Package tracking number #[redacted][redacted]55.
After the carrier claimed no access to the delivery location due to obstacles, we found everything clear around the house.
Despite the second notice indicating no one was available to receive the package, no slip was left on the door or in the mailbox. The carrier ignored our attempts to flag him down.
On February 19th, the package should have been ready for pickup at the post office, but when visited in person, an employee could not locate it.
The missing package is an $[redacted] Invicta Sea Dragon Divers watch addressed to Michael H. at [redacted] Armstrong Ave., Kansas City, KS [redacted]. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

While at work, I missed a package delivery and my neighbor was unable to sign for it. Unfortunately, there was no slip left for me to pick it up at the Post Office. The package was international, and I don't have a tracking number, just the order number. I've tried contacting the company I ordered from with no luck. The local Post Office doesn't have the package either. I'm unsure of the mailman's next steps — whether he will redeliver, return it to the sender, or send it elsewhere. This is frustrating as it was a costly purchase. Any insight would be appreciated.

I dropped off a local parcel to be sent by USPS at [redacted] Princeton Lakes Way, Atlanta, GA [redacted]. Since the parcel didn't fit in the outbox, I handed it directly to the courier. However, I didn't witness him scanning the parcel or placing it in his bin. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday at 1:00 PM. I activated the tracking feature on eBay. Today is Thursday, but I can't locate any information regarding my package on eBay or the USPS tracking website. The delivery should have been completed by now since it's for a local address. I'd appreciate your help in updating the tracking details and confirming the delivery date for my parcel.

I've been waiting for my package since December 19th. I received it from overseas on February 10th. The package was sent to the post office at 51st and Sansom on February 12th, supposed to be sent to my address in Georgia. However, I never received it. When I inquired about the package, I was informed it was returned to the sender. I never got a notification or note stating it was undeliverable. I live at [redacted] Kirkland in Covington, Georgia, in apartment [redacted], [redacted]. Today is February 21st, and I am still without my package. I've been on the phone for the past three days, waiting for a call back, but no one has contacted me yet. If the package is being sent back to [redacted] South 51st Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, [redacted], and is delayed, I kindly request that the delivery person knocks and gets a signature for confirmation. I want to be informed of the delivery date. Thank you in advance.

My mother is 86 years old and legally blind. She resides in a gated community where the mail is centrally located. Unfortunately, she is unable to walk to this location. I am seeking to have her mail delivered directly to her door. Despite my efforts, I am encountering difficulties reaching the correct individual to address this issue. You may contact me at [redacted]. My name is Elizabeth Withrow, and my mother's address is 85 Pond Run Circle, Hamilton, OH [redacted]. I hold USPS in high regard, recognizing its historical significance in nation-building and self-sustainability without taxpayer funds. As an accountant, I understand the unique challenges USPS faces with pension accounting as mandated in [redacted] and [redacted]. It is crucial to me that the postal service is accurately represented and valued for its constitutional guarantee. I am hopeful for your assistance in this matter. Thank you, Elizabeth Withrow.

I sent a flat rate Priority envelope to my son on February 12, [redacted], destined for Colorado Springs, CO. Although it was supposed to arrive on February 16th, it was delayed in Jacksonville, FL, until the scheduled delivery day. Since then, it has been in transit. I am frustrated because I can't talk to anyone on the phone due to the long wait time exceeding an hour. This has happened to me three times in the past year. I have spent a significant amount of money mailing packages via Priority with the USPS, and this has never been an issue until I moved to Florida. As a result, I have lost faith in the Postal Service and plan to switch to the UPS store for future mailings. My contact number is [redacted], email is [redacted], and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]41. I doubt I will hear back promptly given the long wait times. Thank you to anyone reading this.

My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]10.
The post office attempted to deliver my package on Monday, the 18th, but as it was a holiday, the business was closed. The website indicated it would arrive the next day, which didn't happen. After numerous calls and attempts to schedule a re-delivery, I was directed to the wrong post office. Upon finally locating the correct office, I was informed my package was not there. Despite the tracking showing "out for delivery" since Tuesday, there has been no successful delivery or information on its whereabouts. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Customer service has been unhelpful and inefficient, with long wait times and no resolution. I urge for prompt assistance.

