I had to pay 60 euros for extra luggage on my Vueling flight. Despite already paying 40 pounds for a checked bag, I was informed at boarding that I had only paid for a checked bag, not a cabin bag. The airline employee refused to assist me by stowing it in the cabin or airplane storage, so I had to pay the additional fee. Interestingly, the plane was not full with plenty of empty seats and available cabin storage.

Hello, I made bookings for two Vueling flights. The first one is EDTVFC from Majorca to Dublin, and the second one is KLZR2K from Dublin to Barcelona. Due to a change in my job schedule, I need to modify my flight arrangements. I would like to depart on December 10th from Barcelona to Dublin for the first flight, and on December 15th from Dublin to Barcelona for the second one. I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Vueling for a full day. Yesterday, I received an email stating that my husband's flight in March had been changed. I mistakenly thought it was just an hour earlier, but actually, it was a day later. I tried to accept it, but it didn't go through. I want to change the flight to Wednesday. I have 24 hours to correct my error but cannot reach anyone. Flight DJ7RXQ From VLC to BRU on 21/03/24 Please change it to 20/03/24.

Hello, I need to change my flight itinerary. My booking code is EDTVFC from PMI to Dublin. I want my new departure location to be Barcelona instead of Majorca, so I will change only the date since the site won't let me change the destination. If I skip the first flight from Majorca to Barcelona, can I still board the flight from Barcelona to Dublin? Can I check-in in Barcelona even if I miss the first flight from Majorca? Hello, I encountered an issue during check-in for my flight. The system indicated I only had a small handbag, though I had actually booked a 10kg bag for each way. A prompt appeared offering to add luggage at a price before it increased; because I believed I didn't have luggage, I paid for hold luggage. Later, I discovered I already paid for 10kg overhead baggage, which wasn't reflected. After contacting Vueling for a refund due to the incorrect check-in details, they refused, citing policy. I am disappointed and urge Vueling to refund the hold luggage purchase. The check-in process led to a negative experience, and it is unfair to mislead customers to sell additional baggage. I took flight VY [redacted] from Düsseldorf to Madrid through Barcelona (VY [redacted]) on 16/11/23. Unfortunately, upon my arrival in Madrid on the same day, my luggage was missing. The luggage office was closed, so I promptly emailed to have it sent to my hotel. However, even after 20 hours, my luggage has not arrived, despite frequent flights between Barcelona and Madrid. My AirTag shows that my bag is still at Barcelona Airport. The PIR number is MADVY36559, and the bag tag number is VY [redacted]. I have been without essentials and now need to spend money on clothing for my event in Madrid. I request my bag be delivered to my hotel promptly and ask for compensation for the inconvenience and costs I have incurred.

On Thursday, November 16, [redacted], I had a conversation with an agent regarding my booking reference IEVSNM. The agent agreed to process a refund of [redacted].98 euros. I have only received a flight credit of [redacted].98 euros, and 84.00 euros was credited back to my payment card. I have booked a flight for tomorrow and already made the payment through iDEAL. However, after completing the payment, instead of receiving the email with the ticket and flight information, I encountered an error message on the screen stating, "Sorry, but it is not possible to carry out the operation at this time. Please try again later or contact Customer Services." Unfortunately, despite the payment being deducted from my bank account, I have not received a ticket or booking number due to the error. I require the booking number to seek assistance from Customer Service. Could someone please assist me with this issue?

Hello, my name is EYAL ATAR. Yesterday, I booked a flight to Barcelona on 18/01/[redacted]. My booking code is FD2K7S, and my booking number is [redacted]. Initially, we paid a total of [redacted] euros, but the invoice only shows [redacted] euros. I ordered a 15kg bag for one ticket and 20kg for each of the other two tickets. However, the tickets only mention 10kg and a bag under the seat. I've been facing issues with your service as I can't log in to the website despite numerous attempts. I booked a direct flight from Granada to London Gatwick for October 5, [redacted], on September 3 for four adults and an infant. On September 5, I found out there were no flights due to the EU Summit. Only Vueling continued bookings. By September 7, no flights were available. We reluctantly accepted an alternative flight, a day earlier with a layover in Barcelona, which was delayed and crowded. We were left with no choice due to traveling with a disabled adult. We were promised compensation for the extra expenses for an additional hotel night and kennel fees for our dogs. The flight was rescheduled, non-direct, and a day later. I have contacted the company, explained the situation, and was informed I am eligible for compensation. I am seeking reimbursement for the extra hotel stay and kennel fees but could potentially receive more from this company. The delay caused significant stress, which was a new and unpleasant experience with Vueling and other airlines.

Booking Reference: LLSWTX My flight itinerary from Alicante to London Gatwick with Vueling has been altered without my consent. What was originally a direct 2.5-hour flight has now been changed to a 7+ hour journey with a 3-hour layover in Barcelona. The new early morning flight time at 7 am disrupts our travel plans and is particularly difficult for my elderly mother-in-law who will be traveling with me. This unexpected change is unacceptable, and I am requesting either a refund or a credit for future use. If the original direct flight cannot be reinstated, I may need to seek alternative airlines. The decision to modify the itinerary was made by Vueling, not by me, and it has greatly inconvenienced us. I urge you to reassess the situation promptly. Hello. I'll be flying to Brussels next Sunday. I'm permitted a complimentary 10kg bag measuring 40x30x20cm. As a gift, I received an xxs suitcase for Christmas. Though it's compact and measures 40x30x20cm, it's a hard case labeled as low cost. Am I allowed to bring it aboard without extra charges? The suitcase measures 40x30x20cm without the wheels, and with the wheels it's about 3cm more. I hope I won't incur additional fees. Thank you for your response.
