I ordered food for a company meeting and specifically requested the tax to be included on the invoice. Unfortunately, the tax wasn't displayed, making it difficult for me to include in the company expenses. Could you please provide me with a copy of the invoice showing the tax? I need assistance regarding an UberOne subscription linked to an account for which I don't remember the email or password. A charge of £5.99 was made on my card. I cannot access the account to cancel the subscription. Kindly remove my card details from all UberEats accounts associated with it. I have no recollection of the email or password used for the UberEats account. I have already checked my accessible UberEats accounts, and none have the active UberOne subscription. While I am not requesting a refund for the current month (although it would be appreciated), I am only seeking the removal of my credit card information and the cancellation of the subscription. I have been waiting for three refunds for over ten days now. I have not received any correspondence regarding the money owed. Uber keeps replying that the refunds were processed, but after checking with my bank, no refunds have shown up in my account. They have suggested reaching out to you again to address this issue. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will have my bank raise a dispute. All the necessary proof is available, but there are no records of any refunds from Uber in my banking statements.

I've had multiple recent issues with Uber Eats deliveries. Drivers lack English skills and struggle to follow instructions about dropping off food at my workplace, contrary to my request to leave it at the security/front desk. I also noticed discrepancies like drivers using different cars from the listed make and model on the app. In a recent incident, a driver delivered my order to the wrong location without any attempt to contact me for clarification. Uber Eats should address these concerns in their hiring procedures. Thank you.

I need to bring to your attention that in 5 out of my last 6 UberEats orders, there have been missing items or completely incorrect items. This issue has become more frequent. I am concerned about the accountability of both the restaurants and the drivers. I recently joined UberOne, but due to the persistent order inaccuracies, I am considering canceling it. How can we ensure better accuracy in orders from the restaurants?

I made a purchase at a fish and chips shop, but my order was canceled 10 minutes later. The shop mentioned your company's drivers were the reason. I was promised a refund, but it has been more than a week, and I have not received it. I have screenshots indicating the lack of refund and the timeline of events. I'm perplexed why the refund is delayed when it was supposedly processed promptly. Please reach out to me to discuss this matter further.

I was unable to accept my food delivery due to the poor condition of the items inside the delivery person's insulated bag. Despite being a frequent customer of this food vendor, the order was a mess, and the driver mentioned the bag was open. I declined the delivery, and the driver said the order would be canceled. I have reached out through the Uber Eats app over an hour ago and have not received a response. At this point, I am requesting a refund or for Uber Eats to arrange for a new order with a different driver. This issue has been ongoing for over 2 hours now. I have surveillance footage of the incident available upon request.

I mistakenly provided the wrong delivery address, causing the order to not be delivered. The driver's call got disconnected, and when I tried to reach out, I received a strange message. I am unsure about the order's current location, but I suspect it might have been returned to the restaurant or somewhere else. I plan to place a new order tomorrow correctly and hope that the $69.00 order can be credited. Thank you, Linda.

Hello, I used the UberEats app to order food and paid with KLARNA. Unfortunately, Klarna canceled my payment without any explanation. To resolve this, I made a new payment using PayPal through the Uber Eats app, which was successfully confirmed. When I contacted Klarna, they mentioned that the invoice is still active. Can you please cancel the invoice on your end? I have already paid for the order and would like to avoid paying twice for the same purchase. Thank you for your assistance. I recently placed an order on Uber Eats at the McDonald's located at 1st & Utica in Tulsa, OK. My order included two caramel frappes with extra caramel, a hamburger and chicken nugget combo with Mexican fries and an additional basket of fries. I also requested various condiments like pepper packets, honey packets, honey mustard packets, salt packets, and ketchup, but I only received a few ketchup packets and some barbecue sauce, along with a couple of hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce packets. The Oreo pies were burnt, and my frappes were missing. The filet of fish with extra tartar sauce seemed to have been prepared plain. The order arrived 30 minutes late, and everything was cold. I tried reaching out for help through the app within the 48-hour window, but I haven't received any assistance yet.

