Hello, I am experiencing issues with my messages not reaching the recipient on Viber. Whenever I attempt to make a call, it shows "Call failure." I want to clarify that I do not engage in sending out spam or advertising; my communications are solely of a personal nature. Recently, I received a notification from Viber claiming that my number is associated with spam activities. I accidentally triggered the "hidden chat" feature in a group chat, which may have led to this misunderstanding. I promptly realized the mistake and informed others in the group about it. It seems that this action triggered the system to flag me as spam. I deeply value Viber as a communication tool, especially for staying in touch with my loved ones. I have been using this number on Viber for over a decade. Kindly consider unblocking my account as I rely on Viber for connecting with my close contacts. Thank you for your assistance.

I had simply attempted to create a group, but due to either a mistake on my end or a network issue, I was unsuccessful each time. Every time I seek assistance, I am met with a message from a bot stating that my number has been blocked without further explanation. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I assure you that I have always respected and supported Viber’s privacy and security measures. I had Viber for 1 day and used it to connect with family in Serbia, calling and sharing various old photos. The joy was great on both sides. After 1.5 days, my account was blocked with the information that I had sent spam!? I was then asked to confirm that I would not do this again in order for my account to be reopened. Out of desperation and ignorance, I confirmed, assuming my account would be reinstated. However, I was then informed that my account will be reopened within 72 hours. All of this happened on Thursday, June 8, [redacted]. My account is still blocked to this day! Can you help! Sincerely, Ilo08

Hello. I need help to unlock my account. I was chatting with a friend when suddenly a red message in English appeared, and I couldn't send messages anymore. I decided to delete and reinstall Viber, but now there is an "activation error." The support team keeps saying my account is locked and can't help. I have completed all steps to verify my identity for Vibe Pay and transferred money to my new Viber Pay account. However, I keep seeing a message saying "something's wrong, please try again later," and the service is not working correctly. I don't know what else Viber requires from me. I have over 15 years of experience working at a large European bank, and my record is spotless. I am frustrated that I transferred money to a service that is not functioning properly. Additionally, neither I nor the person who invited me to join Viber Pay received our promised €4 reward. I am questioning if Viber Pay is a scam.

Hello, I recently purchased a new phone and obtained a new phone number. I also created a new email account as part of this setup. I live in Germany but I am currently using a phone card from the Netherlands due to private reasons. I installed Viber from the App Store and registered my new phone number. However, shortly after, I received notifications from Viber stating that my number had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I had not even sent a single message before it was blocked. I am frustrated by the lack of explanation provided by Viber regarding this issue. They simply state that my number has been blocked without any further details. Despite my repeated emails, I always receive the same vague response. My other apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger are all working fine on my phone. Any suggestions on what steps I can take to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The group "Help Our Combatants" has a deactivated link and continuously shares videos about supplying weapons to militants, collecting money for purchasing these weapons. Hello there! I faced an issue a few weeks back when I sent over 50 continuous pictures to a group of 2 people using Viber, as it was the most convenient method at the time. Shortly after, my account got locked, and though I could view messages, I was unable to respond. Upon trying to resolve the issue by reinstalling the app, it wouldn't let me log in with my number, leading to a complete lockout from Viber. Today, I received an SMS from Viber with an activation code, yet I hadn't attempted to log in from another device. Upon opening the Viber app, I discovered I couldn't access my account. Despite multiple attempts to activate it, I haven't received any SMS or call for the code. Repeated efforts have resulted in failed activation, leaving me locked out of my account without a solution.

My Viber account got blocked after users reported spam messages being sent from it. I did send a message to all my contacts a week ago to inform them about my new activity. Two days ago, Viber notified me via text about the blocked access and mentioned that my account could be reactivated within 24 hours once I filled out the technical problem form on the Viber website. I submitted the form 48 hours ago and again this morning, but my account remains blocked.

I'm unable to access my account with the phone number, as it says the number is blocked and marked as spam. How can I unblock it to allow access to Viber? Please unblock Viber for this person, as they can't login and seem to have been mistakenly marked as spam, even though they didn't do anything spammy. Kindly unblock this account. Hello, I need help with my phone number used daily. The sim card is located in the center of the phone. Normally, I can make calls, send messages, and receive SMS. I received the verification code for WhatsApp without any issue. However, I did not receive the verification code for Viber. I even tried to have Viber call me, but it did not work.
