On 9/22 in the early morning, I booked an Uber for a pick-up at a private club. When the driver called for the gate code, I couldn't provide it so I said I would call back after finding out. However, I couldn't reach the driver later. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't schedule another Uber and eventually walked home. I later noticed my bank account had multiple charges and credits related to Uber rides that I didn't take. After disputing, I saw that a credit was issued. Despite the initial driver being compensated, I'm unsure about the status of my account since I didn't take any other rides that day.

I am not a UBER customer, and I have never used the service. This past weekend, on 9/21/[redacted], my bank card was charged $29.26 for an Uber ride. I have already contacted my bank, canceled the card, and they recommended reaching out to your customer support for details on the charge. Hi, my name is Gracy, and I reside in Delhi. Yesterday evening, I reserved a cab from Jasola, Salcon Aurum, to South Ex. Part 2. Although I received confirmation that the auto was booked, I did not get any messages or calls from the driver. Upon reaching the pick-up spot, the driver was nowhere to be found. I tried calling him, but he hung up on me while I was inquiring about his location, followed by canceling my trip. This left me stranded and caused inconvenience in arranging for alternative transportation. Subsequently, I received a notification from Uber demanding Rs. 20 payment to the driver after he canceled the ride. I am encountering two issues with Uber that I need assistance with resolving.
1) Whenever I attempt to log in, I am prompted to enter my phone number along with my email. However, as my phone number has changed, I am unable to access my account and log in.

2) I have a problem regarding my Uber transactions:
I frequently use Uber, and on July 31st, August 6th, and August 7th, I added extra Uber cash to my account. Unfortunately, on August 6th and 7th, my Uber rides were charged to my Syntrust debit card instead of deducting from my Uber cash balance. This resulted in two overdraft fees totaling $72.00. Despite my attempts to contact Uber via phone and email, I have been unsuccessful. I kindly request a refund of the $72.00 overdraft charges incurred due to Uber's error, as these charges are a burden for me.
Furthermore, on Wednesday, September 25th, I used Uber to travel a short distance from 5 Points in Valdosta, GA, to Valdosta Neurology Center, which was only a 4-minute ride away. However, the charge for this short distance was $14.34, whereas a longer trip from my home, which is 12 miles away, typically costs $19.00. I am bewildered by the high fee charged for the short ride and seek reimbursement for the difference.
I rely on Uber for transportation and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues promptly. Thank you.

I added a $50 Uber card to the account but couldn't use it because the number wasn't supported. It seems my phone number is attached to another account, or I might have created one that I can't recall. I want to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my Uber ride on September 17, [redacted]. I had booked a ride at 5:05 AM from my residence in Mukundapur to Santragachi station. However, the driver stopped the car near Ruby after approximately 3 kilometers, stating he couldn't continue due to an urgent matter. He suggested I book another ride to reach my destination. Despite explaining that I might miss my train to Rupasi Bangla at 6:25 AM, he insisted and stopped.
Subsequently, I had to book another car from Ruby, causing me to miss my train and disrupting my entire schedule. I had an important meeting scheduled with the SE of PHED in Purulia at 12:30 PM the same day, which I had to attend by taking another train and staying an extra day in Purulia. I understand it's been a few days since this incident, but I feel it's necessary to address this unprofessional behavior. I paid Rs. 90.23 and Rs. [redacted].72 for the ride to Santragachi station.

I am having trouble with the Jump scooter service. I tried to start a ride, but the scooter didn't work once activated. I ended the ride near where it started as it wouldn't move. Later, I got an email saying I was charged a $25 No Parking Zone Fee, even though I didn't leave it there. If the scooter had worked, I would have moved it. This seems like a flaw in the system as I wasn't responsible for leaving it in the wrong place. They need to improve their system to either prevent activation if it's in a restricted area or notify the rider before charging additional fees. Unless they reverse the charge, I will have to dispute it. I hope this issue can be resolved without further inconvenience. My name is D. I recently had a distressing experience with an Uber driver named Sandeep during my Rs.26.40 trip. Sandeep was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable with his egotistical behavior. When I asked him his name because the initial booking was under the name Mamul, he abruptly stated he had canceled the trip and demanded I exit the car. This sudden change left me feeling uneasy. When I politely asked him to slow down for speed bumps due to my back pain, he responded with unnecessary hostility. His aggressive attitude and lack of professionalism were truly alarming. I believe drivers like Sandeep should not represent Uber. His behavior was unacceptable and left me in a state of distress. I hope Uber takes appropriate action to prevent such experiences for other customers.

On September 15th, around 4:30 am, I booked an Uber car and was picked up by the driver named Shahil. Upon realizing his phone wasn't working, I declined another Uber offer and continued the ride. I unwittingly paid him Rs. [redacted] instead of Rs. [redacted] at the end of the journey due to a stuck Rs. [redacted] bill. Shahil said he would provide the correct bill the next day in Greater Noida but hasn't responded to my calls since. I have no record of the trip on my phone. On August 15th, [redacted], I booked a taxi to travel from my residence in Chinchwad to Pune Railway Station and specified the pick-up time. The driver arrived early and called me multiple times. I requested him to wait until the scheduled time, but he insisted on cancelling the ride. Dealing with a driver who arrives early and argues is difficult. I was abandoned by my Uber driver at my child's daycare when I had scheduled a ride to work. This was confirmed, and I am a loyal customer who is very disappointed. This has never happened to me before. Despite informing the driver that I would be right out, he left without me. I would like to inquire about the advance booking options available for Uber. I am planning to book rides for 2 passengers from the Denver airport to a location in Birmingham on October 25, and later from Birmingham airport back to the accommodation on the same day. Additionally, I will require rides for 2 passengers from Birmingham to the airport on October 27, and from the Denver airport to our accommodation on the same day. On Thursday, my car will be out of commission for the whole day. I am currently losing money with the rising gas prices, and I won't be able to make my car payment on time as my rent is also due. I have insurance coverage for wage replacement, but I will need documentation to prove loss of income this week due to the car issues. The car's struts are leaking, and it will impact my earnings for Thursday and possibly Friday. It has been a slow week for me due to these challenges. My daughter took an Uber from downtown San Diego back to Pacific Beach after a birthday celebration around 2:30 am. The driver started acting strangely and claimed the ride was canceled halfway through. Despite her offering to pay, he forced her out at 3:00 am in a shady area. She believes he may have been under the influence. His name is Jorge from St. Louis, MO, fluent in English and Spanish. I am furious that he put her in danger. I no longer use Uber and will warn others. This driver must be removed before he harms someone else.

I scheduled a cab for a ride today at 11:20 am from my home to Vidyaranyapura in Bengaluru. The cab number is KA36B8315, and the driver's name is Rayana Gowda. Despite being only 5 minutes away, the driver mentioned it would take longer and suggested I cancel. I was then charged for canceling, although the driver never arrived even after 2 hours. I am experiencing difficulty requesting a ride despite having correct and verified information. I have funds on a gift card and my debit card, both added to Uber. On September 21, [redacted], I placed an order through Uber Eats in Mumbai, India. The delivery partner, Mohammad Sajid, accepted Rs [redacted] in cash upon delivery. Despite swiping to confirm the payment, Uber's records incorrectly show no payment received due to the delivery being canceled by Mohammad Sajid.
