I'm concerned because the money transfer I made hasn't reached my bank account yet. It was scheduled to be deposited by yesterday, but I encountered technical issues when I tried to do an instant transfer with my debit card. I received an email confirming that my deposit would be completed by October 8th, but it hasn't shown up in my account yet. I urgently need the funds to purchase gas and take care of important errands that I can't afford to delay any longer due to this delay.

My account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized charges on my checking account rather than my debit card. After visiting the bank, a new checking account was provided, while my debit card remained the same. Upon depositing funds into the new account, Venmo purchases reappeared within 12 hours. After contacting Venmo the next day, they stated the investigation would take a few days. I was informed via email four days later that the issue was resolved, but the reimbursement was made to the old checking account, leaving me at a loss of over $[redacted]. Could someone please assist? My email is [redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted].

I am having trouble accessing my Venmo account after logging out. One issue is that I used a separate email to sign up for Venmo and cannot remember the email or password. The email account I used is [redacted] My phone number is [redacted]. I linked my A.C.F.C.U. (Atlanta City Federal Credit Union) account from Lander, WY to handle my transactions. I also have a Venmo debit card. Any assistance in recovering or reopening my Venmo account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On October 31st, I transferred money into my Venmo account around 2 p.m. After contacting Venmo on November 1st, I was told my funds would be available almost immediately on the 4th. Unfortunately, the money was deducted on November 1st, causing an overdraft despite my instructions. When inquiring about future transfers, I was advised funds from the bank would be available almost instantly, but my funds were not available until the 8th. When finally accessible, my account was frozen. Despite reassurances from customer service, my account remains suspended, preventing any actions. Since my Venmo account, which is 10-11 days old, has been problematic, I am considering involving a lawyer and reaching out to social media and news outlets for resolution. If the matter is not resolved by 4 p.m. today, I plan to escalate this issue further to ensure the release of my $[redacted], account cancellation, and no further communication from PayPal or Venmo.

I recently sold an iPad on Facebook Marketplace and opted to receive payment via Venmo. I received an email purportedly from Venmo Online Banking, instructing me to provide a photo of the shipping label to receive the payment. Regrettably, I fell victim to this scam. After realizing that the email was fake, it was too late as the package had already been signed for. I have all the emails saved if needed. Is there any course of action I can take? -A.C.

My purse was stolen, which had my phone, wallet with all my cards, and I now can't access my Venmo account due to login security. With a new phone number and email issues, I can't receive the security codes. A friend sent $[redacted], and I need help accessing this or sending it back. The reference number is #[redacted]4. I need to send a photo of my driver's license and a selfie holding it, but I'm unsure how to upload these.

I recently experienced a payment scam, and Venmo has been assisting me with the refund process. I was grateful to receive a $[redacted] partial refund, but I am encountering an error message that prevents me from accepting it due to issues on Venmo's end. With the deadline approaching on the 9th, I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Despite reaching out for help, I have not yet found a solution.

I was asked to pay $[redacted] upfront for a personalized medical letter for my son from a doctor. However, after seeking advice from a lawyer, I chose not to send the medical information and informed the seller the next day that I didn't need his services. Despite never receiving the letter, the seller refused to refund any of the money. I suspect this individual of dishonest intentions, especially since I made it clear a letter wouldn't help our situation. I've tried contacting Venmo for assistance but haven't received a response. I need help recovering my payment as I never received the promised medical letter. The seller has suddenly changed his refund policy to justify not returning the funds, even though he never initially mentioned a no-refund policy. I believe it's unfair and deceptive. I want to prevent others from falling into the same situation and would appreciate any help resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Additional information can be provided if necessary.

I recently set up a Venmo account and confirmed my identity. However, when I try to add money from my confirmed bank account, it seems like my identity confirmation is not allowing me to proceed. Additionally, I'm unable to make purchases in-store by scanning my QR code. I tried to update my phone number, but when verifying it, the system keeps telling me that the U.S. number I enter is incorrect. I need assistance as it's frustrating not being able to use my Venmo account properly.

Around a year ago, I fell victim to cyber fraud. I reported the incident to the authorities, resulting in an investigation, an arrest, and the perpetrator being charged with theft by deception in the 3rd degree. Unfortunately, my Venmo account has been suspended since then, preventing me from using it. I am hoping to connect with a representative to discuss the possibility of having my Venmo account reinstated.

On December 2nd, I received an email notifying me of a payment from my son, J.B. However, the payment was not reflected in my account. After contacting several individuals and submitting requests without success, we were informed that my son needed to accept the request on his side. Despite following these steps, the issue persisted. As a result, he paid me in cash, but on his end, the status still shows as pending, even though the money has been deducted from his bank account. Unfortunately, the funds have not appeared in my account. In response, I canceled the request from my end. I kindly seek assistance with resolving this matter, especially during the holiday season.

Hello, I have been using Venmo for over 3 years, and I recently noticed that my account has been suspended even though I have a balance in it. I have always enjoyed using Venmo for my small craft business. I do not owe any money on the account and would appreciate it if Venmo could reconsider this situation and reinstate my account. Thank you, Rosa Cuevas

I used Venmo to send $1,[redacted].00 to David Jackson to the email address on file. After sending an email to remind him to check or set up his Venmo account, I got a message saying the email address was invalid. Now, where is the money? Should I request a refund to my bank account and ask David directly where to send the money?? Thank you for assisting me with this matter. Ginny H. I recently created a Venmo account but wasn't sure how to use it. After receiving a $[redacted] transfer, I tried moving the funds to my Cash App but encountered issues with my banking details. I attempted using a business account, thinking it would help, but still faced problems. Eventually, I moved the funds back to my original profile and discovered the verification process required. After linking my Cash App to Venmo, I successfully transferred $[redacted] to my bank through Venmo. Venmo confirmed the transaction, but Cash App failed to process it, leading to a temporary freeze of my account. I need advice on recovering the funds from Cash App and resolving this issue.

I recently bought a new phone and got a new phone number. Now, when I attempt to sign in to Venmo, it insists on sending a code to my old number, which is no longer in use. When I try to verify my identity through other means, it requests the card linked to my Venmo account. After entering the card details (I am certain it's the right card as I have only one), it shows an error message stating "invalid credentials." I'm stuck and need help accessing my account as soon as possible.

I fell victim to a scam where hackers used a fake PayPal email claiming I purchased bitcoin through Coinbase. I contacted what I thought was PayPal customer service and was told I was hacked by Russian scammers. The person on the phone offered to help but asked me to follow their instructions. They installed AnyDesk on my phone and took control of it. The hacker sent $[redacted] from my bank account to a friend and instructed them to send it back. Later, I discovered unauthorized Venmo payments of 2 to 4 thousand dollars to 4 to 5 people. As a disabled person relying on Social Security, this has put me in a tough spot.

I recently fell victim to a scam while trying to sell a motorcycle helmet. The scammer appeared genuine, initially suggesting payment through PayPal with purchase protection. Using a fake email resembling PayPal, he claimed to have sent $[redacted] and convinced me to send $[redacted] to upgrade my account for higher-value sales. Subsequently, he requested additional payments of $[redacted] each, fabricating various excuses. The moment mention of paying me in bitcoin arose, I realized the deception and promptly froze my bank account and notified Venmo for assistance. Despite speaking with three representatives, I am yet to receive a conclusive resolution. Urgently, I seek to unfreeze my account for pending bill payments. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, K. R.
