I recently ordered food from McDonald's, and unfortunately, the delivery took over an hour and a half. The driver had difficulty locating my job site and when they eventually arrived, there were multiple drivers. When I tried to receive the food, one of the drivers dropped it on the counter and left. My drinks were flat without ice, and my Frozen Frappe was just cold melted coffee. UberEats redirected me to McDonald's for assistance, but I am puzzled as McDonald's prepared everything correctly. Due to the delivery mishap, I received spoiled food, and now I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory service.

I am currently going through the process to become an Uber Eats driver. To complete the necessary background check, I had to provide Checkr with specific documentation, including a driving abstract or Motor Vehicle Record. After obtaining what I believed to be the correct document from the BMV, Checkr informed me that it did not meet their requirements. Despite visiting the BMV in person and obtaining the same record, I still struggled to satisfy Uber and Checkr's criteria. It turns out that Checkr was looking for a document with a date from the last couple of years at the bottom, rather than the standard 36-month driving record. I wish there had been clearer guidelines on their websites to prevent others from going through the same confusion and wasting money on incorrect documents.

I am frustrated with UberEats. I used a coupon code for $5 off my first two orders. After using it once at work, I tried to redeem it at home but UberEats doesn't deliver there. When I tried to use it at work for the second time, I found out the coupon had expired. I wish I had been informed about the expiry date when I signed up. It's unfair that I couldn't use it due to delivery restrictions. I want the $5 promised as I like the app, but I won't order again if I can't redeem the second discount.

I made an order at 6:07pm EST, and the app indicated it was being prepared. The estimated delivery time was initially 6:55pm, but it was later delayed to 7:14pm. However, at 7:40pm, I received a notification that my order was cancelled. When I contacted the restaurant, they mentioned that the order was picked up 20 minutes after placing it, and multiple UberEats drivers had attempted to pick it up since then. This situation is disappointing as it's now 7:53pm, and I still don't have my dinner. Unfortunately, due to being in the ER recently, I cannot drive because of strong medications. Tonight's experience has left me quite upset.

Hello Team, I wanted to express my appreciation for the promotional offers such as HUNGER50 and GRUB50 that you provide. Despite this, I've been experiencing an issue with applying these promotional coupon codes to my orders. Each time I attempt to apply a code, I receive a message stating that my account is not eligible for any promotional coupon codes, and as a result, I am charged the full amount. This isn't the first time I've encountered this problem with my account. Initially, I had trouble logging in with this email ID. After struggling for three months, I managed to reset my password and access my account. However, even after regaining access, I continue to face difficulties using any promotional coupon codes. I would appreciate clarification on why I am receiving emails for offers if my account is not eligible for them. Thank you, Ay

A few nights ago, I placed an order with McDonald's through Uber Eats for a Big Mac meal. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the fries. When I reached out to Uber Eats, they offered me a $1 credit, which doesn't cover the cost of the missing fries. Feeling unsatisfied, I reluctantly decided to give Uber another chance since I had been a loyal customer. During my next order for the same meal with doorstep delivery, I noticed a car in my driveway but the driver requested that I come to the car due to a raccoon near the door. Feeling uneasy about going out to the car at 1 am, I had to wake my dad to retrieve the food as I couldn't risk my order being cancelled without a refund. This experience left me feeling disappointed and vulnerable, adding to my previous frustration regarding the missing item in my order.

I placed an Uber Eats order last night for $40 at McDonald's. I ordered 40 nuggets, 2 10-piece nugget meals, a McChicken, and a chocolate milkshake. Upon delivery, the driver didn't exit the vehicle, just handed me a sealed bag and drove off before I could check the contents. Unfortunately, we didn't get our Dr. Pepper, Coke, or milkshake. There were only 40 nuggets (20 missing), and instead of the McChicken, we received a hamburger. I found the service lacking since the drinks weren't in a separate bag as expected. As I inquired about it, the driver left with at least one McDonald's drink in the cup holder. Please contact me regarding the next steps.

I have encountered difficulties trying to add payments to my account. Every time I attempt to do so, an error message appears regarding my payment. Despite various attempts by friends and family members, including linking to PayPal, I am unable to utilize my gift card due to this ongoing issue. Even linking my Facebook account to Uber did not resolve the problem. It's evident that there is an underlying problem with my account that needs to be addressed. I kindly request a new Uber code for $29.95 to be used on a different account or a resolution to the existing issue with my current account. It has been a week of unsuccessful attempts to rectify this problem, and the responses received so far have not been helpful in resolving the matter.

Hello, sometime before, when I placed an order that was confirmed by the restaurant, your delivery person questioned if they really had to deliver the order. I assured them that I was serious and not joking. However, the delivery person became upset and cancelled the order. I'm puzzled why they have the authority to cancel my order. Is this company policy? It seems unusual that delivery staff can make such decisions. This experience has left me disappointed with your service. I will be more cautious when ordering from you in the future. Thank you.

