I placed an order on Monday, November 29, [redacted] (Order: E[redacted]33). I received the order confirmation and shipping email. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted all my emails, including the link for the "shipment tracking." I thought it wouldn't be an issue as I have the order number. However, when I logged into my VS account, it says my order doesn't exist. It's confusing as I was already charged for it.

I placed an order (E[redacted]99) with Victoria's Secret on November 23rd. I received a confirmation email listing all my items. Later, I got an email stating that my order was shipped, but one product was missing, which I have proof of payment for. Upon receiving my order, the perfume "Tease" that I paid for and saw in the confirmation email was not included in the shipment, even though it should have been. I only have one tracking number for the package I already received and don't know if the missing item is in another package.

Hello, I placed an order on November 30th for a robe and clogs. I recently moved and have not received the package. After contacting customer service, I was informed a replacement would be sent, excluding the clogs due to being sold out. Unfortunately, two days have passed without receiving an email or refund. Upon following up, I discovered the address was incorrectly updated, with the package being sent to my old address in a different state. Despite my efforts to rectify this, I was informed that the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or the address changed due to time restrictions. I am disappointed as the items will not arrive in time for Christmas. I called a [redacted] number for assistance, however, the option to change the address was not available. I have been a loyal customer of Victoria’s Secret/PINK for several years, but I have encountered numerous issues trying to utilize the offer/coupon codes provided to me. Despite receiving various coupons in the mail, I consistently face challenges redeeming them online. Even when attempting to apply the codes to full-priced items, they often do not work, leading to much frustration. The process of seeking assistance through the online chat feature has also been cumbersome, with chats being disconnected and having to repeat explanations to new representatives.
As an avid online shopper due to limited in-store visits, I deeply appreciate the products offered by Victoria’s Secret, particularly the hoodies and joggers. However, the inability to successfully utilize the offers I receive is discouraging. Today, after multiple attempts to apply a $25 discount on a $75 purchase, I was unable to finalize my order due to restrictions on clearance items that were not clearly communicated.
I believe that Victoria’s Secret should revamp their offer redemption process to ensure a seamless customer experience. Customers should not have to endure such frustrations when trying to avail of promotions that are meant to enhance their shopping experience. Hello, I purchased a perfume as a Christmas gift on November 29th in Guanajuato, Mexico. The order number is [redacted][redacted]-01.
