Lately, I have encountered issues with several packages sent via Media Mail class from the Wayne Michigan Post Office. Over the years, I seldom faced problems until a few months ago when multiple packages didn't reach their destination. Regrettably, I did not track them previously. Currently, I have shifted to using the Westland Office for mailing and made it a point to retain receipts with book names listed, awaiting the packages' arrival. This process is more cumbersome than what I am accustomed to. I seek advice on a better method to address this situation. I mailed a surprise package to my grandson on 3/5/19 with an expected delivery date of 3/7/19. My package, which I have been eagerly waiting for, arrived in my city on Monday the 11th at 5:30 am. However, to my surprise, by 7:30 am, it was being scanned in another state. After confirming with Diberville postal worker Eddie that my address on the package was indeed correct, he contacted the postmaster in Orange Beach, Alabama, where my package had been mistakenly sent. The postmaster assured Eddie that it would be sent back to Diberville and should arrive by the morning of Tuesday the 12th. Despite this, I have yet to receive my package and was disheartened to see that on Wednesday the 13th, it was scanned in Orange Beach, Alabama at 8 am, indicating it had not been returned as promised. This unforeseen delay has left me feeling frustrated, and I urge for accountability for the mishap and a resolution to have the package delivered promptly.

I am currently trying to locate my package, with tracking number RN[redacted]33GB. The online tracking information shows an attempted delivery on 03.11.19, which isn't accurate as my husband was home and we have cameras that would have captured any such attempt. There was no delivery slip left either.
I tried to reschedule delivery for 03.13.19, but no attempt was made on that day either. I visited the North Carrier Annex in Fort Worth, where the front desk staff couldn't find the package. They acknowledged similar complaints and cited a recurring issue.
Contacting by phone has been unsuccessful as I can't reach a live person or have my calls answered at any center.
I simply want to retrieve my item. Since delivery attempts seem to be problematic, I am willing to pick it up if its location can be provided to me. Any assistance in locating the package would be greatly appreciated.

The local Postmaster at Sunny Side station is not answering the phone. When I call, someone picks up and hangs up without speaking. I have been trying to track a certified mail piece for 15 days with no help from USPS. The legal document was sent on 3/4 via certified mail from Sunnyside station. The Postmaster has been contacted, and she mentioned checking with the mail processing unit, known as the "plant." Despite this, I still have received no updates. The customer service phone line has a long wait time of 22 minutes before reaching a human. The Postmaster General of Denver seems inaccessible to customers. If I continue to receive no assistance, my next step will be contacting my elected representative.

I mailed a certified letter on Jan 14, [redacted]. Tracking initially showed it reached Colorado Springs, which was unexpected as I sent it from Salt Lake City to a Utah address. However, the tracking now indicates it was unable to be delivered and is on its way back to me. The tracking information stopped on March 8, [redacted], and I have yet to receive the returned envelope. I need this documentation for a government matter. If I cannot obtain the tracking page or the returned envelope with the certified information and receipt, I will request a failure of service letter from the post office as I have done so in the past. I haven't received any mail in the last two days. A package I was expecting on 3/18 was delayed due to an operational issue. Today, there was still no mail delivery, despite the tracking showing the same. I haven't received any mail since last week. This is becoming a common problem. When looking at reviews of the Roy, WA post office, the majority are negative with a 1.5-star rating. I've lived here for 7 years and have experienced the same issues mentioned in the reviews. They have made excuses like not being able to deliver when we were home and blaming bad weather, even though it was just rain with no flooding. The tracking shows it was at the post office, out for delivery, and then unable to deliver all within a short time frame of 45 minutes, which seems impossible.
