¡Buena noche!

Good Day,
I am Stephanie F. I leased a Volkswagen Jetta from Piazza Volkswagen in PA and purchased the vehicle from Volkswagen Credit in [redacted]. Despite being informed by representatives that the title was sent, it was never received. Recent conversations confirmed it was never mailed.
As the vehicle was recently totaled, we urgently need the title and lien release. Unfortunately, we are facing challenges obtaining this information from Volkswagen representatives, causing delays in resolving this issue. They mentioned it may take a month to release the title, further complicating our situation as we accumulate storage and rental fees due to insurance limitations.
After months of unsuccessful attempts to obtain necessary documentation, I am reaching out to request expedited assistance and reimbursement for the financial losses incurred. I can be contacted at [redacted] or [redacted].
Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

My [redacted] VW Jetta TDI has been at the dealership for over three weeks waiting for an ignition cylinder. I could have ordered it on Amazon, and it would have arrived weeks ago. I've been without my car for four weeks now due to the key not turning. Why would it take so long for a $[redacted] part? I need my car. I've had too many issues with it, considering I bought it new. They are supposed to last over 300k miles, but mine just hit 100k, and I've invested a lot of money in it. I had to tow it 70 miles to the dealership, costing me a significant amount. Can you please help get this part to the dealership? Thelen, [redacted] N Euclid Ave, Bay City, MI [redacted]. [redacted].

I am reaching out about my [redacted] VW Golf SportWagen at the VW dealership in Colonial Heights, VA. My car has been there for 72 days awaiting an engine replacement. The communication and follow-up from the dealership have been extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has been frustrating. I believe they are not fulfilling their agreement. Once I receive my vehicle back, I don't think I should be charged due to this lengthy delay. The situation is unacceptable. Despite their reputation, I am dissatisfied and looking for answers regarding the delay in servicing my car. I intend to share my concerns with other customers and on social media about this treatment.

Dear Forum Members,
I want to share my positive experience with NorthPenn VW in Colmar. They are truly focused on customer service. I recently had an issue with rusted control arms that needed to be replaced prematurely for tire alignment purposes. When replacing them, I also decided to replace the rear struts and springs to maintain uniformity.
Although I trust NorthPenn and appreciate their service, I believe if the control arms hadn't rusted, I could have delayed these repairs and saved money for a newer vehicle. I owned a Toyota for 20 years and [redacted],[redacted] miles without any control arm or suspension issues, even in challenging weather conditions.
Despite the minor issue with the ignition switch, my VolksWagen has been reliable. NorthPenn provided excellent service, offering a rental car promptly, although it wasn't necessary as they had the part in stock, ensuring I didn't miss work.
I look forward to hearing from NorthPenn soon.
Regards,
A.B.

I purchased a [redacted] VW Tiguan in October [redacted] and have been experiencing multiple electrical issues, leading to three visits to the shop. The most concerning problem is the hesitation when I press the gas pedal, putting me in dangerous situations like almost getting hit by a truck on the highway. Additionally, the radio and Bluetooth system randomly shut off or remain on after I turn off the car, causing disruptions in navigation. The trunk also has issues with opening, despite previous attempts at repairs.
My car is currently in the shop for the third time, and none of the previous attempts have resolved these issues. I am worried about the safety of my family and myself while driving the Tiguan. The dealership has been helpful, but the problems persist, making me consider switching to a different vehicle brand for safety reasons. I seek a resolution to these ongoing safety concerns before any further incidents occur.
