I am experiencing difficulty with sending messages on Viber. When I send a message, recipients are not receiving them, and I am unable to make calls. Under my message, a small clock icon appears. This is not the first time I have encountered problems with Viber; recently, I was erroneously flagged as spam. I primarily utilize Viber for chatting with friends and contacts. While my number was reinstated after 24 hours, I previously reached out for assistance regarding this matter on this platform and did not receive a response. Good day, My troubles began when I moved from Ukraine, Kharkiv, to Bulgaria, Burgas. My phone numbers +[redacted]55 and +[redacted]55 have been constantly blocked. Despite reaching out, I keep getting responses that I am blacklisted. I haven't engaged in any illegal activities or spamming. The numbers are blocked arbitrarily, sometimes for hours or days. It's truly terrible. Please help me resolve this issue or guide me on what I might be doing wrong. I mainly use WhatsApp and Telegram, which work fine. Strangely, I never had any problems when I was in Kharkiv. Could this be pushing me towards a paid service?

I signed up for Viber, but unfortunately, the app deactivated my account. I'm now attempting to reactivate it, but Viber's customer service informed me that my number was blocked due to spam or suspicious activity and cannot be unblocked. They advised not to reply to their email and didn't provide further details. This situation is hindering my important tasks, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

My Viber app recently crashed on my phone, causing all messages to disappear. My Viber is also connected to my desktop, but I am unable to access it due to a pop-up message regarding a Viber security update. The message instructs me to scan with my phone, but I'm concerned that syncing it may merge the empty messages from my phone to my desktop. I need assistance with this issue.

I am having trouble using the Viber app on my device. Whenever I try to use it, I receive a message saying that my number is blocked. I am unable to send or respond to any messages. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but when I attempt to register with my phone number, it keeps showing a "failed to register" message. This is essential for my daily work, so I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, my number got mistakenly blocked, and I'm unable to restore it. I use Viber daily to communicate with people, especially my [redacted] clients abroad. I assure you that this was not for any commercial purposes but simply to share warm wishes with my friends. I acknowledge the mistake and promise not to repeat it. I am an older individual who relies on Viber to communicate with travelers in Kosovo for work to support my family. I have tried resetting my phone to resolve the issue, but I am now unable to activate Viber to see who can reach out to me. Due to power outages in Ukraine, I had to switch my Viber account between two smartphones to stay connected. This may have triggered a security alert leading to my account being blocked. Hi, I am repeatedly being added to a chat group for college courses without my consent. Despite my efforts to unsubscribe and delete the messages, I continue to receive a high volume of messages. I am unfamiliar with this group and have never intentionally joined any course-related chats. The messages are not aimed at me personally but are being sent to my Viber account, which I would like to stop. How can I prevent being added to this group without my knowledge and stop these messages from coming through?

I have been registering my Viber account on different smartphones twice a day due to low battery issues. Unfortunately, there have been electricity problems in Ukraine, causing me to resort to this method to stay connected. It seems that this activity was flagged by the system as suspicious, resulting in my Viber account being blocked. I am part of three work-related groups on Viber and do not use it for any mass messages, only for communication purposes.

Hello! Recently, my number got classified as "spam" without any valid reason. Here's what happened: While chatting with friends and family, suddenly my messages were not going through. I restarted both the app and my phone, then saw a message stating my number was blocked. Clicking on it led me to a bot, which claimed my number was involved in spam activities. In reality, I only communicated with close contacts, and my number was not used wrongly. I contacted support using my blocked number initially but received a message saying my account was permanently blocked and couldn't be unlocked. Later, I used a family member's number to reach out via email. A human representative responded and, after explaining my situation, they stated my account couldn't be unblocked and was added to a block list. Despite clarifying that the block was a mistake, I feel ignored as I haven't received any follow-up responses after trying to communicate further. I attempted to email again, but there hasn't been a reply, indicating I might have been ignored. This situation is frustrating as replacing my number isn't an option due to its long-term use. Additionally, the lack of direct "Human-to-human" support from Viber is very disappointing. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, especially since it affected my brother too. If anyone has advice, please share.

Hello! My Viber account has been blocked for a month already. I use Viber to contact clients to update their golf & country club memberships. This number was recently assigned to me by my company. Hello. I have a channel on Viber with the 77MD Current Oriflame catalog and the 77MD Next Oriflame catalog. Every 20 days, I remove the old catalog and upload the new one, which is about 70 pictures. In the last 2 weeks, the catalog has been impossible to view - when I scroll to the top picture, everything quickly slides down, at a very high speed. I thought it was an issue with my internet, but it seems to be happening to my colleagues who also have similar channels, as well as our clients. I would like to understand what is happening and if it can be fixed. Or what actions I can take to resolve this issue. I am unable to work with the channel and clients - buyers.
