Yesterday, I used Uber Eats to order a late lunch from work. During checkout, I was prompted to pay $62.06 for a previous order from February 3rd, which I dismissed, assuming it would be resolved. However, upon checking my account, I noticed that Uber Eats charged me both the $62.06 from February 3rd for Jack in the Box food, which I did not order, and the $18.11 for my recent lunch including the tip. I believe this mix-up happened when my phone was stolen in February. I would like a refund of the $62.06 as I did not order $62 worth of Jack in the Box food. Despite speaking with 2-3 different customer service representatives via chat and phone, I was informed that someone would reach out to assist, but I have not received any follow-up yet.

I encountered an issue with a driver who abruptly cancelled my order. Upon calling, she informed me she was unable to find parking and insisted I retrieve the food myself. With a toddler asleep and a newborn, I explained it was impossible for me to leave the flat. Despite my situation, she insisted I direct her to a parking spot, which I couldn't do as I wasn't driving. Frustratingly, she claimed I hadn't responded to her calls and canceled the order. This false accusation has led me to seek a refund and compensation for her unhelpful conduct. I have been dealing with this issue for a month now. On April 16, [redacted], I made an order, which was canceled by your driver after a 2-hour wait. This resulted in my frustration, and I had not used your service since. I received a voucher from Humana for a meal, which I used on 2.22.22 and was then charged $64.99 right after. When I inquired about this charge, I was informed it was for the order from April 16th. However, I never received the food as the order was canceled. Despite numerous discussions with your representatives, I have yet to receive the refund promised within 3 to 5 days. I possess email correspondences confirming the refund assurance. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action.

This morning, I placed an order for two egg and sausage muffins and a latte. When the delivery driver arrived, my latte spilled all over my order. As a solution, he disposed of it in the bin, canceled my order, and assured me that a new one would be sent. However, after waiting for an hour, no food arrived, so I had to reorder the same items. I wish to request a refund for the original order. I had to spend £22 on the re-order due to the mishap. It's essential for your drivers to be truthful and not mislead customers. My husband ordered food from a local restaurant. When the delivery driver arrived, their companion left the food on our doorstep without a mask and did not match the driver's description. We saw this on our camera, confronted them outside, and asked why the food was left there instead of following instructions. The driver started yelling at my husband, using disrespectful language. I went outside and addressed the situation, showing them that our gate is easy to open. We felt terribly treated by Uber Eats. No one, regardless of their race, has the right to mistreat us or leave our food outside. We will escalate this matter if not resolved. Racism has no place in food delivery. We have the delivery person's photo, name, and order details.

Hello, I have submitted several inquiries regarding my order and have been dissatisfied with the responses, which seem to be standard template replies. I placed an order with McDonald's on Sunday, April 3rd, totaling £26.97. However, none of the 8 items I ordered were delivered. Instead, I only received a Happy Meal with 2 Fish Fingers, which I did not order or consume. I tried to contact the driver, who ignored me, leading me to reach out through the help section. After being informed that I was refunded £16.93, I am now confused about the remaining charge of £10.04. Could you please clarify why I am being charged this amount given that I did not receive any of the items I ordered? It feels like I have been charged for items that were not delivered, akin to theft.

I have experienced extremely poor customer service from Uber Eats once again. Despite multiple promotional emails, I ordered and faced issues with the delivery rider. He did not ring the doorbell or contact me as claimed, delivering my food to a nearby address instead. Even after complaining and presenting evidence, Uber Eats insisted the rider waited for 11 minutes while I was waiting at my door. This caused significant stress as I am unwell and had to go downstairs to look for the rider. Despite my efforts, Uber Eats disregarded my messages, chats, and emails. I urge them to review my receipt as the delivery was made to the wrong address. The situation is distressing, especially as a woman waiting alone for a delivery that never arrived at my location.

I placed an order for food on Saturday, the 2nd of April. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes for delivery, only to receive our food completely cold. As a parent with two hungry boys, I couldn't feed them cold food that I paid £22 for. I believe no one would accept paying that amount for cold food, especially when expecting it to be hot upon delivery. Despite the restaurant's close proximity of less than 10 minutes away, we still faced this issue. It seems our order had been ready and sitting on the counter for at least 30 minutes before it reached us. Typically, I wouldn't complain, but this situation was unfair, considering how my hungry children had to wait. I've never had issues with UberEats before, aside from one incorrect delivery, which I overlooked. However, paying for stone-cold food is unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience with a restaurant order I placed on Sunday. The delivery driver took an excessive amount of time and the food arrived inedible. Uber Eats customer service was unhelpful, providing repetitive responses. Now, despite my efforts, I am being denied a refund due to it being over 48 hours since the incident. I am extremely frustrated and will continue to pursue this matter until I receive my refund. This experience has been disappointing, and I do not plan on using this service again.

