I need help resolving an issue with my Vivid Seats ticket purchase. I accidentally used an old email account ([redacted]) to buy a single ticket (#[redacted]1) and can't access the email associated with it. I logged in using Facebook since I forgot the password. However, when I tried to update the email on my account to my current one ([redacted]), it said the email was already linked to another account. I'm worried about not getting the confirmation email and not being able to transfer the ticket when it arrives. What can I do in this situation? I appreciate any guidance you can provide. I reached out last night to update my email address for my order #[redacted]7 to [redacted] Ticketmaster did send the link, but I couldn't retrieve the tickets as they were accepted on a phone that is no longer in use, and the PDF is there. Instead of going through the hassle of finding the old phone and sim card, I believe they should recognize it's the same email and person trying to access the tickets for the Evanescence/Halestorm event on the 17th of this month. I have reached out through phone calls, online chat, and email to request a refund for Elton John concert tickets I bought in [redacted] for a show in [redacted], now rescheduled for [redacted] due to Covid-19. Despite purchasing insurance with the tickets, Vivid Seats claims I can't get a refund since the concert was not canceled. It's frustrating how courteous they were when making the purchase, but now they only offer chat support with no option to speak to a person directly. This has left me with a negative view of Vivid Seats and Elton John, who seems unreasonable by making fans wait for over a year due to a date change he initiated. Unfortunately, we all tested positive for COVID-19 on the same day as the game and had to quarantine per CDC guidelines, missing the event. When I requested to exchange the tickets for a later game, my appeal was denied, and a refund was refused. As a result, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, leading to financial strain as the refund was reversed. The situation was exacerbated by being out of work without pay due to COVID-19 and the expenses of my son's therapy. I kindly ask for a refund for the tickets we couldn't utilize. I am disputing a charge for a ticket and insurance that I did not authorize on 2/8/22. While browsing for a Celtics ticket at TD North Garden for 3/13/22, I inputted my financial details but did not confirm the purchase as I changed my mind. I did not press "confirm" and therefore, I did not intend to make the purchase. I will not be responsible for a transaction that I did not approve.

I purchased 2 tickets for the New Edition concert on March 4, [redacted], through the Vivid Seats website. When buying the tickets, I used my girlfriend Linda Essex's email address [redacted] to receive them electronically. We were informed via email that the tickets had been transferred to me and that I needed to accept them to download. However, I never received the email to accept and download the tickets. Despite contacting customer service, we were unable to resolve the issue. Now, we can't attend the concert, and they are refusing to either resend the email or refund the $[redacted].52. They claim I provided the wrong email address, which is not the case. If they can't resend the email, I request a refund of $[redacted].52. My name is Geneva Moore.

I bought tickets for a concert tonight through Vivid Seats, but I was instructed to use AXS for ticket access. I strongly advise against using the AXS system due to inefficiency. It was a frustrating experience as it took me 3 hours to access their app, only to find out I needed my phone for entry, with no option to print or screenshot the tickets. This process feels unethical. If Vivid Seats continues to use the AXS app, I will avoid purchasing tickets through them. The fees were excessive, and the AXS system had bugs and poor support. The whole ordeal has soured my day, and I'm reconsidering attending the concert.

I am requesting a full refund for order ID [redacted]0. We have not received the tickets for the original event as promised. We purchased opening day tickets for the Brewers versus the Arizona Diamondbacks, which was rescheduled to a game against a different team. We do not want the tickets for this rescheduled game and would have bought tickets for the original matchup, had we known. Despite being assured by your company that we would receive our tickets in time to potentially resell them, we still do not have them. I am disappointed in the service from Vivid Seats as this is the second time we have encountered issues. If we do not receive the tickets or a refund soon, we will escalate this matter legally as we have documented emails outlining the promised delivery dates that have not been met. The most recent communication on 3/30/[redacted] indicated we would have our guaranteed tickets by 4/1/[redacted], yet we are still without them to resell and recoup some of our expenses.

I purchased Brewers game tickets and received an email regarding transferring my Chicago Cubs at Milwaukee Brewers tickets. Although I downloaded the baseball app and can view my tickets, I am unable to transfer them as I did not receive an email to accept them. The tickets cannot be added to my apple wallet due to them not being paid for in full, which I believe is linked to not accepting them. Despite numerous call attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance and am growing frustrated with the level of service. I purchased tickets for the Fleetwood Mac Rumours concert about a year ago for $[redacted].00. When I arrived at the venue on 4/23/22, the ticket I received did not have a barcode for scanning. After contacting Vivid Seats both at the venue and via chat, I was unable to enter the concert as the seats were not found in the Ames Center. I spoke to someone on 04/27/22 who mentioned sending me a Denial of Access (DOA) form for an investigation, but I have yet to receive it after two days. I am unable to reach anyone by phone and have been trying to resolve this issue with Vivid Seats through chat and email since Monday to no avail. I am frustrated and concerned about losing $[redacted].00. I just want my money back as I did not attend the concert. I posted a listing for two tickets to a concert but encountered issues with renewing the listing every two hours. Despite giving the tickets away for free after the listing expired and receiving an email later about a potential buyer, I am now unable to reject the sale the following day. Hello, I placed an order this morning at 10 a.m. on May 19th for tickets to see Kendrick Lamar at TD Garden in Boston. I was under the impression that I had purchased General Admission/Floor seating based on the seat map. However, when I received the confirmation email, I realized that the tickets were actually for seats in the rafters. I am disappointed by this discrepancy and the fact that I spent $[redacted] on tickets that were not as advertised. I also purchased ticket insurance but have been unable to find an option to use it. I attempted to contact an agent through the website but was informed that my order number did not exist, which was frustrating. After disputing a charge with Vivid, they acknowledged my innocence, granted a refund, and credited me with $[redacted]. However, when I attempted to use the credit, my account was blocked due to the dispute flag. Despite customer service advising me to use the assigned email for the credit, I was unable to do so because the email was blocked by Vivd. This seems illogical, especially after they acknowledged my innocence. It almost appears intentional to violate their own [redacted]% ticket guarantee. They accused me of withholding payment, which I have never done. Instead of compensation for the inconvenience, I encountered further complications. I simply wish to utilize my credits for ticket purchases and never deal with Vivid Seats again. Alternatively, I would prefer a refund to my credit card since Vivid appears incapable of honoring their agreements.

We purchased 4 tickets for the Brooklyn Nets vs. New Orleans Pelicans basketball game at Barclays Center on October 19th. The tickets were paid for, but we never received the email from Ticketmaster to load them onto our mobile phones. Despite efforts including contacting a person at +[redacted] and providing an alternative email address, we did not receive the tickets in time for the game. Later, we received an email from Vivit Seats urging us to call urgently, which was too late. It seems there is an issue regarding the selling of tickets on your platform wherein sellers may not actually possess the tickets they are listing for sale. This resulted in me not receiving the tickets I purchased, despite guarantees of a refund. I suggest not allowing any seller to list tickets unless they have possession of them. Alternatively, you should inform buyers if the ticket transfer is not immediate. As it stands, the seller and the platform have been paid, but I have not received anything in return. This policy is not customer-friendly.
