I abide by the Scriptures and trust in the Lord's judgment. I walk in truth and do not associate with deceitful individuals. I meditate on the Holy Word day and night, keeping my soul away from sinners. My ways are guided by integrity and my joy comes from the Lord. I will love and serve the Lord always and dwell in His house eternally. The Lord protects those who trust in Him, while the wicked will face destruction. I follow His word faithfully, as it is written, so shall it be done. Amen.

I recently experienced my first missed Wall Street Journal delivery of the year on 1/04/[redacted] and promptly reported it. Despite assurances from WSJ that the matter would be investigated, the issue persisted. Today, 1/18/[redacted], marks the second missed delivery without any resolution. Holly from Dow Jones & Co. Customer Service requested account verification, but no further updates were provided.
To address this ongoing problem, I am considering canceling my subscription permanently. On a temporary basis, I will continue reporting missed deliveries. Previously, reporting before 7:00 a.m. ensured a same-day paper delivery, but it seems the issue may lie with the local vendor. Time constraints prevent me from pursuing this matter further, and I will cancel my subscription after the next missed delivery.

I am concerned about the misinformation reported regarding the events on January 6th at the Capitol. It is important to address the inaccuracies and provide a clearer picture of what truly occurred that day. Police reports and evidence suggest that certain details have been misrepresented, leading to a distorted view of the events. It is crucial to present facts accurately to avoid sensationalizing the situation. I urge for a more responsible and truthful approach in reporting such incidents. Let's strive for honest and unbiased journalism.

Please ensure your news and editorial board maintain professionalism and impartiality. The controversy surrounding the previous U.S. election needs to be accurately reported, alongside an investigation into the current administration's ties. It is concerning that President Biden has limited public appearances and avoids certain questions due to speculation about his mental state. The lack of press conferences and State of the Union address raises valid concerns. Additionally, the events at the Capitol need to be portrayed factually, noting the absence of weapons and the tragic outcome involving an unarmed individual. The perceived disparity in treatment between MAGA supporters and other groups should be addressed fairly. Investigative journalism should strive to uncover the truth objectively.

My 91-year-old father, Donald F., relocated to a new address on January 1st. However, we experienced a significant interruption in his Wall Street Journal delivery for January and February. Despite multiple conversations with customer service, we only received approximately 12 papers in March, often not on the correct days. The Wall Street Journal extended his subscription by two months until May 22nd, which was agreed upon two weeks ago. I emphasized the importance of daily delivery before changing the mail service but unfortunately, the issue persists. Yesterday, I received a message requesting a billing update to resume delivery. Although I don't mind updating billing information, I seek a prompt resolution to this ongoing problem. I have been purchasing papers from a nearby store and delivering them to my father for three months now at an extra cost. I believe I deserve a call from management to address this matter effectively. My contact details are Suzanne M., reachable at [redacted]. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated to restore my father's daily reading routine without further inconvenience or delay.

I recently purchased a new telephone that blocks unwanted calls, but it doesn't recognize my phone number [redacted] or the alternative code [redacted]28. Following the passing of my husband, Charles F. Haeflinger, Jr, I should now be listed as Jane L. Haeflinger. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this over the phone and through emails dated March 22 and March 27, I continue to encounter issues. My son, Charles F. Haeflinger III, in Grady, Alabama, received a Christmas subscription gift, which should not impact my subscription. My previous email address [redacted] is no longer active, so I would like to update it to [redacted] Although I spoke with a representative today who assured me the problem would be resolved, I have yet to see any changes despite similar assurances in the past.

We have not received the Wall Street Journal for weeks now. I've contacted their customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Initially, they assured me the service would resume in early March, but it never did. I checked online in early March, which indicated the subscription would start on April 3, yet we still did not receive a paper. After contacting their live chat, they apologized and mentioned we would be credited for the missed papers. However, the problem persists, and I'm frustrated with not receiving the paper despite paying $47 a month. Even calling the phone number has not fixed the issue. I hope this can be resolved promptly as I rely on receiving the paper daily.

I have been a long-time subscriber. After switching the payment method upon retirement, I recently discovered my subscription had lapsed in April due to non-payment. Despite not receiving any notification, I was informed today when trying to pause delivery for a vacation. The representative mentioned I would need to pay more than last year to resume delivery. I was taken aback by their approach and felt unfairly treated. I am concerned about any potential impact on my credit history and would appreciate clarification on this matter. I hope to renew my subscription with respectful customer service. Looking forward to your response. Thank you. Dr. M. Wood.

I am a 72-year-old retired psychologist with a clean record, happily married for 48 years, and active in my church (Episcopal Mystic). I advocate for Move To Amend and successfully got Congressman Castro to cosponsor HJR48, the We the People Amendment. On 09/07, my Ebay membership was unexpectedly revoked, claiming I was a 'threat' with no further explanation. I've been a seller on Ebay for over 20 years with great ratings. After contacting support, I received no clarification and have since sent multiple letters to Ebay's leadership without any response. Research shows similar cases like mine overseas. I hope to have my membership reinstated like others and believe my experience could be a significant story affecting many individuals.

Since becoming a subscriber in April [redacted], I have had issues with the Monday paper not arriving on time, sometimes reaching me on Tuesday or later. The problem has worsened over the years, with more missed days and delays of 7 to 10 days for back editions. While WSJ used to provide credits for missed deliveries, the local carrier option did not improve the situation, so I reverted to USPS delivery. Despite assurances from the local USPS that they deliver as soon as they receive the paper from the distribution center, the problem persists. I email about missed deliveries, but the responses from customer service have been less than helpful lately. I am asked to wait up to 5 days before receiving any credit for missing papers, which defeats the purpose as the news becomes outdated. Recently, I did not receive the papers for October 22nd and 23rd. I'm paying $49.99 for daily "on-time" delivery, yet the issues persist without a clear resolution in sight.

