Hello, I'm Jacek Danilczuk. I recently purchased tickets for Turkish Airlines flights on the 9th of December, TK93 from JED to Istanbul, and on the 10th of December, flight TK686 from Istanbul to Djibouti. After completing the transaction, I noticed a small error in my name. There is an extra "l" at the end of my last name on the reservation, showing as Jacek Danilczukl instead of Jacek Danilczuk. I purchased a ticket from Zanzibar to Cagliari through Turkish Airlines with flight numbers TK567 and TK1863 on December 21, [redacted]. I made a booking with Turkish Airlines through Opodo online.
Booking reference: MQEWRI. On January 21st at 18:00, I have a flight from Cape Town to Istanbul on TK45, with a connecting flight to LGW on TK [redacted].
I canceled the booking through Opodo because I mistakenly used my SA ID number instead of my SA Passport number.
Opodo processed the cancellation, which is fine. However, Turkish Airlines has already deducted R6993.82 from my account, and I still wish to proceed with the booking.
I kindly request Turkish Airlines to confirm my reservation for the mentioned flights.

Hello! I have a flight on the 14th of December with booking reference TZDS2T under the name Domante Bernotaite. The departure time for one of my return flights has been changed by only 5 minutes. However, when I attempt to confirm the flight, the system indicates there isn't enough time for the transfer and prompts me to choose an alternative flight. I recently received notice that the departure time of one of my flights has been modified, and I need to confirm whether I accept, change, or cancel the flight. I would like to accept the new time; however, there seems to be an error with the duration stated on my ticket. It states that the flight from Istanbul to Budapest should take 2 hours, but then it shows that the flight will occur from 19:10 to 19:15 on the same day. This conflicting information is confusing as a 5-minute flight doesn't seem possible.

Hello, I have a couple of issues I need help with:
1) I'm having trouble booking a seat. I only want a standard seat, not one near the emergency exit or with extra legroom for games. The system is only allowing me to select the special seats. Can I only choose a standard seat during check-in?
2) According to your website, my ticket includes the allowance for two checked bags of 23 kg each and one carry-on bag of 8 kg. Is this accurate or a mistake? It seems like a lot of luggage to bring. I'll be traveling from Italy to Japan in economy class. I want to be sure about the baggage allowance before I arrive at the airport with three bags.

Although there is a flight from SJO to Panama City with another airline. When I tried to check on the Turkish Airlines website, I only found options to start a new reservation and was unable to verify my existing flights. I am writing to you regarding a recent experience I had with Turkish Airlines on Tuesday, December 17, [redacted]. I had a flight with a connection from Paris to Istanbul (TK1830) and then from Istanbul to Montreal (TK35) with a friend. Upon arrival at Paris CDG airport and attempting to check in, I was asked for my Electronic Travel Authorization. While my friend, traveling with a tourist visa to Canada, had no issues, I, with a Working Holiday visa, encountered a problem. I presented the document containing both my visa and travel authorization, which the airline staff deemed insufficient.
Despite explaining that the authorization was automatically linked to my visa on the same document, they refused to let me board the plane. Subsequently, I missed my scheduled flight and had to book another one with a different company to reach Canada on the same day, which was a much smoother process. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for my Turkish Airlines flight, as their refusal was unjustified and led to additional expenses for me.

I have encountered extreme frustration while attempting to address a damaged bag matter. The reference number for this issue is DDP MEDTK15968.
During check-in at Miami airport, my bag was carelessly tossed onto the belt by airline staff, resulting in broken wheels. Despite reporting the incident to a supervisor and filing a claim upon arrival at my destination in Medinah, no progress has been made. Subsequent attempts to address the situation both online and upon return to Miami have also been ineffective. This experience has been highly disappointing coming from a reputable airline like yours. As a frequent Turkish Airlines passenger, I hold your customer service to a much higher standard than what has been demonstrated in this case.
