This morning, at approximately 10:07 a.m., I placed an order for McDonald’s breakfast through the Uber Eats app. I ordered the following items: 1 pancake with syrup, 1 bacon flatbread, 1 orange juice, 2 Egg McMuffin meals with double sausage, each with 1 hash brown and large Coke, as well as 4 additional hash browns. After completing the checkout process and paying for my order, I decided to track the delivery. Despite being aware of Uber Eats being busier than usual, I expected the food to arrive within the specified timeframe. However, after reaching the second tracking stage with an estimated arrival time of 11:00 a.m. (or latest by 11:50 a.m.), the tracker disappeared. Upon checking the app again, I noticed McDonald’s was unavailable and deliveries were scheduled to start at 10:55 a.m., conflicting with my order time. My order did not appear in the past orders list, leaving me unable to seek help through the app. Subsequently, I checked my bank account, where the payment for the order is pending. As McDonald’s is now only serving lunch and dinner, I am unable to reorder the breakfast items. I am eager for a prompt refund; otherwise, I may have to consider deleting my account due to this frustrating experience.

Hi, I would like to file a complaint about my Uber Eats driver. I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut using the Uber Eats app and paid with a gift card voucher. However, I mistakenly gave the driver cash totaling [redacted] rand for my [redacted] rand order and a 60 rand tip. After realizing my error, I contacted the driver, Daroi at [redacted], but he has yet to return the excess money. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. On July 30th, I noticed unauthorized food orders charged to my credit card through Uber Eats in Toronto, although I reside in Wasaga Beach. I request a refund of $96.81 from Uber Eats Toronto for the transaction with the credit card ending in [redacted], Postal Code L9Z 0H5. I'm placing another order for my breakfast at the 50's diner through Uber Eats. This morning, I didn't receive my previous order of Sinatra's breakfast. About an hour ago, the driver, named C, sent me a picture of where he left the food, but it was not my house in the photo, as my house has a white railing, not a black one. The driver was rude and argumentative, insisting he left it at my place and wouldn't return it, blaming a possible theft from my front door. I have back problems and have used your service in the past. This behavior was unacceptable. Upon reordering, my previous orders showed as completed. I am requesting a refund and am disappointed with the driver's handling of this situation.

I placed an order on UberEats and unfortunately, I did not receive the items I paid for. The order was delivered with items missing and the total price was higher. I have been unable to locate a contact number for the store to address this issue directly due to the late hour. My father, who was eagerly awaiting the meal, had to make do with what was delivered. I have previously ordered from this establishment without any problems, but this experience was disappointing. I am not angry, but I would like a refund since I did not receive the correct order. I have attached screenshots of what was delivered and the receipt for reference. The order was for twenty wings, two sides of fries, and mozzarella sticks, none of which were included in the delivery. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.

We placed our food order at midnight. We tried calling the restaurant six times, each time being told it was almost ready with the driver. When we called the last time to say we hadn't gotten our food, they claimed it was delivered to a woman at reception despite us providing a room number. However, only a man was at reception and confirmed no one had delivered any food. After being on hold for 5 minutes listening to them dealing with other customers, they eventually hung up on us. We tried calling back but received no answer. It's now 3 am, and we are unable to reach them. We've spent a lot of money on this order and have received nothing in return.

I placed an order with Uber Eats through the app. Everything seemed fine until I received a notification that my order was canceled. The restaurant explained they had to close early due to staff shortage. I was assured a refund, but it has been over 30 minutes and I have not received it. Additionally, my $25 coupon was not reinstated. I really need the refund promptly so I can order from another restaurant as I'm currently short on funds for dinner for my family. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding an order I placed on the 20th of July that has not been delivered. I have informed the restaurant and Customer Service via the in-app chat about this issue. I requested a refund of 17 euros, but I have not received it yet. Can you please provide me with an update on the reimbursement process? According to the customer service representative on the chat, I was supposed to receive the refund within 3-10 working days (conversation in Portuguese). I am having trouble with my Uber account. I signed up, submitted all required documents, and they were approved. However, my account was suspended for "fraud" because some documents supposedly do not match my name. All my documents have my name on them. I am frustrated that I can only communicate with unhelpful bots. I am seeking a French phone number where I can speak with a human who can address my specific issue. The bots do not specify which document is the problem, and my requests for assistance have not been fruitful. I want to work for Uber, but I need real help to resolve this issue promptly.

