While shopping at Walt Whitman, I encountered an issue with using a coupon for a free panty with a purchase. Despite having just made a purchase, the cashier informed me that I couldn't apply the coupon. When I tried to use my $10.00 Angel reward, I was told I needed to make an additional purchase. I explained that I had earned the reward for my birthday but was unsuccessful in utilizing it. Even though I remained calm, I left feeling disappointed. As a teacher in NYC, working for the board of education, I felt humiliated by the condescending treatment. I kindly request a $10.00 credit to be applied to my account for the inconvenience of not being able to use my reward.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Victoria's Secret in Santa Monica. Angie, the associate in the fitting room, was extremely helpful in finding my size and bras. The manager, Riza or Rita, was also very kind and assisted me throughout. Unfortunately, my positive experience was marred by another associate named Leslie who was rude and unfriendly at the register. She made the end of my visit unpleasant by handling my items carelessly and displaying no customer service skills. I was shocked by her behavior and felt she did not represent the company well. I tried to inform the manager who helped me earlier, but she was busy with another customer. Please address this issue with the store manager and corporate so that other customers do not have to experience what I went through.

I recently visited to purchase lotions and sprays for Christmas, and it has been around 20 years since my last visit. I noticed that the scents have changed drastically. Previously, they smelled delightful, but now they have a strong alcohol smell. I miss the well-known light blue and green colored lotions that everyone appreciated. Numerous women in the store were voicing their complaints. Please bring back the scented lotions in their original colors before it affects your business negatively. The old pear scents and light blue colored lotions were loved by many. If they are still available in your factory, I would appreciate receiving a bottle. Kindly pass this message along to the management at Victoria's Secret.

I visited the Anderson, SC store on December 24, [redacted], with my daughter. We brought coupons and needed to make an exchange. At the checkout, I agreed to combine our transactions. We both had 2 coupons each for discounts. Before the clerk started, we discussed using the coupons. I specifically asked to ensure I received the correct number of items, including the free pair. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that I only had 10 pairs instead of 11, including the free one. Despite scanning my coupon for the free item, the clerk missed adding it to my purchase. The store is far from where I live, making it inconvenient to go back. I am disappointed and inconvenienced by this error and now have to make an additional trip to the store for the free item.

During my visit to Parkway Place Victoria's Secret on December 27, I encountered an unpleasant customer service situation. I wanted to buy a pajama top without a price tag, and when I inquired about the price to the associate (Hannah), she mentioned it was part of a set missing the bottoms. Despite that, I expressed my interest in purchasing only the top. Hannah then informed me I could purchase it at half price and instructed me to inform the clerk to contact her for confirmation. However, when I approached the register, the clerk attempted to charge me the full price. After explaining what Hannah had communicated, the clerk rudely refused to sell it to me, grabbing the top from me and placing it behind her on the counter. This negative interaction really soured what is typically a pleasant shopping experience due to the incorrect information and rudeness.

I encountered an issue with a double charge at Bath and Body Works using my Victoria's Secret card. After noticing the duplicate charge on my statement, I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative named Genevive. Despite her opening a fraud case, she mentioned that the charge might have been intentional. Genevive requested the receipt for verification, which I don't have since I only received one. I expressed my frustration about being held responsible for the charge and possibly accruing interest during the investigation. Furthermore, Genevive's response led me to cancel my card due to dissatisfaction with their handling of the situation. I am adamant about having the duplicate charge removed and any associated interest waived.

Yesterday, I had a very unpleasant experience at Victoria's Secret. I visited the mall with a friend to relax and take a break, but I ended up feeling emotionally disturbed when a security guard watched me in the store. At the cashier, I realized I left my Victoria's Secret card at home, causing me to empty out my purse in distress. The cashier didn't give me my discount, and the whole situation made me feel uncomfortable and panicky due to my panic attacks. I even witnessed people stealing in the store and when I reported it, the employees seemed indifferent. This visit was the worst I've had at Victoria's Secret, and I don't plan on returning because of the lack of care from the employees.

I'm disappointed with the recent purchase of pajamas my daughter got me for Christmas. The pants have unexpectedly developed holes in the fabric after less than 3 months of use. I reached out to Chat and spoke with Cara who located the item, but when I asked for a mail-in replacement, they directed me to customer care. Aleisha informed me that sending in the item was not an option and I would only receive store credit based on the lowest selling price. This is frustrating as these pajamas were a special gift that didn't last long. I’ve shared my experience in a 2-star review on the corporate site, praising the product but criticizing the customer service.

Yesterday, I visited Victoria’s Secret at the mall on [redacted] Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL [redacted]. While trying on clothes, I encountered a sales associate who was unhelpful and made a hurtful comment about my size, suggesting I needed larger sizes that they might not carry. This made me feel disrespected and upset. Despite being a loyal customer, I will not return to Victoria’s Secret after this experience. It was disappointing to be spoken to in such a manner, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at the store.