I wanted to share my recent experience with the poor customer service support I received while trying to resolve a delivery issue.
During my first call, the representative could not locate my information and was unhelpful. Subsequent calls were equally frustrating as I encountered rude and unhelpful agents. Despite multiple attempts, it took nearly 40 minutes and multiple calls to reach a supervisor who eventually resolved the issue. It was a frustrating experience, and it highlighted a need for improved training for WSJ customer service representatives. I hope that they emphasize active listening and respectful communication in their training moving forward.

Since mid-November, I have been experiencing issues with receiving my paper delivery consistently. Most of the time, the paper arrives after 11 AM, and there are even days when I don't receive it at all. I have reached out to the WSJ online system and called their customer service to report these problems multiple times. Despite speaking with call center supervisors three times, I was informed that the only action they can take is to email the delivery operations team. I have requested an explanation for the ongoing problem and a timeline for its resolution, but unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication. When I asked to escalate the issue to higher management, I was informed that there is no one else available to speak to.

On December 7, [redacted], your edition featured a full-page ad for WSJ Wine, offering fourteen bottles and wine glasses for $69.99 plus tax and shipping. I contacted them that evening, provided my credit card details and address, and placed the order. Upon calling a few days later due to not receiving an email confirmation, I was informed it would be sent. However, upon my recent call, I was told the order won't ship for another week, causing concerns about receiving it in time for Christmas, with uncertainty about the email notification. I have been a subscriber to the WSJ since the 1970s, initially through my employer and later at my home address [redacted] in San Francisco. If needed, I can be contacted at [redacted] or via email.

I find it ironic that a poll comparing favorability between Trump and Biden shows a dead even result. Biden's acceptability among Americans currently ranges from 28 to 44 percent, depending on the poll. The Wall Street Journal's poll suggests that those interviewed may not have been completely honest about their political affiliations. If the election were held today, it seems to suggest that the outcome would be a toss-up. It's hard to believe that anyone truly thinks that's the case.

I sent a check for $[redacted].00 for a subscription to the Saturday-only issue of The Wall Street Journal newspaper. I have not yet received my newspaper, and it is 2/17/[redacted]. When I called and spoke to someone a few weeks ago, I was informed that my paper should have started being delivered on January 5, [redacted]. However, I have not received any papers yet. I requested the name and phone number of the new delivery person, but it was not provided. The delivery person who used to deliver my paper is no longer doing so. I have interacted with the previous delivery person when receiving other papers at my assisted living building. I want my paper that I paid for and request that the delivery person write my apartment number, #[redacted], on the paper as done in the past to avoid other residents receiving it mistakenly. I also request a refund for the Saturday papers not received since January 5, [redacted]. Thank you, Dorothy McMahon.

I am disappointed by the lack of coverage on critical health issues related to bioweapons and vaccine adverse effects. The media needs to focus on the increasing number of adverse reactions and deaths associated with the Covid vaccines, the impact on military personnel, pilots, athletes, and the general population. The underreporting of adverse effects on VAERS.com, the CDC's data manipulation, fetal deaths post-vaccination, and rising cases of neurological and myocarditis issues are being overlooked. The media must address the misinformation spread by pharmaceutical companies and the neglect of important health crises affecting our communities. It is essential to hold the media accountable to inform the public accurately.

I have noticed a reliability issue with our WSJ home delivery. In the past four weeks, there have been around five missed paper deliveries (excluding last week's weather disruptions). Although we report the missed deliveries through services.wsj.com or the customer service line and acknowledge the extension of our subscription for each missed day, I believe it's necessary now to investigate the ongoing delivery problems with the newspaper service. Our WSJ membership number is [redacted]17, and I am Richard Marcus residing at [redacted] Prairie Lane, Buffalo Grove, IL [redacted].

The home delivery of The Wall Street Journal has become unreliable. We have not received the paper on at least five occasions in the past four weeks, excluding weather-related missed deliveries last week. While we typically report missed deliveries through the website or the [redacted] number, we feel it is necessary for The Wall Street Journal to investigate the delivery problems directly with the newspaper delivery service. My membership ID is [redacted]17. I am Richard Marcus residing at [redacted] Prairie Lane, Buffalo Grove, IL.

I am sharing a report concerning YGMZ shares. Please read this carefully and contact the appropriate authorities. In the final week of December, there was a situation where a group of beginner traders was scammed by a person named Leon and a deputy named Linda Tan on Telegram. They misled 44 people by promoting stocks that didn't perform well. They hyped up the purchase of YGMZ shares, causing members to invest and subsequently lose money when the stock price dropped significantly. This unethical behavior resulted in significant financial losses for myself and other group members. The individuals behind this scheme need to be held accountable for their actions. It is essential for regulators to investigate and prevent this kind of fraud from happening to others who are new to stock trading. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My comment on an article was rejected for not meeting community standards. I included a quote from the movie "Network" and an excerpt from a commentary by David French in the New York Times. Both were properly attributed and in quotation marks. The comment discussed public safety issues related to dangerous individuals not being removed from the streets, referencing the movie quote, "Mad as hell and are not going to take it anymore," and using an excerpt from the NYT article about disturbing encounters on NYC subways. I don't understand why it was rejected.