I sent a birthday card in its own envelope. The card was meant for someone else, so I put it in a larger manila envelope and mailed it first class from [redacted] to [redacted]. Unfortunately, the outer envelope I used was torn open by hand during transit. It had "NO CONTENT" printed on it and was enclosed in a clear plastic bag by USPS with an apology. The inner envelope, which was sealed and had a return address, has not been returned. I am puzzled by the lack of information on where the empty envelope was found. I can share pictures if needed. Could someone explain the path this mail took from [redacted] to [redacted]?

Happy Valentine’s Day! Four weeks ago, I noticed a note at our Stallion Mountain Community mailboxes regarding the broken pick-up mail issue at Winterwood Post Office located at [redacted] Vegas Valley Drive. Despite reaching out to USPS via email two weeks ago about the repair timeline, I have not received a response yet. Today, I inquired with the postman at the office for information. Unfortunately, he mentioned they had no details on the repair timeframe or whom to contact for updates. This situation is quite concerning, especially with the crucial mail awaiting collection for both our community members and others at the post office. My partner, who deals with various medical conditions and relies on mail for medications, has faced challenges due to this issue. Despite requesting to either install a new mailbox or fix the existing one, the postman's response was disheartening. In my long career in the service industry, I've encountered various situations but have always chosen to handle them professionally. This incident, however, has left me feeling frustrated. Sincerely, JMS.

I sent a package to my son studying in the USA, but when he received it, all the items were torn open. I understand that you have the right to open the package, but it's essential to seal it back properly. I would like you to review the pictures. Thank you for making both my day and my son's day miserable today (25th February [redacted]). When my son heard that a package had arrived from Malaysia, he was thrilled until he saw the damage done to it. I am demanding an explanation and compensation for this matter. I am also forwarding this complaint to the Malaysian embassy in the US and the US embassy in Malaysia to inform them about how Malaysian people are treated in the USA. Just because the package came from a developing country, it doesn't excuse such mistreatment. The entire roll of paper I sent to my son is unusable as it is sticky and dirty. It is clear that the United States Postal Service lacks professionalism in their handling. Disgusted customer - MARY MATHEWS

My name is Rebecca Renee Marcus, and I reside at [redacted] N. Woolsey Ave, Portland, Oregon, [redacted]. I want to clarify that Rebecca Renee Marcus is my legal name, and I wish to only receive mail addressed to this name. I have been receiving mail with variations of my name, such as Rebecca Marcus or Rebecca R. Marcus, which is causing confusion. I am reaching out to the United States Postal Service, specifically the Post Master, to request assistance in notifying companies, businesses, and advertisers that the only acceptable name for mail delivery to my address is Rebecca Renee Marcus. It's important to me that all mail, including newspapers and advertisements, is addressed correctly. I appreciate your help in ensuring this is addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have encountered a rather uncommon and frustrating scenario with the United States Postal Service over the last three months. In June [redacted], I relocated from [redacted] Abbey Lane, Idabel, OK [redacted] to [redacted] Anthony Lane, Madill, OK [redacted]. During the move, I submitted a forwarding address form which was successful.
In December [redacted], I returned to my original address at [redacted] Abbey Lane, Idabel, OK [redacted]. Despite the initial mail forwarding service having expired, we are not receiving mail at our current Idabel address. Our mail is being sent back to the sender. I suspect there may be a system glitch due to the previous forwarding request still being on record. Despite multiple meetings with local postal staff and the postmaster, efforts to rectify the issue have been unsuccessful. It is imperative that this matter be resolved promptly. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Eric B.

The postal carrier servicing the area around [redacted] Almond St, Thompson St, and Miller St in the [redacted] zip code has been causing issues with late and incorrect mail delivery for years. The inconsistent delivery times past 4 pm, misdelivered mail, and lack of accountability are frustrating for residents. It seems unfair that a substitute carrier, Kathy, was able to deliver promptly by 1 pm while the regular carrier consistently underperforms. The situation raises concerns about possible favoritism or lack of appropriate management intervention. Residents like the elderly woman at [redacted] Miller St are suffering from the carrier's unreliable schedule, making it impossible to address delivery problems. The behavior of this carrier reflects poorly on dedicated government workers and highlights the need for effective oversight and corrective action within the postal system. Thank you for bringing attention to these ongoing issues that require resolution through proper channels.

