I bought two tickets for the Elton John Concert on December 18, [redacted], in Brisbane. I paid for them on October 2, [redacted]. The tickets were supposed to be premium seats for $[redacted].81 each, but when I received them in November, they were actually for the cheapest seating at $[redacted] each. I am asking for a refund of the price difference or the correct seating. Our tickets have the Ticketek heading, barcodes, and necessary information, but they do not have our names on them. I am concerned about their legitimacy and if they may have been resold multiple times. I need to make travel arrangements and take time off work, and I cannot risk being denied entry at the door. I need assurance that our tickets are valid.

I purchased 2 tickets for the KISS concert in Perth, W.A., which was then canceled. I received an email from your team stating I had from the 14th of November [redacted] to the 21st of November [redacted] to return the tickets. This only allowed me 5 out of 7 days to return them to Ireland, which was not feasible. As a result, I'm now out of pocket and need to reimburse my friend for their ticket. The costs exceeded the ticket prices, and unfortunately, I didn't get to see KISS. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and rather rude in their communication with me, insisting that I follow the specified dates in the email. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

I bought my tickets for the Queen concert in Perth on February [redacted] on April 12, [redacted]. However, upon receiving them, I noticed that the date of purchase printed on the tickets is listed as April 14, [redacted]. After investigating, I discovered that the official ticket release date was actually April 15, [redacted], and even the Telstra presale date doesn't align with my purchase. The E-ticket I received has a blurry and pixelated Queen logo, unlike the rest of the ticket. Additionally, it features another person's name and was significantly overpriced. I suspect these tickets may be counterfeit. I am seeking assistance to obtain a refund for this purchase. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing three tickets for the final match of the World Clubs Cup. I saw that there is an offer available where I can also attend the third-place match. If I buy the tickets but arrive late for the first match and only make it in time for the second match, will I still be allowed to enter? I would appreciate clarification on this. Thank you.

I purchased three tickets for the Elton John event at the CEX Coffs International Stadium on February 26, [redacted], at 8:00 PM. The tickets are for Section D3, Row [redacted], Order ID [redacted]8. However, when I logged into my Viagogo account, there was no record of the event or payment. I paid a total of $[redacted].91 for the tickets and I am worried that I may not receive them. I urgently need confirmation that the tickets I bought are valid and will be honored, especially because two of the tickets are for my parents who are traveling from a farm affected by fires and drought to attend this event. Can you please provide me with assurance that the tickets will be valid and we will receive them on time?

I logged into my Viagogo account using my Facebook credentials to save time. Unfortunately, the email associated with my Facebook account is blocked, and I've been unable to access it for several years. Consequently, I'm unable to receive the tickets I purchased. I have all the correct details in my account except for the email. Is there a way for Viagogo to send the tickets to the address listed on my account or transfer the purchase to a new account I create? I bought two tickets for a NF concert in Brisbane at $[redacted] each - one for myself and one for a friend. This is my first concert, and it would be disappointing not to receive the tickets. The concert is scheduled for February 5, [redacted]. I've attempted to access the blocked email four times recently without success. I have alternative email addresses available for updating. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Best regards, initial.

I purchased tickets for an O2 concert through Viagogo, but later decided to upgrade to better seats and sold the initial tickets on the same platform. While I believed the new tickets I bought would be legitimate because Viagogo claims sellers don't receive payment until 8 days after the event, I received an email today stating that the payment for the tickets I sold would be in my bank account within 4 days. This has raised concerns about the authenticity of tickets. I attempted to reach Viagogo by phone, but was unable to receive assistance after providing my payment ID. I am now anxious as the new tickets I purchased were pricey, and the concert isn't until April, leaving me with lingering worries.

I recently purchased tickets online and specifically selected seats together. However, I was disappointed to realize after receiving the confirmation email that I had unknowingly bought standing tickets in section 308S instead of the seated tickets in section [redacted] that I intended to purchase for a basketball game. This information was not clearly presented during the purchase process, and I was not aware that these tickets were non-refundable. I immediately contacted customer service upon discovering this issue due to health reasons that prevent me from standing for extended periods. Despite my situation, I have only received automated responses suggesting I resell the tickets. I believe this is misleading and unfair, and I am seeking a refund promptly.

Hello, I purchased two tickets for the JOSE LUIS PERALES concert in Madrid on December 16, [redacted], through Viagogo. I received an email from them confirming my booking with a reservation number, stating that the two seats are together. However, I have not received a PDF ticket or any confirmation of my actual seat for the concert. Unfortunately, it is challenging to contact Viagogo for clarification on this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response soon, I am considering contacting my bank and VISA to request a refund due to Viagogo's lack of communication regarding their cancellation policy, failure to deliver tickets, invoices, or any purchase documentation. I am also contemplating filing a report with the police department if necessary. Thank you.

I have missed a few calls about my Dropkick Murphys tickets for the 21/02/20 due to work. When I call customer service, it requires an authorization code sent to my email, which I can't locate. One voicemail mentioned an email issue as well. It seems that I'm unable to resolve the email problem with customer service due to this issue. My information is Mr. J. Courtney, mobile number [redacted]5, email - [redacted]

Viagogo is reportedly selling the same tickets multiple times without providing a customer service phone number or web page for issue resolution. They demand proof of denied entry when a stop payment is made on the credit card. Despite phone records showing attempts to contact Viagogo and bank statements displaying a duplicate ticket purchase, the bank requires a written statement over a verbal acknowledgment from the Arena support team. The lack of cooperation from Bank America, even though being a preferred customer, is frustrating in such circumstances.

