Following another 12-hour delay, we eventually arrived at EWR without my checked bags, which remained at Dulles. With an upcoming international flight scheduled for this Friday, I urgently need assistance in retrieving my luggage promptly.

My flight scheduled for June 27th from Syracuse to Hong Kong was canceled due to a delay from Syracuse to Denver. The airline's help desk assisted in rebooking my flight for Saturday, July 1st, with arrival in Hong Kong on the 3rd. Unfortunately, I lost nearly a week of my vacation and the hotel reservations I had already paid for. Today, upon checking my reservation, I noticed there is no seat confirmation from Syracuse to Chicago O'Hare in the rebooked flight. On our trip to Italy, United Airlines lost our luggage both ways. Initially, we were given a reference number but never received a response. After multiple trips to the airport, we finally located our bags after three days of being without clothes or toiletries. I am seeking a refund for the mishandling of our bags. Additionally, I would like to inquire about any daily allowance for necessary purchases. All receipts are in Italian, causing confusion. I have been on hold with United Premier Desk for over 4 hours. Recently, I noticed a flight credit in my MilePlus account for a flight that was ultimately canceled. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the situations regarding my trips with reservation codes G46F85 and G5HK8P. I believe I am entitled to a full refund of the fare I paid, either in the form of flight credit or a refund to my original payment method. If the reimbursement is in flight credit, I kindly request that it remains valid for up to 24 months. I am willing to forego compensation for other personal expenses incurred due to these troublesome situations if this matter can be promptly addressed.

Due to the number of affected passengers, long wait times of 3-4 hours were necessary to speak with an agent at the desk. Unfortunately, no available flights or hotels were provided, resulting in families having to spend the night in the airport, with some enduring a 2-day wait for a new flight. Requesting a refund for the disrupted flight and a future travel voucher to account for the inconvenience experienced the following day.

I have a ticket scheduled to depart next week to visit my father who is terminally ill. Unfortunately, his condition worsened in the past 24 hours, and I may need to fly in the next 48 hours instead of waiting until next week. I used a flight credit to purchase the ticket, so changes are limited to +/- a day. I'm wondering if I can purchase a new one-way ticket and still utilize the return portion of the original ticket. My concern is that if I miss the original departure flight, UAL might cancel the return leg automatically.

Consequently, I used my husband's credit card to secure the same flight. My spouse and I had a flight booked with United Airlines departing from San Jose at 11:12 pm tomorrow. We received an email from United notifying us that they rescheduled the flight to depart 21 hours earlier than planned. Instead of departing in 27 hours, the new departure time is in 5 hours. This sudden change is inconvenient as we both have work commitments. The airline is asking for over $1,[redacted] per ticket to change the flights, which is unreasonable. However, we need to arrive in Ft. Lauderdale by Friday morning.

United has inconvenienced me by canceling my flight and rescheduling me for one that is unsuitable for my needs. The flight change prevents me from attending an important engagement, and I've explored alternative flights with both United and other airlines. There are several options available that align with my schedule, but unfortunately, I am unable to make these changes through the United app. Despite multiple attempts and a lengthy hold time since early morning, I have been unsuccessful in reaching their customer service by phone. In light of these challenges, I have lodged a complaint with the Department of Transportation. I kindly request United to address my concerns, answer my call, and assist me in rebooking a flight that arrives in Cincinnati before noon on June 30th. I am flexible to depart from Norfolk, any airport in Washington DC, Charlotte, or Philadelphia to accommodate this change.

I had a brief connecting flight to Chios from Athens.
Unfortunately, my bags were left behind due to a delay in Athens. We have a family wedding in Chios and I urgently need my luggage.

Our departing flights from Milwaukee to Newark were canceled late last night. Consequently, we had to make last-minute rebookings with Southwest at increased rates to a more distant airport and arrange for a rental car. We are seeking reimbursement for these additional costs.
Moreover, the entire flight schedule was canceled without keeping the return flights. This led us to secure new bookings with United at higher prices. Kindly consider refunding us for this as well. Furthermore, we initially had premium economy seats for the return flights, and we are hoping to have these reinstated for our journey back on Sunday.

I am currently experiencing a delay in receiving a refund for a baggage claim that I submitted over 7 weeks ago. Despite numerous phone calls adding up to over 8 hours of waiting time, I have not received a resolution. The lost bag claim number is JAX44417M, and the case ID/file refund number is [redacted]7. On 5/2/23, our bags did not arrive in St. Augustine, FL, and although we were compensated $[redacted], our personal cards were in the bags, preventing us from using the funds. We spent $[redacted].42 out of pocket until our bags were delivered on 5/3/23. Despite submitting the reimbursement form along with 4 receipts, there have been issues with the processing. The lack of communication and follow-up from the company has been frustrating as promised callbacks have not been received. My flight from Seattle (SEA) to Newark (EWR) was delayed by two hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight from EWR to Toronto (YYZ). During the first flight, my large checked bag and carry-on were both checked at the gate due to limited overhead bin space, even though I paid a higher fare for the carry-on. I'm seeking reimbursement for these expenses and a correction of the bag description in the United system to ensure a safe return of my belongings.

Due to a cancelled flight from EWR (OTXKML) after checking two bags, United Airlines issued a refund. Rebooked on another airline departing from PHL, the bags were tagged for SMF on the UA flight. Unable to confirm the bags' status due to the long customer service line, alternate plans were made to fly out on Saturday from PHL. The original UA flight was scheduled for Wednesday, June 28, while the new American Airlines flight is set for Saturday, July 1. It was inconvenient to change plans, but the concern is for UA to deliver the checked bags to Sacramento and the timeframe for delivery. Thank You.

Upon arriving in Mykonos (JMK) on June 28th, we have yet to receive our two checked bags. Our confirmation number is D4J1CV. Despite contacting Aegean Airlines, a Star Alliance partner, and speaking with the local airport which claims they did not receive the bags from United in Amsterdam, we are still without our belongings. At the beginning of our three-week vacation, this situation has left us without extra clothes and necessities. Attempting to reach the 1K desk in the US has been challenging as they continue to transfer me to 1K baggage without any response despite being on hold for over three hours in total. The United website tracking shows our bags arrived in AMS but no further updates are available. Could our bags be stuck in Amsterdam? The bag numbers are 0[redacted]00 and 0[redacted]10. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as Aegean Airlines has not been helpful or understanding. Despite filing a report JMKA311646, we have received no updates and even returned to JMK airport due to the lack of communication via phone.

I am facing an issue with United Airlines as they lost 2 of my checked bags. Despite having the claim tickets with the numbers, I am having trouble tracking them down. I tried to submit a claim online as advised by the airport agent, but I am unable to proceed on their form. After listing all the lost items, the form does not allow me to click on "next" or "save" to move to the next page. Whenever I try, a red exclamation point appears but doesn't specify the error. Despite checking for mistakes multiple times, I cannot find any errors to correct.

My wife and I have experienced multiple flight changes to New Zealand on confirmation number E2GJCX, resulting in arriving a day earlier and leaving a day later. Despite being assured of a complimentary upgrade to the United Premium Plus cabin for both legs of the journey, the seats allocated were not as promised.