My name is Orit Trautmann. I shopped at the Victoria´s Secret store on Porte Berger [redacted] in Paris a few weeks back on August 3rd. I purchased three perfumes as gifts. When one was opened by a friend yesterday, the bottle was empty! The other two were full, but I am upset about this embarrassing incident and would like a refund. I have the receipt with ticket number [redacted]/[redacted]. Each perfume was on sale for 26,70 €, and I paid in cash at "caisse n. [redacted]." Additionally, the product was not a tester as it was still wrapped in plastic with the anti-theft device attached. I hope this was a mistake and not intentional fraud. I bought some items for my granddaughter who likes Victoria's Secret Pink products to help after they lost everything in the hurricane. The order arrived, and I'm not sure how to address her feedback. She mentioned that she usually wears a kids size 8, which is nearly a size 0, and feels the XS I ordered is not small enough. She is 5 feet tall, weighs 90 lbs, and is 16 years old. She mentioned that the crotches are too wide and causing chafing on the inside of her legs. I find it all confusing as I have four daughters and still struggle to understand. Despite these issues, she plans to keep the items as they are all she has at the moment. I have realized that shopping for girls is quite challenging, but thank you for processing the order.

I recently visited Allen Premium Outlet on 11/08/20 and purchased 5 bras, one of which was damaged in the back. After contacting the store about the issue, I was directed to go to Irving Mall. However, upon my visit, the manager there disputed the charge and accused me of lying. It was frustrating and disrespectful. I made the purchase around 4:20 to 4:30 with register no. [redacted], cashier [redacted], and transaction [redacted]. I am requesting to review the security footage to verify what happened during my purchase. This experience has been unacceptable, and I will not stay quiet until it is resolved. I have all the necessary evidence and am willing to share it if needed. I have been a Victoria's Secret customer for over 40 years, ever since my college days. I have been a loyal patron, purchasing all my bras (such as The Incredible), underwear (like the No Show Hiphugger made of 79% Nylon and 21% Elastane), and my perfume (Body by Victoria) exclusively from this brand. Over the years, I have consistently gifted Body By Victoria Perfume to my daughter on her birthdays and Christmas since she turned 16 (she is now 33). Additionally, I have often chosen Victoria's Secret Gift cards for other occasions like birthdays and Christmas.
It's disheartening to see the discontinuation of products that have been staples for so long. I hope the company reassesses and brings back the underwear and perfume, even if it's just seasonally. Victoria's Secret has always been my go-to brand, and I would prefer not to seek alternatives to meet my needs.

I've been trying for a week to contact somebody in the evening because I have things going on during the day. I have tried reaching out on chat a few times, but they keep telling me the same thing that is not fixing the issue. I called them twice tonight but cannot get through. I am just trying to redeem the offer they sent me. I printed it out and even told the customer service representatives the offer code. They instructed me to enter it using letters instead of numbers, but it's still not working. It's the $30 offer that I have tried to redeem three times already. Can someone please help me?

I visited your shop at International Plaza ([redacted]) yesterday, 11/14/20, at around 5:15 p.m. We had a warm welcome at the entrance, but the checkout experience was disappointing. The cashier second from the left seemed hesitant to assist us, engaging in a conversation with her colleague instead of attending to us. She appeared disinterested while we waited until the attentive and helpful cashier ([redacted]) called us over. Our interaction with the latter was pleasant, but it was disheartening to witness the lack of professionalism from the other cashier. Despite this, the service from cashier [redacted] was commendable. It was unfortunate that our shopping experience was marred by this rare instance of poor customer service. The boyfriend pants from Victoria’s Secret are my absolute favorite, especially because of the pockets and comfort they offer. It came as a shock to me that you might no longer carry them. Every Christmas, they have been a must-have item for me, and I even made a special trip to the mall this year only to find out that they are no longer available. I really hope there is some remaining stock of the boyfriend pants as I can't imagine not having them. This year has been tough, and not being able to get these pants would be disappointing. Please consider bringing back the boyfriend pants or let me know if there are any left.

I've contacted customer service about my order three times. On one call, I provided my order number but got hung up on after being transferred to "my team," as Marco mentioned. The other two times, I was disconnected shortly after explaining the reason for my call. I bought pajamas at a discounted price during the Black Friday sale, but I was charged full price. After spending time on hold and experiencing these disconnects, I tried to resolve the issue with no success. Returning $[redacted] worth of items and leaving negative feedback may not be significant to the company, but it matters to me. I am disappointed in Victoria's Secret. Maybe there was a language barrier. What happened to supporting American customers with American staff?

I was dissatisfied with my experience as the staff kept insisting on me getting a Victoria's Secret credit card instead of answering my questions about any specials on bras. I mistakenly purchased the "Loungin' Scoop Bra" online in the color 22D in a size XS. I'm willing to return it in-store, but the return instructions mention bringing my items. I only need to return the bra, so I'm unsure if I should take all my items or just the bra needing to be returned.
