As a loyal electronic WSJ subscriber using both the desktop browser and IOS app, I have noticed an unfortunate change in the recent IOS app update. Previously, when switching to other apps and returning, I would be brought back to the exact spot in the article I left off. Now, I am redirected to a random page I have already read, requiring me to locate my previous spot manually.
This change, while not critical, is quite frustrating. I am also seeking an email contact within the WSJ organization to discuss technical and UI concerns with a qualified individual.

I reside in Calvert County, Maryland. Previously, my newspaper was reliably delivered by 6 AM daily. Unfortunately, since the delivery service switched to the US Post Office, I am receiving my paper around noon, if at all. The weekend paper is often delayed until the next week. I am considering cancelling my subscription due to these delivery issues. If there are alternative delivery services available, I would like to explore those options. My subscription number is [redacted]65/0. I appreciate any advice on this matter. Thank you.
