Today, I registered as a new user on Udemy and set up an account. I noticed a discrepancy in course prices - they were significantly higher after I logged in compared to when I initially browsed courses without logging in. Udemy was promoting a special offer for new users with courses priced as low as $12.99. However, upon signing in and adding items to my cart, the prices increased unexpectedly. This issue is inhibiting me from taking advantage of the new user promotion.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased 5 courses on Udemy to enhance my skills as a programmer and educator. I took the necessary steps to create and verify my course through Persona, and upon completion, I was informed that everything was successful with a message saying, 'well you are done.' However, to my disappointment, three days later, I received an email stating, "Unfortunately, our team could not verify your account based on the information provided, leading to the suspension of the associated courses and accounts." This is disheartening as I value the courses I legally purchased. I kindly request the restoration of my account and access to my courses. Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble signing in with my Google account, which I used to purchase the "Unreal Engine C++ Developer: Learn C++ and Make Video Games" course. Despite knowing my username and password, I am unable to log in and access the course. I paid £14 for the course but have not been able to utilize it. I suspect the issue may be due to another account linked to the same email address.

Regarding the [redacted] Data Science course, Section 22 on Introduction to Python, I encountered a discrepancy with the instructions to install Jupyter and Python using anaconda.com in Video [redacted] at the 6th-minute mark. Although the content on the anaconda.com page shown in the video was outdated, I successfully downloaded Jupyter and Python by following Anaconda's instructions. However, upon attempting to open the Jupyter Notebook, issues arose. It is essential to update the instructions for loading anaconda promptly, as I must complete this course to meet PE license requirements.
Furthermore, there seem to be complications with the Anaconda installation, as I am receiving messages about port [redacted] being in use, as well as notifications regarding JupyterLab locations. Even after rebooting, the problems persist. The URLs provided for accessing the notebook yield different results than those demonstrated in Video [redacted]. Kindly, update the instructions to address these issues. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

A while ago, I bought lifetime access to several Udemy courses. I just attempted to log into my account using [redacted] and my password, but encountered an issue. I then tried to reset my password, but did not receive the reset email (checked Spam and Trash). Despite contacting Udemy support, I have not received a response yet. I am having an issue with the refund for the course: Procreate – Learning Digital Drawing on the iPad on 22nd December [redacted] for €[redacted].99 with order number: EC-[redacted]58716A6C713241.
This course was a gift for my wife, Janina, but she does not want to create a separate account, so she is using my account for this course. Yesterday, after giving her the gift (Christmas), I saw on the Udemy website that the course is now offered for €11.99, so I purchased it today. When I try to use the coupon code, it says I am the sender of the coupon and cannot redeem it. Now, I would like to return the above-mentioned order for a refund and keep the new purchase under my account. I hope it is possible for you to refund the order I made on 22nd December [redacted], so I only have the one course I purchased today.

I utilized [redacted] as my login email, but I have closed that Gmail account. I am uncertain whether I updated my account with my new email address. I am unsure if I switched it to my new email, [redacted], or my other new email, [redacted] I have attempted to log in with all three of the mentioned emails, and I have tried the "forgot password" option for the two new emails, but I did not receive any response. I need assistance with Udemy.com. I mistakenly deleted both of my accounts as I forgot I had duplicate accounts. Unfortunately, one of the deleted accounts contains my courses, and I would like to recover that particular account. I had trouble completing my purchase last night as it wouldn't accept my edu email. I managed to log in this morning, but the discount I was initially going to get on classes priced at 18.99 x3 is no longer available, and now cost $[redacted]. It feels like the login error may have been intentional to prevent me from getting the discount. I'm quite disappointed, but I'm glad I found out before making a bigger purchase. I own Corel Painter [redacted], which I purchased years ago and never used until now when I wanted to learn Corel Painter [redacted]. However, I'm having trouble opening some of the downloaded resource files, specifically the .pal files. While I am able to open the .jpg files, the .pal files, which are supposedly created by Corel Painter, remain inaccessible.
