I recently called to check my card balance but accidentally disabled my card. I am unable to re-enable it as the system does not recognize my new devices or phone number. I lost my old phone and can't access my account now. I urgently need assistance with this issue as it's my only source of money. Please contact me at [redacted]. My name is Anne Marie Post Regan, and my email is [redacted] I also have a similar problem with PayPal where $[redacted] is pending in both accounts. I've been with PayPal for over 15 years, and I'm unsure why this is happening. I would appreciate a prompt response.

I recently opened a Venmo account to receive monthly transfers on the 25th. While I received the October payment, the second transfer was flagged, and I haven't been able to resolve the issue despite sending two emails immediately after it occurred. I urgently need this problem fixed as I have only used the account once for a single payment reception.

I haven't used my account for some time and I can't recall my previous phone number except for the last four digits ending in [redacted]. Due to a bank merger from Bank of America to Atlantic Federal Credit Union, I need to update my information. My email remains [redacted] while my new phone number is [redacted]. It would be more convenient to resolve this over the phone. I have funds in my account that I am unable to access at the moment. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

My account has been locked for 20 days, despite submitting various identity verification documents, including arrest and victim paperwork. I am in Chandler, AZ, and my Apple iPhone 8 Plus was stolen during a robbery on 10/20/20. I only obtained a new Samsung Galaxy A105 on 10/30/20 after being released from jail on 10/29/20. I have not been able to access my account and have not had any communication with your representatives, though there are records of my attempts. My email remains unchanged, and my phone number is still [redacted]. Since my Chromebook laptop was also stolen, I have no other devices to access my account. Despite having a positive balance of $[redacted], I am facing eviction and urgently need access to my funds to pay rent and other expenses. Please contact me immediately at [redacted] to resolve this issue promptly.

After getting a new phone, I found myself logged out of Venmo due to a change in devices. Unfortunately, I realized my account is linked to an old student email that is no longer accessible since I graduated four years ago. I reached out to the school, but they confirmed the email is no longer available. When attempting an alternate verification method, I was prompted to verify a U.S. Bank Visa debit card, which does not belong to me. I suspect it might be an old prepaid gift card I once added to my Venmo account, but I no longer have that card either. Despite resetting my password, I am unable to log in without verifying the old email or the unknown card. I have contacted Venmo via email but have yet to receive a response.

I recently added money to my Venmo balance and attempted to transfer it back to the same account I withdrew from. However, the transaction failed repeatedly. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed that my account was frozen for identity verification reasons and that it will take 7 to 9 business days to regain access. I have submitted the necessary identification documents, but this has left me in a difficult situation, being a single parent with $[redacted] stuck in my Venmo account that I urgently need. I am frustrated by the situation and seek assistance to unfreeze my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

All my children wanted for Christmas was a PS5, which we agreed upon. Despite unsuccessful attempts to preorder or get one at Walmart, I turned to OfferUp. I paid a $50 deposit to a person who never showed up. This individual still has the item listed and is asking for more deposits. They are scamming people for PS5 deposits. I hope Venmo refunds the $50 and shuts down their account. It's unfair to take advantage of others, especially during these challenging times. Venmo should do the right thing by canceling the scammer's account and returning the deposits.

I recently chatted with a customer service representative who redirected me to a third-party site offering assistance for a $1 refundable deposit. I had a positive interaction with an agent around the 11th or 12th, but our conversation was interrupted. They were supposed to have their manager reach out via email. Unfortunately, I was recently a victim of an armed robbery where I lost two phones and a laptop. The thieves used my cash app to withdraw $[redacted]. I discovered an old account under the email : [redacted] with $[redacted], which I believed to be closed. My main account is with Navy Federal CU under : [redacted]

I recently had a conversation with a kind representative either on 11/11 or 11/12. Unfortunately, I was robbed at gunpoint, and the thieves took off with my 2 laptops and 2 cell phones. I was informed that I have 2 accounts; one should have been linked to my email "[redacted]," which was supposed to be deleted. Surprisingly, it still holds $[redacted]. My second account is under "[redacted]" The agent was assisting me in combining these accounts. Additionally, she mentioned that the robbers used my cash app to withdraw $[redacted] out of the $[redacted] balance. I am having trouble navigating to another help site that requests a $1 payment, but I cannot make payments as I lost all my cards. Please assist me here instead of redirecting me. - Danial Kahn

I recently joined Venmo and made my first payment yesterday, sending $[redacted] to a friend. My bank shows the payment went through, and my Venmo account reflects the transfer, but there's an "Incomplete payment" message displayed. The recipient never received the money as expected. I provided the correct email address ([redacted]), but it seems there was a formatting issue on your end, listing the recipient's address as "@stevetaylorproductions." I would like to resend the payment using the correct email and figure out where the initial $[redacted] went since my bank shows it cleared. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Craig B.