I used the app to order from Panda Express for myself and my co-workers. I tracked my order through the app, and it showed one minute to delivery. Then, I received a call from a driver named Julio from Uber Eats at [redacted], claiming to have arrived with my food. After waiting for a while, my food didn't show up, and when I tried calling back, it went to voicemail. I waited outside for 25 minutes, only to find out later that my order was canceled. This was my first time using Uber Eats, and it was a terrible experience. I would appreciate a prompt response to my email regarding this issue and how it will be resolved for me and my co-workers.

I'm Jessica and I recently ordered a classic steakburger from IHOP. Unfortunately, my additional fried egg for $1.29 was missing. Surprisingly, the burger meat and bacon looked undercooked. The special instructions were ignored as I asked for extra napkins, 3 honey mustard packs, and 1 BBQ sauce pack, but received just 1 napkin, 2 honey mustard packs, and 3 ketchup packs I never requested. My entire order was incorrect, and I am requesting a refund for it.

I recently joined Uber Eats and completed 6 trips successfully. However, when I attempted my 7th trip, I couldn't go online. A notification appeared saying there were steps to complete, even though I had already started driving. I contacted Uber Eats, but their response didn't resolve the issue. Clicking the notification leads to a loading screen that closes without showing the supposed steps. This has been ongoing for a few days, and it's causing inconvenience. I'm eager to resolve this matter promptly to resume driving for Uber Eats.

Additionally, I paid extra for a large size. Unfortunately, I do not see a resolution for the second incident where I was asked to go outside.

I recently had two negative incidents with my orders within the past week. I usually order from your service weekly and have always had a great experience with my orders. However, my recent order from Chickie and Pete's on Friday night was very disappointing. The wait time was supposed to be one hour, but I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours. Before my food arrived, I received a call from a delivery person asking for my address, only to find out he needed to deliver someone else's food 15 minutes away first. Additionally, my friends left due to the long wait, leaving me to cover the bill. On a previous order from Friday's, I only received my chicken, missing the salad and dessert. The rest of the food was cold and became hard after reheating. I hesitated to complain but felt it was necessary given the amount spent on the order.

I need assistance with my recent Uber Eats order. I placed an order at 3:50 PM from McDonald’s, and when it was delivered around 4:20 PM, all the items were cold. The food's temperature was not right, and when I contacted customer service, I spoke with Rachel, who could not help me or process a refund because the order was only six minutes late. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was connected to Sheila, who repeated the same information. I then spoke with another supervisor named BriX and explained the situation, but received the same response as before. I did not feed the cold food to my kids and am very disappointed with the service I have received. I will be contacting McDonald's about this issue and will be leaving negative reviews.

I encountered a young woman named Elaine at store number [redacted] on North and Wells. Unfortunately, she was rude and impatient. Every order I tried to pass out made her angrier because it wasn't hers. Despite having five orders ahead of hers, she wanted me to skip them. I explained we must go in order of receipt, but she began swearing at me. Her behavior disrupted our business. Elaine was unprofessional, and I detected the smell of alcohol on her breath, suggesting she was intoxicated. I kindly request that more professional individuals, who do not drink on the job, be assigned here. Thank you.

I placed an Uber Eats order, but the driver went to the wrong location. When I tried to provide directions, the driver, Selina, was unhelpful and cancelled my order. Despite her promise to come to my location, she didn't show up, and I never received my food. My account was charged for the order from McDonald's on [redacted] M.L.K Jr Drive SW. I would appreciate a full refund for the inconvenience caused.

Hi, I have had great experiences with UberEATS until recently. On September 6th, [redacted], I ordered a snack from McDonald's (Order #5C3AF) and received the wrong items. The driver's response was unsatisfactory. Then on September 9th, [redacted], I had two consecutive orders missing items. Despite reporting the issues, it took additional time to receive the correct items. I understand occasional mistakes, but three consecutive orders have been disappointing. On Friday, 09/08/18, I faced an issue with my delivery. It was a door-to-door delivery, and the driver refused to come upstairs. Due to restrictions, I couldn't go downstairs to collect it. Eventually, we agreed that I would pick it up as she couldn't find parking. However, when I reached downstairs, she canceled the order, costing me time, food, and money. I am deeply disappointed and request a refund for this order. It's frustrating that I agreed to collect the food but she canceled it once I was downstairs. I seek a refund as I was left without my order and wasted a significant amount of time.

Hi Team, I placed an Uber Eats order on September 7th at Chutneys Shilparamam around 10 am. Unfortunately, the order was not picked up from the restaurant after waiting for over 1.5 hours. Upon contacting support, I was informed that the restaurant had automatically cancelled the order due to some issues. I requested a refund as I had paid through Paytm. Support assured me that the amount would be credited back to my Paytm account within 24 hours. However, I have yet to receive the refund in my Paytm account or Uber credits. I am currently unable to provide more details from my Paytm statement due to access issues. Kindly investigate the transaction and advise on why the refund is still pending.
