I made an error in the delivery address by writing apt [redacted] instead of [redacted]. After contacting FedEx and UNIQLO to correct it, the package ended up delivered to apt [redacted] instead of being returned or left in the pending parcel lockers. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, UNIQLO states their responsibility ended upon delivery to the address I provided. Now, I'm left with the package delivered to the wrong place and no resolution in sight. The lack of concern and poor customer service in handling this issue is truly disappointing.

I recently purchased a The Basic T-Shirt for my son for Easter. However, a friend also bought him the same shirt in the wrong size for his upcoming birthday in June. We attempted to return both shirts, even though the Easter purchase was beyond the 30-day return period. Despite the shirt still being sold in the store, I was told I couldn't exchange the older one. The situation worsened when I tried to return the gifted shirt with the removed price and SKU numbers, even though I had the receipt. The associate refused, claiming the numbers didn't match the intact shirt, overlooking that they were different sizes. This exchange policy, whether store mandated or discretionary, has regrettably led to my decision to no longer shop at the store.

I encountered an issue with my Uniqlo order where my house number was not registered for delivery. I promptly contacted them through their messaging system to update my address before shipment. Once I noticed my order had been delivered but not to me, I alerted Uniqlo and provided the correct address for the courier. Despite the tracking showing delivery without a recipient's signature, I have not received any response to my follow-up message requesting assistance or a full refund. Unfortunately, Uniqlo lacks a phone number for direct communication, which has prolonged the resolution process. This delay is frustrating, particularly as the products I paid for may already be in someone else's possession.

I'm frustrated with Hermes' claim of two delivery attempts when none were made. They insist my address is wrong, which is not the case as I've lived here for almost two decades. If the third delivery attempt fails, I'll lose hope. This parcel is a Christmas gift, and I'll need a refund if it doesn't arrive on time. I've been home for both supposed attempts, and this situation is causing me a great deal of irritation.

I purchased a blouse from the Uniqlo France website back in August. I reside in France. On September 2, [redacted], I received an email stating that my order had been delivered. Unfortunately, the package has not been received by me, and I am uncertain of its whereabouts.
I have tried reaching out to Uniqlo.fr through their Customer Query form three times within the last week, but I have yet to receive any response. I am growing concerned about the status of my order and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am disappointed that my order A[redacted]76 has not been received. According to the tracking information from Hermes, the package arrived damaged on 3/12/20 and has not been delivered. I have attempted to contact you by phone but have been unable to speak to a representative as the call failed. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this issue and would appreciate a quick response informing me of when the product will be sent to me.

I placed an order for a shipment totaling over $[redacted] late on Monday. The shipping charge was $22, and I opted for Fedex Overnight shipping. I received an email the same day indicating it would be delivered by Wednesday, February 24. However, as of now, on the estimated delivery date, the package is still in New Jersey and has not yet been handed over to Fedex for transportation to Miami.
At this point, considering the circumstances, I am concerned about not getting my package this week. I have two preferred options:
1) I would like an update on the guaranteed delivery date and a refund for the shipping cost due to the misleading information in the email.
2) If a guaranteed delivery cannot be provided, I am requesting guidance on how to receive a full refund for the order so I can explore local shopping options for similar brands.

I am calling from the UK regarding an issue I experienced at the Uniqlo store in Stratford, East London. I was advised by a Robo chat to visit the store due to a problem with my coat purchased around August [redacted]. Despite minimal wear, the jacket did not bounce back after washing, and I requested a replacement at the store. However, I was informed that as the coat was over 6 months old, they couldn't assist me. I am disappointed as there were no British instructions provided with the purchase. I paid £69 for the coat and all I requested was a vest to wear underneath due to the lost padding. I am asthmatic, and the exposure to the cold could be harmful to my health. I placed an online order with a faster delivery option to be delivered to my hotel in Washington D.C. for a training. The delivery timeframe was between May 6 - May 9, [redacted], which was suitable as I was leaving on May 10th, [redacted]. However, the package was delayed, marked with an “Exception”, and I contacted LaserShip for assistance. Despite my efforts, the estimated delivery was extended to 2 to 3 business days. Despite my follow-up on May 9th, the order was still not delivered, leading me to request to return it to the seller. I received confirmation from LaserShip on May 9th of this decision. Consequently, I have asked Uniqlo for a refund due to the untimely delivery despite paying for a faster option, and because the order was requested to be returned as I would no longer be there to accept it. I am waiting for their response to my emails.