After work last night, I ordered McDonald’s. Regrettably, the delivery person left it at the wrong doorstep despite my instructions to leave it at mine. I tried to reach out, but he didn’t respond, and his phone was unreachable. When he finally sent a photo of the food, it was clear it wasn’t at my place. I worry about the people at that mistakenly delivered address and the confusion it may cause. I seek a refund since I never received the food and the lack of communication from the driver, despite my multiple attempts to contact him. It's frustrating to encounter such issues with your delivery drivers, especially when my address was correctly shown on the tracking. If this isn't resolved with a refund or compensation, I will have to discontinue using your services and opt for other platforms instead. I await a response.

I am requesting a refund for my order. It arrived missing half of the ingredients, making it very dry and difficult to eat. I attempted to address this through the app, but was informed that my order was considered custom since I did not provide specific instructions. Simply choosing a salad dressing from a list of only 2 options should not constitute a customized order. The quality of the food was unacceptable. After contacting Applebee's, they mentioned that they were willing to refund me, but cannot do so due to a third party involvement, which is UberEATS. I am urgently requesting a refund for the order. I received an email about a promotion for a 50% discount. After applying the code and seeing the discount on my order total, I updated my payment method. However, once I placed the order, the price doubled, and the discount was not applied. The restaurant informed me they couldn't issue a refund, only Uber Eats could. I initially paid a little over £17 for one pizza with the promotion, but I was ultimately charged £30. I am extremely upset about this and will not be using this app again unless I receive a refund.

I keep receiving promo codes from Uber, such as FOODLOVEX74 on the 5th, with a reminder to use them followed by another one, LETSEATISU for 20% off. However, when I attempt to use them, they appear greyed out and are labeled as "unavailable" or already used, even though I have not used them. This has occurred before and is frustrating. I urgently need this matter resolved as we are hungry and want to order using the promo codes. Just to note, this is a recurring issue.

I have made several orders from your company and I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of your app. I am starting to question the integrity of your business and how many customers have been affected by it. A few months ago, we received the wrong food, and even after being instructed by McDonald's to seek a refund from you, the issue was never resolved. Just tonight, I placed an order, and as time passed, it was evident that our food was not being prepared. After contacting McDonald's, we discovered that the order had not even reached their system. We waited for nearly two hours with no update. We, as a family, have decided to stop ordering from your company. We request a full refund for this evening's order promptly. I have screenshots of the receipts available if necessary. The refund process is inefficient, and I hope you address this problem to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

Hello, I am requesting a refund or the funds credited back to my account for the promo code I received from your company on May 29, [redacted] at 12:10 pm via email from Uber Eats ([redacted]) to [redacted] The problem occurred when I placed an order at McDonald’s ([redacted] South Ave.) through Uber Eats on July 30, [redacted] at 6:35 am. I ordered from Braintree's McDonald's tonight at 9:15 PM, and a driver named Patryk Krzysztof in an Audi A3 YD09UKA accepted the order. The delivery was initially set for 9:50 PM, and the map showed the driver at McDonald's. However, the delivery got delayed multiple times, with the latest time being 10:25 PM. Despite this, over an hour after ordering, the driver and my food never arrived. When I contacted the driver and received no response, McDonald's called at 10:30 PM to inform me that the driver couldn't deliver my order. This long delay left me frustrated as I could have ordered from another company. I am unable to cancel the order on the app since it still shows the driver collecting it. I am disappointed as I was counting on this meal and am now both hungry and out of pocket. Please refund my money as soon as possible. This experience has left me questioning whether I will use your services again.

I recently ordered a meal on Uber Eats from a restaurant I frequent. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste right, and I've never had issues with quality before. The fried chicken and gravy I ordered tasted off, like the food had been sitting out. I reached out to Uber Eats right away to complain. After eating the meal, I got sick and still feel unwell.