I have attempted to reach out through the support chat without receiving a response. Unable to open another ticket, I am sharing my experience here. The app indicated that the driver, RICO, was in a Toyota car, but he arrived on a motorcycle, making it challenging to spot him. Miscommunication ensued where he confronted me in Spanish regarding the tip left, although I usually tip more in person. He left the delivery outside on the ground and quickly took a photo, disregarding food safety. Upon inspecting my order (50 munchkins and an iced coffee), one box contained only jelly donuts instead of the variety ordered, with the heat causing the glaze to melt and ruin the rest. Despite the coffee being fine, the overall service was disappointing.

Hello there! I hope you are well. I have been using Uber Eats for about a year, but I had a disappointing experience today. While I was at work, I ordered food for myself, but the delivery driver ended up at the wrong location. Despite my efforts to guide her to the correct address, she disregarded my instructions, took a photo at the wrong location, and marked the order as complete. When I reached out to customer support, they were unhelpful and refused to provide a refund. I find it frustrating to be charged for a meal I never received due to the driver's mistake. I ordered breakfast for myself and my kids via the McDonald's UK app this morning, but I didn't receive the complete order. The delivery driver was very unhelpful. Despite calling them 15 times and texting twice just to get my food, each time I called, the call got disconnected. Hello, I'm Felicia Spencer. I am currently at Methodist Hospital Southlake in Merrillville, Indiana. I have been using Uber Eats to place orders. However, I've noticed some unauthorized orders on my account since yesterday. Yesterday, I was charged twice for the same order, and today I have been charged multiple times for different orders. I believe this is unfair, and I would like to resolve this issue and get a refund for the unauthorized charges. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing regarding my recent order #06DAC with The Real Greek. The order was placed on 13/08/[redacted], and I was charged £18.09 on my debit card. Despite this, I never received my order as I was not contacted by the delivery driver. I am puzzled as to why I am not eligible for a full refund, especially since the delivery driver did not ask for the security code necessary for drop-off. Additionally, I was charged a £3.79 delivery fee for a non-delivery to my address. This situation left me without food, as I could not afford to reorder. I am also confused about the delivery fee since I have Uber one, which includes delivery. I am upset and dismayed by the lack of service and the way I have been treated. I request a full refund of £18.09 to be returned to my account. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to escalate this matter further as it may involve fraudulent activity.

I recently returned from the US and unfortunately, I misplaced my phone card there. Additionally, I mistakenly provided the wrong email address. Regrettably, I also forgot to cancel my account subscription, resulting in a monthly deduction of $9.99. I would greatly appreciate assistance in canceling the subscription and if possible, a refund of the $9.99 deducted this month to the initial card. I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent food order experience with your services. Upon receiving my delivery, I discovered that the items were completely different from what I had originally ordered. I contacted Uber Eats and provided photographic evidence of the incorrect items. They offered me a refund of £1.80, which is insufficient considering my order total was £10.26 and the entire order was wrong. Despite reaching out to Uber Eats three times about this issue, I received the same response repeatedly. I am dissatisfied with the customer service provided and expect a full refund for the incorrect order. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it further beyond emails.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Uber Eats regarding being charged multiple times for the same order. On the night of the 19th, I placed an order online, but the food did not arrive at my location. I was refunded the money back to my account. Approximately 30 minutes later, I attempted to reorder the food, but it seems there was a problem with the app. I believe I will be refunded for this second charge as well. However, upon reviewing my account this morning, I noticed that Uber Eats has charged me three times. While I understand that two of those charges will be refunded, I am unsure about the third one. I have been trying to contact the app for assistance, but have not been able to continue or reach anyone. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with this website, and I am in need of help to resolve it and have my money returned. Thank you.

I ordered two Spicy Chicken Sandwich combos from Popeyes. I selected mashed potatoes for one combo and fries for the other.
