On November 23rd, I tried to order from McDonald's on Uber Eats. After clicking "order," a loading screen appeared for 30 minutes. I closed the tab and reopened the app, but there was no order confirmation. Despite waiting for an hour and a half with no delivery, I purchased the food myself. Upon returning home, I discovered Uber Eats had charged my account without authorization. Even though there is no record of the order in the app, I contacted Uber Eats. Shakir Rasheed initially claimed they did not take the money, suggesting another party did. Then Ahmed Y stated Uber Eats was responsible but refused a refund without an explanation. After investigating, I found an extra charge of £10 without reason. I seek clarification on the unauthorized charge, refund denial, conflicting messages, and I request a full refund of the incorrect amount debited from my account.

I reside in Colorado Springs, and my father lives in Kansas City. In December [redacted], I purchased a $[redacted].00 UberEats gift card for my dad, who is 87 years old. While I believe I received an order confirmation number that I cannot find, I was informed that my dad would receive a gift card email with all the necessary details (and possibly a physical card) to make orders. However, he has not used the gift card all year. He is unsure if he received the card, and we are unable to locate the email containing the vital information for placing orders. I made the gift card purchase and would like to speak with a customer service representative to retrieve the gift card account information/transaction details or be guided on how to achieve this online. We are at a loss regarding where to seek assistance, who to contact, or what steps to take to obtain or review the initial gift card information for him to begin placing orders. I placed over 20 Uber Eats orders in October and November, but my Direct Express card flagged them as potential fraud, causing the transactions to be denied and canceled. Strangely, all of these transactions went through once my card was cleared, resulting in multiple charges. Direct Express claims Uber has the funds and is responsible for the issue, but I need a detailed list of all transactions on my card to sort this out. I have incurred significant losses, and any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I added 2 Uber gift cards of $50 each to my payment method on Uber Eats to order food for my family. However, when I reach the final page to complete the order, it shows that I have $[redacted] in Uber Cash, but the system is not allowing me to proceed with my $28.48 Breka Bakery order. This is concerning because I am unable to finalize the purchase and get a confirmation with an estimated delivery time. As my family is facing financial difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic, I rely on these Uber gift cards to provide meals. Despite having the gift cards in hand, the system is not letting me place the order. I urgently need assistance as my family is struggling to afford food, especially during these challenging times.

I ordered at 10:05 pm on 11/28/21. The delivery was supposed to be at 10:31 pm. The order was ready at 10:25 pm. However, there were continuous delays. One driver canceled, and another took the order. The food arrived at around 11:30 pm, and it was very cold and inedible. I tried to reach out to the support team through the app at 11:30 pm on 11/28/21, but have not received any response as of now (2:45 pm on 11/29/21). I am frustrated with the cold food and lack of communication. I need this matter to be addressed promptly.

My order was scheduled for 6:00 PM, at 5:57 it said one minute away. I left my house to wait for it, but then it didn't move forward from being 3 blocks away. I called at 5:59 and when there was no answer, I contacted customer service. When it didn't arrive after 5 minutes, I called and was told to wait a little longer. Eventually, the customer service representative hung up and I couldn't reach them again. Since my order never arrived and was just 5 blocks away according to the tracking address which it never reached, I tried to contact the delivery person at 5:59. It never came close to my address. If they check the GPS, they can see I was outside the house door waiting. Please provide me with a response.

I couldn't find a way to report a bad restaurant entry, so I'll try here. In Gatineau, we had Hanleys Nashville Hot Chicken, but for the past few months, we can't place orders because the website shows they open at 3 am on Sunday night. It seems like they may be out of business and haven't updated their page. If it's still operational and just an error on the website, can someone please verify with them or remove it? Thanks!

I placed an order with The Licking at 9:40 pm on 11/30 for $28.34. The status went from waiting to order received and food being prepared. However, when I checked the Uber Eats app at 10:20 pm, my order had disappeared. I contacted The Licking, but they claimed they never received my order and mentioned that they close Uber Eats at 10 pm. Despite explaining that my order was already in process, they insisted it wasn't from their store and abruptly ended the call. The $28.34 was deducted from my bank account, but I never received the food. I need assistance with this issue.