I am experiencing trouble updating my phone number on Venmo. Initially registered with the phone number [redacted] and now have a new number [redacted]. Despite having the same email, I can't seem to change the number on my original account @Jessica-Faber-1. Reluctantly, I created a new account @Jessica-Faber-18 using my business email ([redacted]). I am seeking help to merge my new number with the original account, as I need to access funds and update banking info. Duplicate accounts are causing confusion, and I wish to deactivate the new one. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I have encountered numerous issues with my account that need immediate attention. Recently, Venmo has been causing continuous overdrafts on my bank account (under the username Cailey-Bitto), resulting in excessive fees that are significantly impacting my finances. I am bewildered by these unexpected charges and the substantial financial losses I have incurred. I am seeking urgent resolution to rectify this situation promptly.

I noticed two charges on my American Express account from Venmo, one for $1.02 and another for $1.03. I selected the option for no fees when making the transfer and was surprised to see these charges on my statement. The money successfully transferred to my TD Bank account but was unexpectedly charged to my Amex card. I would like this issue resolved promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my Venmo password. I have tried multiple times to log in but to no avail. Despite resetting the password successfully, I am still unable to access my account. I keep receiving an error message stating "something went wrong." I had hoped to transfer $[redacted] to my Capital One checking account promptly, but Venmo's login problems are causing significant delays. At this point, I am considering using PayPal or Zelle instead.

My son, Bodie M., recently opened a Venmo account for work. He's having trouble using the money he received because Venmo asked to verify his identity. We sent the required documentation 3-4 days ago but haven't received a response. You can reach Bodie at [redacted] or contact me, Lori M., his mother, at [redacted] It seems odd that he needs identity verification now when he didn't prior to receiving money.

I attempted to transfer funds via Venmo after installing the app on my phone and setting up my account successfully. However, when selecting the option to send money through my bank, I encountered difficulty in locating my bank. Despite searching through various symbols and names, including First National Bank (FNB) with a flag symbol, my bank was not listed as an option. I was advised that my bank is indeed compatible with Venmo. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need help resolving an issue I encountered. Michael sent me funds via Venmo to cover my rent, however, the money is stuck in my account. I am facing difficulty with the verification process. Although I can log in with my username and password, Venmo requires a second verification. The challenge arises from the fact that they send the code to my old phone number, which is inactive now due to business call requirements. Essentially, I cannot access my account to retrieve the funds. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received $[redacted].60 from Connie Dyke on Venmo. However, when I tried to transfer the funds to my bank, the website prompted me to download the Venmo cash app, which I attempted on my iPhone without success. As a result, I am unable to access the funds. I would like Connie Dyke to receive a refund of the amount. I hereby authorize the return of the funds to Connie Dyke. Thank you.

I paid $[redacted].50 to Connie Dyke. Upon trying to transfer the funds to my bank via Venmo's website, I discovered that bank transfers are no longer available on the site. Venmo advised me to use their cash app instead, but I am unable to download the app on my phone. As a result, I am unable to access my money and would like it to be returned to Connie Dyke. I hereby authorize the return of these funds to Connie Dyke.

I am having trouble accessing support from the link as it never reaches my email. Recently, I lost my phone and while attempting to recover my account by downloading the app, I've encountered difficulties. I am unsure which email is associated with my Venmo account ([redacted] / [redacted]) since I have used both in connection with my phone and username on Venmo. When I try to log in, the system prompts that the password is incorrect, leading to a cycle of changing it. My phone number is +[redacted]7, and my username is @ines-aguirregomez. I would greatly appreciate a phone call to address and resolve this issue. Thank you.