Hello, I placed an order last Friday night that was delayed by 1 hour. I provided the delivery person with the specific address through the chat to avoid any issues. After confirming that she got the address, she later claimed she couldn't locate it when the delivery should have been arriving. I reiterated the complete address, and she thanked me, but after almost another hour of waiting, she called me to say that Uber had sent her to a different number and that she was there instead. Additionally, the order arrived cold, almost frozen, and barely edible. On top of all this, I have been trying to report the issue since Friday night, but the website has been giving me problems and showing as unavailable. I hope for a resolution to this poor handling. I placed an order for a meal and noticed that there was no tip option shown on the screen, only the food cost. When I completed the order, Uber did not add the additional charges to my $28.00 food order. After delivery, I ate and went to sleep. Three hours later, I received two updates showing that I was charged $38.00 for the order and an unauthorized $7.23 tip was added. I never authorize $7.00 tips and at the time of checkout, there was no tip option available. I am considering disputing the charge with Chase bank as this is fraudulent activity. I am disappointed with this experience and will be returning to using DOORDASH instead of Uber Eats. I have removed my credit cards from Uber Eats and request that my account be closed and the unauthorized $7.23 tip refunded to my credit card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently had an order cancellation for a 1L connoisseur Ice Cream from IGA Supa (Stratton) which included delivery fees amounting to $15.19 (AUD). I placed an order with Subway located just 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, the driver accepted my order, made multiple deliveries before bringing my cold food. Despite trying to communicate through chat, the driver didn't respond. When he finally arrived and knocked on my door (despite my note to not knock), I asked about the delay, and he rudely mentioned having other tasks to complete. Even after expressing my desire to receive my order, he walked off with my paid food. I refrained from confrontation and chose to report the incident to Uber Eats. I want to ensure this issue is addressed promptly. The driver falsely claimed to have attempted to contact me and took off without delivering my food. I placed my first grocery order #CA-[redacted][redacted] at Walmart using the Uber Eats app on April 7, [redacted]. The order arrived on time, but there were some mistakes. I had ordered 4 bunches of parsley and 2 bunches of cilantro, but I received 6 bunches of cilantro instead. I requested 6 russet potatoes, but Lyne, who picked up my order, messaged me that there was no 10 lbs bag of potatoes. I only wanted 6 potatoes, and I replied to skip the substitution, but it seems she didn't get my message. Additionally, I asked for 2 sweet potatoes, but received two large bags totaling 12.8 kg of sweet potatoes for $11.70. This is too much for one person. It would be more appropriate to replace russet potatoes with potatoes in the same family group. I'm unsure of what happened, but I would appreciate your assistance in correcting these errors.

I placed an order tonight through Uber Eats at 7:54 pm. The receipt shows that my meal was ready by 8:05 pm, with a latest delivery estimate of around 8:40 pm. Delays can be expected, but tonight the delay was excessive. I received my food well after 10 pm, over 2 hours after it was prepared. By the time it arrived, the food was ice cold and barely edible, especially the cream-based sauce on the pasta.
I understand delays occur, but in this case, it completely ruined the order I paid for. I would like to kindly request a refund. I can provide the receipt upon request.

I received a refund for a missing item previously, but I encountered further issues with my order and did not receive adequate assistance. I am disappointed in Uber Eats for the lack of customer support and proper resolution of problems. The missing and cold food, combined with the unsatisfactory handling of the situation, has left me highly dissatisfied. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty as a valued customer. I will not be recommending Uber Eats for customer service or satisfaction concerns. On a positive note, my Uber Eats driver was exceptional and provided great service unlike those handling order issues. Kudos to the driver for the excellent effort.

I received my order with more than half of it missing. Specifically, the full chick nuggets meal, all 3 bags of carrot sticks, and a creme egg McFlurry were not included. This was disappointing, especially since the missing food upset my 3-year-old niece. I am requesting a refund for the items that were not delivered. I used the UberEats app to place the order and attempted to reach out for help by using the help button on the app. I provided pictures as evidence, but I only received an automated response stating that the order does not qualify for a refund.