I recently placed an order for $77.89 at Indian Sweets Master through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the delivery driver only brought half of my order, leaving the rest missing. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed that they gave the complete order to the driver. Trying to reach Uber Eats customer service has been challenging, and I have pictures of the incomplete delivery that the driver took at my doorstep. Email communication with Uber Eats has also been ineffective. I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received and the Uber Eats delivery process.

The delivery took much longer than expected, leading me to attempt to cancel and order from a different restaurant. Despite my attempts to contact them, I couldn't get through, so I ended up ordering from somewhere else. The new order arrived nearly 2 hours after the initial one. As I was eating the replacement order, the original one was delivered simultaneously. Unfortunately, it had gone cold and soggy by then. I feel disappointed that about £27 was wasted because of the restaurant's delay and lack of response to my calls. I am requesting a refund for the original order due to the poor service and quality provided.

I ordered food from Wendy's through Uber Eats. The driver mentioned she would keep the food instead of delivering it. When I asked why she didn't drop it at my location nearby, as she was already in the vicinity, she replied that it was my issue for not being able to pick up the food. Being on a fixed income, having my food taken like that is a significant problem. She claimed she was doing me a favor by delivering despite the inconvenience.

Hello, I recently placed an order using the McDelivery app. Unfortunately, my first order was canceled, so I tried again. They charged me, but I never received the food. This has happened before, on November 1st, and it was even more concerning as a driver showed up at my house, stared at me, and left without delivering the food. I recently placed two orders through the McDelivery app. The first order was cancelled, and I received a prompt refund. However, the second order was paid for but not delivered or refunded. This has happened before, with a similar situation on November 1st. During the prior incident, the first order was cancelled, and upon delivery of the second order, the driver abruptly left without providing the food or a refund. I want to avoid losing money again. Could you please advise on how I can get a refund for the undelivered order?

Hello, I placed an order on the MyMacdonalds app, and they advised me to reach out to UberEats customer service. My order was incomplete and incorrect. Instead of receiving the items I requested, I got two cokes and a sausage McMuffin, along with other incorrect items. I originally ordered a Sprite and an Oasis at 6:51 PM, not breakfast items. Furthermore, I ordered additional items that were missing in the delivery, yet I was still charged £31.49. The order arrived over an hour late. Can we possibly reach a resolution, such as a refund? Whenever I order from Uber Eats, the amount is charged to my credit card immediately. Upon checking my bill, it shows as "en attente." However, the next day, when I log into my Uber Eats account, it prompts me to pay for the last order again. When I proceed with the payment, the amount is charged to my credit card once more. This has become a recurring issue lately with almost every order, requiring me to check daily for the removal of the charge from my credit card. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution. Hello, I used the myMacdonalds app to place an order, but I encountered some issues. Only a portion of my order was delivered, and the items received were incorrect. I ordered a pizza with 5+ toppings and paid for extra toppings. However, my pizza only came with the 2 extra toppings I paid for. I ordered a large pizza, but the restaurant will only offer a free pizza if I go to the store to complain. I don't have a car to get there. I am disappointed and would like a refund instead. This issue was not caused by my Uber driver, who was excellent; it was an error on the restaurant's part. I spoke to Eric at the Mario's on New Garden in Greensboro.

I recently placed an order at a local restaurant an hour ago. After the restaurant accepted the order, it closed shortly thereafter. I need to get a refund for the order that I was charged for, even though it wasn't fulfilled. The app didn't display the closing time until it was too late, and I couldn't find a way to contact customer support directly through the app. After trying to call, I was informed that customers with active orders were being prioritized. I eventually found an email option through a third-party website, but I would appreciate a refund as soon as possible. It would have been better if the app had apologized for any inconvenience or provided clear instructions for reaching customer support.

I am very disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order. The app displayed a delivery time of five to twenty-five minutes, but it actually took one hour and fifty minutes for just one pizza delivery. Additionally, the chips I ordered were ice-cold and had to be thrown away. I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The £3 delivery refund offered is insufficient. I am requesting a full refund as I placed the order late at night relying on the promised quicker delivery time. It was frustrating to have to stay awake until after 2 am for the delivery.

I was assured a refund for my last order on November 25, [redacted], due to receiving inedible food from the East India Company. Despite the restaurant manager's guarantee of a full refund, Uber Eats has failed to process it after multiple attempts to follow up. I am deeply frustrated by this issue and expect the refund to be provided promptly as agreed upon.
