I'm hesitant to check the contents of the bag.

I have been attempting to acquire an additional trashcan for my home without success. It took me nearly 3.5 years to receive my initial one. This situation is frustrating and requires immediate attention. I am merely requesting another trashcan. Previously, the waste collectors used to pick up all my trash even without a can, but now they only take some of it and leave the rest in the bags. Why should I continue paying for a service that is not being fully provided? I have raised this issue with the city, who directed me back to you. I have attempted to contact your office multiple times but found them closed. I work during the day and cannot call within your limited hours. If my request for an additional trashcan is not fulfilled, I will escalate this matter to the BBB for resolution.

Yesterday, my regular recycling pick-up was missed. Despite calling Waste Management three times, I was unable to speak to a real person. The automated system repeatedly hung up on me after not correctly guessing which button to press. Seeking assistance on their website proved equally frustrating. I've already spent thirty minutes trying to contact them, but to no avail. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with this unhelpful company.

I am unable to speak with a live person. Every number routes me to a recording of Lisa without an option for transfer. My waste container has not been collected and remains at the curb in front of [redacted] Mazatlan, Mission Viejo, [redacted]. The phone service is extremely frustrating as it's impossible to reach a human despite numerous attempts. My frustration is compounded as I invest significant funds in this service and also take on the responsibility of sorting. Despite our efforts to follow guidelines, fee increases add to the dissatisfaction with the service. Improvements are needed to eliminate the barrier created by the automated system featuring Lisa's voice.

Over a year ago, we canceled our service with Waste Management but still have two containers issued by them. We are looking to return these containers, one for regular garbage (green) and the other for recycling (green with yellow lid), as both are in good condition. Waste Management has not provided information on where we can return them. It seems they store these containers nearby for new customers or replacements. If you know where we can take these containers to return them, please let us know.
