I recently placed a priority order and observed the driver, Dan, in a Volkswagon Golf with license plate HG57 VTE, making an additional stop at McDonald's to pick up and drop off another order before delivering mine. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold and unappetizing. Despite paying extra for priority service, it seems like my order was not given the attention it deserved. I spent over £30 on a meal from Banbury KFC, and I expected a better experience than what I received.

I placed an order at Wingos Maidstone, and initially, it was accepted and being prepared. However, within 2 minutes, it got cancelled. I attempted to reorder, but the same cancellation occurred. Following a call to the restaurant, I was informed it was because my order was below the £25 delivery minimum to my address at ME5 8JD from Maidstone. I assumed I hadn't been charged, but upon checking my bank statement, I was indeed charged. Additionally, there was no mention of a £25 minimum delivery to my address on Uber Eats.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by UberEats. I used a promo code for £15 off my first order, but my order was delivered to the wrong address, and I was charged for something I didn't receive. I urgently need to know why this happened, when I will be refunded, and how this will be resolved. The Uber driver contacted me and informed me that they only had boneless wings, not traditional wings, for my order. I agreed to cancel the order, but he was unsure how to do so. Consequently, my card was charged, and I am unable to cancel it. I am requesting a refund for my Buffalo Wild Wings order, which has been reassigned to three different drivers. I ordered food and unknowingly paid through PayPal. Upon delivery, I handed the delivery person 13.50€ without realizing I already paid online. Later, I received an email confirmation of my PayPal payment. I contacted the delivery person, who mistook my cash as a tip. Despite agreeing to return the money, he never did. I feel disappointed and frustrated as a student with limited funds, having unwittingly paid extra for the meal. This isn't the first issue I've had with Uber Eats deliveries. My recent experience left me paying 28€ for donuts for a friend's birthday, which is upsetting considering the circumstances.

On December 3, [redacted], I placed an order through the UBER app on my phone, where I registered with my work address. As a public servant, my colleagues and I frequently use the app. On Friday the 3rd, I ordered food from home. When they told me my location was far from the restaurant, I canceled the order in just five seconds. The restaurant barely had time to see it. A few days later, I noticed a charge of 13.9 euros on my account. I contacted UBER support, and they claimed it was not a charge but a hold that would disappear from my account. My bank confirmed it was indeed a charge. Upon reaching out to UBER support again, they mentioned the restaurant had started preparing the order (IN FIVE SECONDS!!!!!!) and refused to refund me. I feel cheated. Please review my case as I am considering taking legal action and informing all my contacts about this mistreatment to prevent others from experiencing the same abuse. This is completely unfair.

I ordered Mexican food through Uber Eats from Viva Latino in Cardiff, CF11 9AH. The food arrived late, appeared old and reheated, and was cold to the point of being inedible. When we contacted Viva Latino, a staff member offered more food, but we declined and asked for a refund. They mentioned cancelling the order for a refund, but we were unsure as the food had already been delivered. Uber Eats claims the issue is resolved, but it's not. I am experiencing an issue with my Uber Eats order that was picked up by a driver named Nasereddin Ramadan. Despite the app and the fish shop showing that the order was delivered, it was not. When contacting the shop, they advised me to reach out to Uber since delivery was completed from their end. Unfortunately, attempts to contact Uber have been unsuccessful. Clicking the "speak to driver" link in the app resulted in a call from an unfamiliar number. The driver, who had very limited English proficiency, repeatedly requested my bank account details instead of addressing the missing delivery. I tried to inquire about the food's whereabouts, but he insisted on getting my banking information.

I ordered the Chick-n Tater Melt Munchies meal from Jack in the Box through the app. The meal is supposed to include the sandwich, two tacos, halfsies fries, and a drink. My entire bag of food toppled over in the wind, resulting in the large iced coffee spilling all over the contents, rendering everything soggy with coffee and inedible. Rather than requesting a refund, I wished to reach out to Uber to arrange for another driver to deliver new food since I need to leave for work shortly. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to speak with a customer service representative over the phone. Simply answering issues through questions or emails won't satisfy your customers. This is my second try to solve this issue. I can't place an order on the laptop app since it shows my location as Kings Cross, London. I actually reside in Glasgow. My account information shows Glasgow as my location. When using the phone app, it correctly identifies me in Glasgow. How can I change my current location from Kings Cross to Glasgow? Please refrain from sending general restaurant location information. I really need Kings Cross removed and Glasgow restored. Thank you.

On 6/15/[redacted], unauthorized charges appeared on my Uber Eats account that were not made by me. They were for deliveries to New Jersey, while I live in Alabama. I recently received my order from one of your couriers in poor condition. The package was mishandled, resulting in spilled coffee that weakened the bag, causing all items to fall out. On Thursday, December [redacted], I made a purchase on the Uber Eats app for Little Caesars around 7:20 pm. Unfortunately, I encountered several problems with my order. Firstly, it took more than 2 hours for the delivery to arrive. When my order finally came, the food was cold, the pizza was uncut, the crust was undercooked, the appearance was messy, and to top it off, I found a hairball under one of the pizzas. I spent approximately $57 on this disappointing order that ended up in the trash. Little Caesars directed me to contact Uber regarding the issue.
