On April 30, [redacted], I purchased (2) tickets to see Queen on November 11, [redacted], at BMO Stadium. I used my work email and received an email confirming the tickets for Section [redacted], Row BB, with Order # [redacted]0. Due to restrictions on my Government computer, I couldn't access the link to confirm the order. I contacted Vivid Seats multiple times via live chat, and each representative assured me the tickets would be transferred to my personal email. However, it's now September, and I still haven't received the tickets. My credit card was charged, the concert is approaching, and I'm still without tickets. Where are my tickets?
