I attempted to check in for my Cardiff to Paris flight departing on September 1st, returning on the 6th. Vueling cancelled my return flight without prior notice. They only offer alternate dates, which don't suit me, or a refund.
Returning two days earlier isn't an option due to accommodation bookings. Postponing is impossible due to work and school commitments. Vueling is unresponsive, and their Customer Services seem automated. I believe they should offer an alternative or a flight with another airline.
I am requesting Vueling to arrange a flight back to Cardiff or Bristol on September 6th matching the original schedule. Alternatively, a London Gatwick flight with onward transport to Cardiff would also be acceptable.

I was advised by customer service to try booking another ticket after 24 hours. I then booked a new one with the same airline, date, and time, and received immediate confirmation after payment. Upon realizing my luggage was missing, I struggled to find any Vueling staff for assistance. Despite receiving incorrect directions to the Vueling office, I discovered it closed with no one around to help. Left stranded without guidance, I needed to report my predicament as I had an early morning flight booked. Returning at 5 AM, prior to the lost luggage counter opening, I left detailed information about my missing belongings, flight itinerary, contact details, and Canadian address and phone number. Despite numerous attempts, all phone numbers, including those provided by GetHuman, led to automated messages or unavailability, leaving me frustrated and unable to make any progress.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a luggage issue I experienced on a Vueling Airlines flight from Florence to Mykonos on July 26, [redacted], with Flight Number VY6360. Our two bags with Tag numbers VY106083/VY106071 did not arrive at our destination due to flight delays and diversions. I am looking to receive a refund from Vueling for a flight that got canceled due to medical reasons. I've submitted my information multiple times on their website and attached the doctor's note. Despite weeks passing, I have not received any updates. Their phone system keeps directing me to submit the information online and then hangs up. Vueling provided me with case number [redacted]3 and advised me to call back if I don't hear from them soon. The flights were booked for Stephen Tyler and Lindsey Tyler with booking reference EYT7MV on 04/08/[redacted], and payment was made with AMEX.

I want to share my recent experience with my flight reservation on July 30th. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled just an hour before departure, causing a chain of issues. Despite a new flight being arranged for me for 7 am, it was also canceled. Subsequently, a third flight was canceled, leaving me stranded at the airport until 2 pm on July 31st, resulting in a significant financial and physical toll. This ordeal led to the loss of two days of my vacation. My hotel reservation in Amsterdam for July 30th to July 31st was affected. I am hopeful for compensation for the four disrupted flights, hotel stay, and the inconvenience of waiting at the airport for two days. I, William Tallowin, and my wife, Anita Tallowin, were overbooked and denied boarding on a flight from London Gatwick to Malaga on 16/8/[redacted], with booking reference GD8U5M and flight number VY6615. We received emails from the airline confirming this and explaining our compensation entitlement. Upon visiting the website, a communication error message appears consistently. Despite our initial destination being Malaga, we ended up flying to Rome and then back to Malaga, arriving at midnight with lost luggage, later recovered and delivered to our Spanish address after 3 days. Due to both of us contracting COVID upon our return, we have been unwell for over 3 weeks, hence the delayed request for compensation.

I checked a bag on Vueling Flight [redacted] from Palma, Mallorca to Palermo, Sicily via a connecting flight in Barcelona (Vueling Fight [redacted]). Unfortunately, my bag was only checked through to Barcelona due to a baggage check error, while the final destination is Palermo. The bag with ID# o [redacted] VY [redacted] and description BK22RHX is by the brand AWAY. It has a pink tag with the name Sally Espinoza, and an address at [redacted] South 1st Street, Manassa, Colorado [redacted]. Additionally, it has a blue cattle ear tag with the brand Frying Pan E. I am requesting the luggage to be delivered to NH Palermo, Foro Italico Palermo [redacted], Italy, by Sept. 10. By Sept. 11, I will return to Bar Leona, and my departure back to the US is on Sept. 15.

I made a booking with On the Beach on August 29th for a holiday, but after paying the deposit, I noticed my son's name was changed to my partner's due to my phone's autocorrect. I contacted On the Beach immediately to correct the first name on the booking. They took 4 days to respond and informed me there would be a £[redacted] charge for this change. This fee is too high for me.
I saw on your website that name changes are free within the first 24 hours. I requested the change within this time frame, but On the Beach keeps increasing the price without explanation. I only need the first name of my 6-year-old child on the booking changed. Is there any way to do this?

We booked a flight from Cardiff to Alicante on August 30th with booking reference OF18HZ. We opted for the priority boarding package, but it was not honored during boarding as expected. Despite paying for this service, there was no distinction made for priority boarders. This is the second time this has occurred departing from Cardiff. I didn't raise the issue the first time, but I believe it's unfair not to receive what we paid for. I am requesting compensation for the undelivered service. Upon check-in, I was informed that my flight was overbooked and that I didn't have a seat, as stated in the email I received. Despite facing a long security line delaying my arrival at the gate, once there, no one was present. Seeking assistance from the next Vueling flight was futile. Contacting Vueling by phone proved unhelpful as I couldn't connect with a representative, leading me to visit Vueling reception. They directed me to avian partners for assistance, only to find every flight on the same date was overbooked. As I was unable to reach the gate in time (due to the airport's fault), resolving the issue free of charge online was impossible. Fortunately, avian partners were accommodating and managed to change my flight without any additional costs.

On September 9, [redacted], two families with 4 young children flew back from Paris to Hamburg with 7 pieces of luggage, a twin stroller, and a children's buggy. We encountered luggage issues at the Paris airport where we were forced to check in our carry-on luggage for €30 per piece, despite having flown with the same booking to Paris without any problems. Upon arrival in Hamburg, we were told to go home without our luggage as nothing from Paris was being released and to try again the next day.
We had to wait at the airport for nearly 4 hours with our young children and had essential items for them in the confiscated luggage, along with valuables, car keys, and daily essentials. Items like glasses, recent purchases, and many valuable items are now missing, requiring us to make urgent replacements before an upcoming wedding where cosmetic and hair styling items are essential. Additionally, expensive items like facial creams necessary for my wife's skincare routine were also in the luggage and need immediate replacement due to their high cost.
