It appears that Udemy is falsely accusing my bank of placing a hold on my account. However, upon contacting my bank directly, they have informed me that Udemy is creating a false scenario to shift blame from their payment processing issues. I urge Udemy to provide me with the courses I tried to purchase multiple times for free as compensation for the inconvenience they have caused me. I have spent a significant amount of time contacting my bank both online and in person to address this issue. Please gift me the 3 courses that were withheld from me. Thank you.

I was gifted the IELTS 7 Plus online course by David Morris, which I started about three weeks ago. However, I recently switched laptops and have been unable to access the course on my new one. When I tried to use the gift code, it indicated that it had expired. I checked my personal account, but the course is not appearing there either. I have been studying Xcode for a few weeks now, and I'm feeling frustrated with my progress. I encountered an issue with accessing my account after purchasing a few courses. Despite several attempts to reset my password by requesting a new link through the "forgot password" option, I never received the email. I verified my email address, disabled browser extensions, and contacted customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, they directed me to access recovery, which I had already attempted multiple times without success. I used my work email, [redacted], to register on Udemy. I have since left the company and unable to log in to my account. I purchased 3 courses and only completed half of the first one. I registered using my email address [redacted] and bought some courses. When I tried to purchase more, my payment didn't go through despite trying different methods. Now, I can't log back in without going through the "forgot password" process, which sometimes doesn't work, leaving me unable to access the courses I've paid for. I've attempted to resolve this through Support channels.

I am writing to address some payment issues I have been experiencing with the Power BI courses. Two days ago, I purchased a Power BI course, the payment was debited from my bank account, but I have not received access to the course. I raised a complaint and got ticket number [redacted]. Although you mention that the transaction is pending, my bank confirmed that the money has been deducted. Today, I encountered a similar problem with a different Power BI course where the payment went through, and once again the money was debited from my account. This issue seems to be specific to the Power BI courses, as I have not faced similar problems with other courses I purchased recently. I made a payment on August 13th at 10:42 am and also received a request from Udemy to debit the money, so everything seems to be in order on my part. I would appreciate it if you could resolve these payment issues for both Power BI courses promptly. Thank you.

On April 10, [redacted], I bought two courses on Udemy. Although both were paid for and the funds were deducted by Udemy San Francisco, I cannot find them in my list of courses. The courses purchased on sale for $9.99 each are:
1. Fully Accredited Vegan Health, Nutrition, & Lifestyle Diploma.
2. Aromatherapy Professional Diploma Course by The Kew Training Academy.
I kindly request that the above courses be reinstated so I can access them.

P.S. It's surprising that Udemy does not provide any customer service phone numbers. When I clicked on "Contact Us," there were only headquarters addresses listed, without any customer service numbers. It would be beneficial for customers if this contact option was available.

I am facing an issue while trying to get a refund for two courses, "The Complete Cyber Security Course" and "Learn Ethical Hacking." The response I received is strange, stating that I am not eligible for a refund as I have already received a refund previously. However, I am certain that I have not requested a refund for these courses before, and my current request falls within the 30-day refund period. I am confused by this situation.

As both a teacher and a student at UDEMY, I am facing login issues with my account using my email address, [redacted], and password. I have attempted to reset my password, but I have not received any response. Despite checking my email account frequently, including spam folders, I have not received any reset information. This situation hinders my ability to access purchased courses, created courses, and information on new course subscriptions. When attempting to log in, a brief orange box with text appears, preventing me from reading it. It seems challenging to contact UDEMY, and the customer support experience has been disappointing. I am eager to regain access to my account to view enrolled courses and manage my account. At this point, I am reconsidering whether to create a new course on this platform, as students may share my frustration.

I am reaching out to report that my account has been stolen, and I am unable to access it. On November 13, I created a Google account with the email address [redacted] for all my future course purchases. While purchasing the course "The Complete Digital Marketing Course 12 in 1" for $14 on Udemy, I mistakenly used the email address [redacted] Although I entered my credit card details and completed the purchase, I later discovered this error. When I attempted to address this issue yesterday, I found myself logged out of all devices with a message stating "your session has expired." I am unable to reset the password as I do not have access to the Google account associated with it. I request your assistance in recovering my course. I have screenshots and additional evidence of my purchase and account login.

I bought two Udemy courses back in August, "Openstack Essentials" and "Fundamentals of the OpenStack Cloud with Hands-on Labs," which were supposed to have lifetime access. I was able to access them multiple times in September and October, but now I'm being prompted to buy them again. I haven't received any emails about issues with my account. I am having trouble logging into my Udemy account. When I entered my password, an error message stated that "We found your account. Additionally, I have attempted to reset my password, but I have not received the password reset email even though I have added the Udemy email to my whitelist. I registered for a Tableau Desktop class titled "Tableau for Beginners: Get DA Certified, Grow Your Career." Unfortunately, I am unable to download Tableau Desktop as I receive the following error message: "Download Unavailable

I recently requested refunds for courses after mistakenly thinking my company's business account was cancelled. It turns out the account URL was changed, not cancelled, and I repurchased the courses on my business account. Now that I am back using the business account, I no longer need the courses on my personal account. The credits on my account will not be useful, so I request a refund to my credit card instead. I placed the "Property Flip or Hold - Real Estate Investing Calculations" course in my cart for $14.99, down from $84.99, saving $70 without tax. When I tried to pay with a credit card, I encountered an error stating a temporary issue occurred and I was not charged. I attempted a different card but faced the same error. Even using PayPal did not work; I was not redirected to process the payment but received the same error message. Upon returning a few minutes later, I noticed that the price had reverted to $84.99 without the discount. I would like to purchase the course at the original $14.99 price displayed in my cart screenshot, which also captures the error message I received.

I encountered an error while attempting to retry a quiz for day 2 of the [redacted] Days of Python course on Udemy. The page displayed a message indicating server connection problems and suggested waiting a minute or two before reloading. Despite trying to access the Udemy main URL, the issue persisted. I researched online and found similar reports of this issue occurring previously. I am unsure if this problem is isolated to me as there have been no recent reports today.
I would like to share my email, but my course was purchased by my husband as a gift, and it is associated with his email at [redacted] After receiving a warning about the password security, my husband updated it, but the problem with accessing Udemy persists. Interestingly, he was able to log in without any errors on his computer to change the password, whereas I am still encountering the issue on my laptop even when trying to visit the main landing page.