I encountered repeated issues with the local postal service I used, specifically with the temporary delivery driver mishandling my mail. They left a large box out in the rain on my porch multiple times, when it could have been placed in my carport nearby. When I visited the local post office in Inola, Oklahoma [redacted], the postmaster was unavailable, and a clerk named Dalton refused to record my feedback. Despite providing my address, Dalton simply informed me that the regular driver was back. I requested for better handling of my deliveries during bad weather, but was met with a dismissive response suggesting I pick up packages in person during inconvenient hours. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is disheartening. How can the postal service address and rectify such behavior from its employees?

I arranged for my granddaughter's birthday gift to arrive on her party day. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, but the tracking shows it's been stuck at the post office in her town since the day before the party. It's Wednesday now, and she hasn't received it. I'm disappointed in the delayed service as I paid for priority mail. I want her package to be delivered promptly and demand an apology from the carrier. I doubt an apology will come, but I need the package delivered. Also, I request a refund for the service not meeting expectations. Tracking number: 9[redacted] 1[redacted] [redacted] 11.

Hello Team,
I recently returned two products I purchased from "ASOS" and requested USPS pickup from my home. USPS picked up the package on Jan 31, [redacted], at 2:55 PM, and I received an auto-reply email from USPS with the order details and Confirmation Number: WEC[redacted]60.
It has been a month since I returned the products, but I have not received a refund from ASOS. ASOS support team requested a tracking code to locate the package. When I visited a nearby USPS store to request tracking codes using the confirmation number, they could not provide any information.
As I did not receive a receipt when the USPS collected my packages, I am unable to find a solution on my own. I have the confirmation number from USPS and believe they should be able to locate my package.
I would appreciate your assistance as the items are quite expensive.
Thank you.

I'm Donald E Madetzke, an employee with Number [redacted]8 residing at [redacted]-484th Ave, Jasper MN [redacted]. I have a Payloc-[redacted] Finance # 46-[redacted] and am expecting a lump sum settlement from USPS. I've attempted to contact the USPS Financial Accounting Service Center in Eagan, Minnesota at 65-[redacted] ext [redacted] multiple times, but have been unable to reach a representative to confirm that my contributions will be maximized. The mailbox is full, making it impossible for me to leave a message or receive a return call.

I was expecting a package to be delivered by 4pm today. I received updates from FedEx stating that my package arrived at my USPS Local Office at 11:28am. I made sure to be home for the delivery. However, around 3pm, the delivery date was changed to Monday, 3/4/18. Despite the information from FedEx, I went to the Post Office to try to retrieve my package. The USPS Clerk informed me that they had indeed received packages from FedEx that day but were not allowed to release them until the next day. This situation seems frustrating and inconvenient. I would appreciate clarification on why FedEx packages are held overnight at the Post Office and the reasoning behind not being able to receive my package despite it being there.

Hello, my name is Sherry. I reside in Jasper, Arkansas, and recently renewed my PO Box subscription at the local Post Office using my Debit Card through the online portal. The payment went through successfully, and I received a confirmation email. However, I noticed that my Debit Card was charged $23.00 twice, which was not intended. I only meant to make a one-time payment of $23.00. I have never missed a payment before and simply wanted to extend my subscription for another 6 months. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this issue by refunding the duplicate charge of $23.00 back to my card. Thank you for your help.

I shipped a package of handmade items from Maryland to Colorado, and according to USPS tracking, it was delivered to the recipient's mailbox in Boulder on December 31, [redacted]. The recipient, who lives in an apartment building, was not home at the time of delivery so she did not receive it directly. She only contacted me over a month later, after searching her building and involving her local post office.
I attempted to report the package as lost online without success, as I was then informed that only a written report using an official USPS form would be accepted. I was unable to obtain the forms from my local post office before leaving town, and now that I'm back, I'm past the 60-day reporting limit. Despite filling out the necessary forms, I am hesitant to mail them without assurance that my claim will still be processed and that I will be reimbursed for the lost items and postage.
