I did not appreciate the surprise visit from the Vivant representative. He was persistent about coming inside, and even though he mentioned an issue with his wifi, I was cautious about letting him in. It's concerning when people claim to be from a specific company and turn out to be untrustworthy. Please feel free to contact me with any queries. I have recently encountered issues with Vivint customer service where multiple assistants have abruptly ended calls without providing assistance. On July 25th, two assistants hung up on me, and the third one was supposed to call back after a software update on my phone but did not. This lack of follow-through was also experienced with another assistant two days prior. While I understand that calls are documented, it appears that there is a lack of monitoring to assess the quality of customer service provided during these interactions.

Upon the installation of my Vivint service, I arranged for Auto Pay with my bank details. The first payment worked, but the second one failed. Despite verifying with a phone agent, the issue persists. Frustrated, I opted for a paper statement and vowed to send a check instead. However, I keep receiving messages about failed payments, leading me to request a statement or equipment retrieval.

I've been a loyal customer of a security company for 13-15 years. However, I am facing ongoing issues with my cameras not working properly, which has led to incidents of theft and burglary. Despite troubleshooting, my doorbell remains powerless, and the company is unwilling to waive the tech fee, pushing me to cancel the contract. It seems the company prioritizes profits over standing by their products and providing reliable service. I plan to report my unsatisfactory experiences with their cameras, customer service, and maintenance by reviewing them online to caution others. Moreover, I'm disappointed that I have to handle tasks such as changing sensor batteries myself when I believe it should be part of the service I'm paying for to ensure my family's safety.

I have been trying to get installations since the 2nd, and they have canceled twice already. I have been on hold every day for an average of 4 to 5 hours a day, and still, they keep pushing my appointments back without giving me installations. This is very disappointing. I have over $80,[redacted] worth of Harley Davidson in my garage. I'm an over-the-road truck driver, paying for service, but I can't get a good answer or speak to a supervisor. I will be complaining to the BBB, Google, and Yelp personally about this. I think it's a race issue and my money isn't important to Vivint.

I need an off button for my glass sensor alarm to turn off the alarm without disabling the sensor. I was chatting with tech support representative Juan R., provided my information, and was waiting for instructions when I accidentally hit the back button and lost the page. I am requesting a return for my VIVINT security equipment and a cancellation of my order. I am experiencing issues with my basement door despite spending $[redacted] for the system installation a week ago. The salesman/tech is missing, and the customer service helpline is suggesting I purchase new batteries. The lack of service is disappointing after making substantial financial investments. I am dissatisfied and seeking a complete refund. Additionally, I spent $[redacted] on a new iPhone to support the Vivint system. Our experience has left us very dissatisfied.
