I mailed a check to my travel agent in Murray, Utah, on October 1st, but they claim they never received it. After the local post office in Cypress, CA returned the letter/check to me citing "undeliverable/no such address," I re-sent it via my local post office. Despite their assurance to forward it to the postmaster in Murray, it has not reached the travel agency even a week later. The address listed, Brian Judd Tours, [redacted] W. Sinchestr St. #[redacted], Murray, Utah [redacted], has been correct for years, and I've sent mail there many times without issue. This check is crucial as a final payment for my vacation, and I'm anxious for the travel agent to receive it. I ordered 2 slide pin bolts for my brakes, which were supposed to be delivered yesterday. Despite checking the tracking information, I discovered that the carrier claimed I requested to hold the package at the Post Office, which I did not do. No door tags were left either. I called USPS to hold the package so I could pick it up, but upon going to the Post Office, I found out that the package was rescheduled for delivery. I am frustrated that the transport status was altered without my consent, preventing me from receiving my order promptly.

I was expecting a package from Amazon, but despite receiving a delivery notification, it was never delivered (Tracking number #9[redacted] 7[redacted] [redacted] 99). After contacting the local post office, I was informed that it was misdelivered. The first person I spoke to promised to investigate but did not follow up. When I called back, I spoke to Kim Anderson-Tomei, who also confirmed the misdelivery. After several attempts to retrieve the package, they classified it as "irretrievably lost" without offering reimbursement for the lost contents. However, I have discovered that my certified mail was mistakenly sent to New York and is currently stuck in a loop between JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER and NEW YORK NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER. Since 07/31/18, we have been trying to obtain a legitimate title for a vehicle. We have made numerous requests for the title, a tracer, assistance, and a customer service number, but we have not received any helpful responses. Every time we contact our license bureau or post office branch, we are met with confusion and no solutions. We have been given conflicting instructions, asked to wait arbitrarily long periods, and even been told to change our address. This situation is causing us to potentially lose a $[redacted] investment, incur towing fees, and jeopardize our ownership proof of a vehicle bought from our grandfather. Our Property Management Group plans to tow the vehicle soon. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

According to the tracking service, delivery was attempted on October 10th but was not successful, and no delivery notice was left. The US Citizen and Immigration Services indicated that they sent permanent resident cards for Sancha Lama Tamang and her three children, Shadip Bista, Sharon Magar, and Bidhya Magar, on Aug 21, [redacted], to their previous address at [redacted] Teal Point Dr Apt B2, Charlotte NC 28[redacted]. After moving to [redacted] Albemarle Rd Apt W, Charlotte NC [redacted] in June, Birkha Magar and his family have not received the cards for the listed family members. Mr. Magar received his card, but the others have not been delivered. It seems that the USPS change of address form may not have included all family members' names, causing the issue. Is there a way to track and locate the missing cards? The USCIS Office states that the cards were not returned. Any help for this family's situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the postal delivery service for my address at [redacted] Quail Creek Ct in Reno, NV. I would like to report a concerning incident involving my mail delivery person. Today, on October 25th, while my front door was open but the security door was locked, my dog barked as the mailman approached. Upon retrieving my mail, the mailman threatened to withhold my deliveries in the future if I did not close the front door upon his arrival. I found this behavior inappropriate and upsetting. It's important for mail carriers to understand that dogs may bark, and this should not be a reason to withhold mail. I believe this issue needs to be addressed to ensure respectful and consistent mail delivery service.

Dear USPS, I recently made a purchase from Amazon and was informed of an attempted delivery on Wednesday, 10/24/18. The tracking information claims delivery was unsuccessful due to the carrier not being able to reach the front door, mailbox, or driveway. I find this unusual as our mailbox is conveniently located by the street, only five steps from the sidewalk. Additionally, a family member who was home all day confirmed receiving a different package from USPS. I have three USPS accounts and recently moved, so I requested a change of address and mail forwarding for all three accounts. Unfortunately, my account was suspended until I received a validation code in the mail. I didn't realize I would receive it later, so I entered random codes on the website, using up all my attempts. Now that I have the correct code, I can't verify my identity as I don't know which code corresponds to which account. My mailbox has been broken for a few weeks, making it impossible for me to access my mail since 9/28/[redacted]. Our store in Montclair, NJ, uses USPS for package deliveries Monday through Saturday. Our postal worker has been consistently harassing our employees about waiting for the packages. The packages cannot be left close to the door to prevent theft, and it only takes a short moment for us to bring them to her. Despite this, she often leaves without waiting or yells at our employees. We have endured this lack of professionalism for months, but today she once again left without giving us the short time needed to hand over the packages. I made a purchase on eBay recently and encountered issues with the delivery. The first time, the box arrived open and empty, and the second time, there was an address error. USPS sent me an email notifying me of this mistake, and after a phone call, I requested the package to be held at the Champlain USPS office. Surprisingly, the package was sent back even after confirming it would be held. I find it confusing that the USPS employee I spoke to was unaware of the return, and the email about the return was received more than 18 hours later. Despite the rush to return the package, it took 18 hours to provide an update. I am hoping to have the package returned to the Champlain USPS office for collection.

I sent two sets of checks to Merrill Lynch in Ocala, FL from Glenville, NY. The first set was mailed on 9/1, and the replacement was sent on 10/3 when the first set was not received. However, I recently discovered that the address at Merrill Lynch has changed from a PO box to FL9-[redacted]-01-00. Despite sending the checks, they have not been received by Merrill Lynch. My attempts to call the Ocala PO were unsuccessful as the calls were never connected. My local post office advised me to write to the new address directly. Merrill Lynch has informed me that the Ocala PO denied having any knowledge of my mail. I am concerned about the missing checks and the lack of response from the Ocala Postal Service. I have been trying to contact the postal service by phone to address the issues I am having with my postal delivery person. Several times, brand new books have been damaged because they do not fit in my mailbox, and instead of delivering them to my side door as requested, they are forcefully shoved into the mailbox. Today, I am unable to retrieve a book from the mailbox at all due to this ongoing problem. If this persists, USPS may be liable for the damaged books and mailbox. I am frustrated by the lack of success in reaching someone for assistance over the phone. It seems the postal delivery individuals do not prioritize customer care, which is disappointing.
