Hello, we purchased Just Dance [redacted] for our Xbox One, but are experiencing issues connecting it to our Android or iPhone devices. The controller connects briefly, then disconnects with an error message. We have visited Ubisoft's website and tried their troubleshooting tips. Our internet connection is strong for both the Xbox and our phones. We are disappointed that we cannot fully utilize this product. Any suggestions on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

I bought Far Cry 4 on Steam and installed it. However, when I try to start the game, it loads, logs into Ubisoft, and then crashes on a black screen without showing an error message or "Far Cry 4 is not responding." I have to use Alt + F4 to exit the game. When I attempt to relaunch the game, it says "game already running," but I can't find it in the task manager to close it. The only solution is to do a full restart. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you for your attention.

I left my Xbox One running, and when I returned, it was off. Now I'm encountering an issue where I can't progress in my mission. I was in the middle of hacking a camera before I left. After reloading, I can hack the camera again, but nothing happens afterward. I'm stuck in a perpetual loading screen, although I can access the map and move around the level. I can't seem to move past the camera hack. I think a complete mission reset would resolve the problem, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.

I am attempting to play Unity on three Xbox units connected to the same router with a 75mbps connection. Despite successfully playing other online games, Unity is failing to connect after indicating it might. Even after configuring port forwarding and DMZ settings, the connection issues persist. We have attempted to connect with others unsuccessfully and despite trying various methods like port forwarding, normal setups, and DMZ, we are unable to play together and connect to Ubisoft. My friends and I invested $80 in this game to play together, but we are currently unable to do so and unable to reach Ubisoft for assistance.

While playing Far Cry 4, I reached a point where I had to destroy a golden statue of Pagan Min to progress. After blowing up the statue, I got trapped under rubble when the pieces fell on me. Despite reloading and trying to continue, the game saved while I was stuck, leaving me unable to move or fast travel as I'm on a mission. Without Xbox Live, I can't call for co-op assistance. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still experiencing the issue with the orange box code for the AGENTORIGINS free packs even after the launch. It seems like there's no actual code showing up, just the box. I was hoping it would get resolved and display a code, but it seems that wasn't the case. It appears that many others in the U.S. are facing the same problem if you look online. Are there any solutions to this problem, or am I now required to purchase the season pass even though I have received an email with a code for the AGENTORIGINS packs?

My friend and I were doing the daily Lincoln Tunnel mission on challenging difficulty. We got to the part where we were supposed to talk to Cpt Benitez, but the game glitched and now we can't activate the next part of the mission. We've tried everything, but there's no option to talk to him. We hope to be compensated for the time we wasted because we spent the last two hours fighting hard to get the rewards on challenging mode, only to encounter this bug.

While playing The Division on Xbox One, I finished the Stolen Signal mission during the global event, along with other missions. However, there was a glitch in the game, and even though I completed all the missions, it is now showing that I need to complete them again to receive the mask. I worked really hard for it, especially for the Smiley Mask rewarded after completing the Onslaught global event. Despite completing it, the game glitched. I'm hoping to resolve this issue and receive the Smiley Mask. My gamertag on Xbox is DataAbyss362510.

I'm experiencing a glitch with Ghost Recon Wildlands. I attempted the "Watchman" side mission but couldn't complete it. After deselecting it, I keep getting called by the watchman character from the mission even though I'm not actively pursuing it and am far from the mission area. The game cycles between day and night during missions, but whenever it turns to night, the watchman tries to contact me. I've restarted my PS4, ejected the disc, and the issue persists. How can I resolve this problem and stop the watchman interruptions? This situation is affecting my gameplay, as I prefer to operate in daylight. Any suggestions to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

PlayStation 4 query: PSN: marshie_01 Email: [redacted] Hello, I purchased the pre-order gold package with the season pass for Far Cry 5, and everything was fine until I reset my progress a week ago. Now, I am unable to retrieve any of the special guns from the season pass. Despite redownloading and reinstalling them, they disappeared from my inventory after I died. Revisiting the gun shop, they were no longer available there either. Yesterday, I uninstalled and redownloaded the game, but I still have not regained access to the guns I paid for with the season pass. I am frustrated that Ubisoft has not addressed this issue. While playing Rainbow 6: Siege, I had a concerning experience after losing a casual match. Despite being at level 72 with [redacted] renown, my XP suddenly showed as -[redacted]0 and I was set back to level 0. Surprisingly, my R6 credits and skins remained intact. Although I retained my rank, I am eager to regain my previous level and renown. This setback is particularly frustrating as I was saving up for a new operator. I recently bought additional DLC content for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin's Creed Rogue. Instead of getting the Season Pass for ACIV, I bought each item separately due to past issues with the ACIII Season Pass. However, even after purchasing all the DLC content separately, only two product keys show up in my Uplay account: the Time Saver Resources Pack and the Time Saver Collectibles Pack for ACIV. The other purchased content for Black Flag and Rogue, although marked as owned, did not come with Activation Keys. I play on PC with the Standard Edition base game.

I am experiencing an issue with a purchase I made in Rainbow Six Siege. I go by the name Paul Ebanks, and my Xbox One Game ID is IconoclastRadio. I bought an "Iron Mask" for the operator Capitao from Ubisoft for $10, but it's not showing up in the game as expected. After researching online, I discovered that this has been an ongoing problem for over a year with no resolution from Ubisoft. I believe they may be suppressing complaints about this issue in their forums by using the keyword "Iron Mask" in all Rainbow Six Siege posts. Additionally, I have not found any videos of players using the "Iron Mask" headgear. I am new to online gaming, having started just three weeks ago, and I am disappointed by this situation. I demand to receive what I paid for or I will consider legal action. In the meantime, I plan to create a YouTube video exposing this issue and may pursue a class-action lawsuit against Ubisoft.

Rayman's level "There's Always a Bigger Fish - Invaded" is incredibly challenging. Despite my love for Rayman, I find myself consistently struggling to complete this level with only 2 out of 3 teensies. The non-curved wall towards the end and the quick giant in the middle always cause me to fail. If the wall could be curved and the giant removed, it would greatly improve the gameplay. Another level, "The Shaolin Master Dojo" in "Rescue Emma," is equally problematic. The demons that must be defeated to progress constantly result in my failure and loss of progress. The strict time limit adds unnecessary pressure, making the level frustratingly difficult. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to enhance the overall gaming experience. I was recently banned for accidentally causing the death of my friend twice in a single game. The first time, I planted a breach charge near a doorway and my friend rushed through, getting caught in the blast. The second time, during a gunfight, my friend moved into my line of fire just as I was about to shoot, resulting in another accidental kill. While I understand the need for consequences for team killing, I believe a one-week ban for incidents in casual matches is excessive. In my opinion, being kicked from the match or facing a shorter ban initially would be more appropriate for casual play. I feel the current system is unfair to players like me. If team killing is such a serious issue, then why does the game allow it in the first place? Let's hope for better luck and no bans in the future.

I am struggling to progress through The Crew 2, particularly in the Rally Raid races where the difficulty seems to increase every time I retry a level. The abundance of obstacles also makes it challenging to navigate smoothly. The drift events pose an additional challenge as I am unable to achieve even half of the required score despite meeting the Performance level recommendations with my Mazda RX-7. As an Icon 10 player, I hope these issues can be addressed in the upcoming major update patch. Thank you!
