Hello, my name is Wagner. I have been visiting Universal Studios Orlando for years. Last year, when I visited, the roller coaster "Revenge of the Mummy" was under maintenance. Since then, I have not been able to find a clear answer or concrete information about whether this attraction is now operational or not. The Universal website does not provide clear explanations, and online blogs offer conflicting information - some say it's back up with restrictions, while others claim that it's still under maintenance. I am from Brazil, and I am planning a trip for the month of May. The main reason for my visit to Universal Studios would be to experience this attraction. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with an update on whether the "Revenge of the Mummy" roller coaster is currently operating. Planning a trip involves a lot of time and costs, so clarity on this matter would be extremely helpful.

I bought 5 tickets online, thinking they were for Islands of Adventure at $[redacted]. But, at the shuttle, I learned they were for Universal. I tried to switch, but was asked for $[redacted] more. After discussing, they couldn't help. I'm displeased as we missed out on rides and shows not available. It was a bad experience for my family. I felt deceived and unhappy spending $[redacted] on tickets and $60 on drinks, only to find out it was not what we expected.

Good morning! I require your assistance with a reservation issue encountered on the website. While trying to make a payment, I was informed that the transaction couldn't go through with the initial card. After switching to another card, the payment was successfully completed, and I got a confirmation email with my reservation number. However, the first card was still charged, causing a duplicate charge. My bank in Costa Rica needs an email from you to refund the amount. The reservation is under the name of J.C.J. Mendez from January 31 to February 3, [redacted]. Thank you for your attention and support.

We are currently at Universal's Islands of Adventure on 10/08/23. Our booking was made online under the name S. Naviwala, contact number [redacted]. We experienced a 2-hour wait for the Jurassic Park ride (VelociCoaster) before it was closed due to technical issues. Presently, at 7:10 pm, we are stuck in line for Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, where the ride has also been closed after being in line for 2 sections. We are waiting in the tunnel area with no updates, having spent over 4 hours. We are requesting a full refund for our tickets and ask to be contacted promptly.