I placed an order on 12/12/[redacted] for the GWEN Stefani concert in Las Vegas on May 1, [redacted]. On April 3rd, I received an email from Viagogo stating that the tickets will be transferred to a Ticketmaster account. I created a Ticketmaster account with the same details as Viagogo. Later, I received another email saying the tickets were transferred, but I didn't receive any email from Ticketmaster as mentioned. On 4/22/[redacted], I contacted them to address the issue, and Ticketmaster's website shows the concert as canceled. Viagogo claims they can't refund me until the concert cancellation is official, despite the venue's site stating Ticketmaster is the official reseller. I'd like to first receive the ticket transfer and, if Ticketmaster's announcement is sufficient, get a refund for the tickets. If you need more information, please let me know.

Hello, I purchased 5 tickets for personal use for the CHIO Aachen [redacted] equestrian event. 2 tickets were from the organizer (additional ones were sold out) and 3 were from Viagogo. The event has been rescheduled to July [redacted], with the option to transfer the [redacted] tickets to the [redacted] event, which I did for the organizer's tickets through their online portal. The organizer states on their portal that the direct transfer service is not available for tickets purchased from third-party vendors (Viagogo is specifically mentioned). Two emails I sent to Viagogo from my single-purchase account inquiring about transferring the [redacted] tickets to [redacted] have gone unanswered. It appears that Viagogo does not currently ensure the transfer of [redacted] tickets purchased through them to the [redacted] event, raising doubts about their continued validity. What should I do? Thank you in advance for your assistance/advice. Siegbert S.

Hello! I purchased five tickets for personal use for the CHIO Aachen horse show: Two tickets from the organizer (additional ones were sold out at that time) Three tickets from viagogo. The event has been rescheduled to July next year with the option to rebook or transfer tickets. I have already done this for the tickets purchased directly from the organizer (ALR) through their online portal. The organizer states on their portal that the transfer-direct service is not available for tickets purchased from third-party vendors (viagogo is specifically mentioned.) Two emails sent from my "one-time purchasing account" to viagogo (asking how viagogo ensures ticket transfers) have gone unanswered so far. It is evident that viagogo currently does not guarantee a way to transfer the tickets bought from them to the event next year, which puts the validity of the tickets in question. What should I do? Thank you in advance for your support or advice. Siegbert S.

Hello, On January 27, [redacted], my friends and I purchased 10 tickets for the Strasbourg Marseille match for a total of [redacted] euros on the viagogo website. Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances with Covid-19, the Ligue 1 season has been canceled for the rest of the season. I contacted the ticket sales site, viagogo, to inquire about a refund since the entire Ligue 1 season has been canceled. They are refusing to refund me, stating that they have not received any official information from the professional football league. I truly hope to find a solution to get a refund, and I am seeking your assistance, please. Thank you in advance for your responses. Best regards, Suif Matthias

I purchased tickets from what I believed to be Ticketmaster, but turned out to be ViaGoGo, for the L.A. Lakers vs. Charlotte Hornets NBA game initially scheduled for 12/04/19, later postponed due to COVID-19 and then canceled. I received an email from Ticketmaster stating I would not receive a refund. I paid $[redacted] for 4 tickets and need my money back as I am currently out of work during this pandemic. My order ID is [redacted]8. I understand refunds may take a week or two, but I am eager to get my money back.

I bought 2 tickets for Barrett Jackson on 7/27/[redacted], which got cancelled due to Covid-19. I need assistance with a ticket issue I encountered with ViaGogo for the Austrian Grand Prix [redacted]. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to attend the event and requested a refund, but they declined. I attempted to resell the tickets on their platform, but now they're sending them back to me as they weren't sold. Since the event will not have spectators, I'm seeking a refund as we purchased the tickets back in February. In a difficult time for our family, we urgently need the funds for funeral expenses. Any advice on obtaining a refund or help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We are still waiting for a £[redacted] refund from Viagogo. The concert seats were in a bad position and not as we were led to believe by the customer service adviser. They were helpful during the payment process, but requesting a refund proved to be challenging as they came up with various excuses. Viagogo has held onto our £[redacted] for over 18 months, claiming they are still looking for buyers and citing lack of Bank details for the refund. We regret falling for this and suggest using a reputable company instead of Viagogo. It would have been helpful if someone had warned us about the issues we would face.

After attending the [redacted] Kentucky Derby in May, I bought 12 general admission tickets for the [redacted] Kentucky Derby from Viagogo. Later on, I purchased an additional 6 general admission tickets from Ticket Master when more friends wanted to join. With the event being rescheduled from May to September due to the Corona Virus pandemic and being senior citizens with health concerns, we opted not to attend. Ticket Master promptly refunded us, including our hotel bookings, which was appreciated. However, Viagogo refuses to refund our tickets and suggests we sell them, which seems unfeasible as general admission tickets might be hard to resell given the circumstances. It's confusing why Ticket Master was so understanding while Viagogo is being difficult. Any assistance regarding my Viagogo order ID [redacted]9 would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
