Despite being able to add the coins to my cart, I was repeatedly blocked from finalizing the purchase. This was a stark contrast to my past successful transactions on the site. The coins in question were unique editions with limited quantities, leading me to suspect potential internet interference. I made multiple attempts to contact usmint.gov through various listed phone numbers and emails but was unable to get any answers. As of November 10, [redacted], I have not received any responses. The issues I experienced while trying to access the website raise concerns about possible fraudulent activities or a security breach. I documented the problems I faced with screenshots during my login attempts on usmint.gov.

I am having trouble receiving my order. The problem began when I exceeded my credit card's limit, causing a delay in the shipment of my items from the Mint. Despite updating my payment methods, I faced an issue while trying to purchase the CC silver dollar online, as it was removed from my account during the payment process, which was frustrating after encountering network errors. I am considering ending my relationship with the Mint and exploring alternative sources for U.S. Coins. If I do not receive a response to this email, I am unsure of where else to seek assistance, especially since my calls to the Mint's phone line have been repeatedly disconnected.

My husband and I attempted to purchase two new phones with unlimited data, talk, and text, but we only received two sim cards. Our order was incorrect, and we were charged $[redacted].10. During customer service calls, I experienced inappropriate behavior from a representative. We have documented all our interactions and just want the $[redacted].10 refunded to our Discover card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will involve Discover. I have discovered discrepancies in data usage reporting with Mint Mobile. I have initiated the return of the sim cards and am willing to return the phones if they claim we never bought them. Our names are Rachel and Paul Wortman.
