I have some inquiries about my last three tax filings with TurboTax. I cannot find where they included the amounts of my Alaskan Permanent Dividend Fund that I reported. I recently purchased the TurboTax Premium for [redacted] and would like to estimate my taxes. Before I proceed with adding my information, I have two questions that need clarification. I consulted with a CPA who couldn't help. I withdrew money from an IRA and promptly invested it in a house. In addition, I contributed $[redacted] to an IRA in [redacted] but did not handle the taxes properly. I might have submitted the wrong forms. I require assistance before I can proceed with my [redacted] TurboTax filing. - Lee Ann R.

While using Turbo Tax to file my tax return, I inputted my [redacted] A form from the Health Care Marketplace but did not include the [redacted] C form I received from my previous employer, as Turbo Tax didn't prompt me to do so. After researching online, I learned that I should have included the [redacted] C information. Now, I'm seeking guidance on how to amend my tax return to include the [redacted] C form without extra charges. Attempting to amend it on Turbo Tax proved to be unsuccessful as the [redacted] X form was unavailable. I am looking for assistance from Turbo Tax to rectify this issue promptly as I believe I might have missed out on a larger tax refund this year. Can someone provide a contact number for Turbo Tax support?

I spoke with a representative named Britney about my case number [redacted]21.
My issue is as follows:
I was in the process of filing my [redacted] federal and state tax returns. In [redacted], I worked in both California and Colorado. Recently, I discovered that I do not need to file a tax return in the state of California since my income there was only around $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I had already filed my California return (although I had not yet mailed it) before learning this. I asked Britney if I could switch to filing for Colorado instead of California at no additional cost for the second state, to save the $44 fee. She advised me to disregard the California filing, but I am unsure how to do so without affecting my Federal Tax return.
After our conversation, I have been unable to reach another agent as the automated system does not allow me to connect. I bought the software from Amazon, but I plan on purchasing directly from TurboTax next year for better customer service.
Thank you for your assistance.

I have selected to receive my tax refund via a money card and arranged for TurboTax fees to be taken from it. However, upon trying to print my return, I see it's set for direct deposit to a checking account I no longer have. I'm worried this will confuse the IRS. Shouldn't my money card information be on file? Please contact me via email to clarify. Thank you, D.M. Ross.

When I initially filed my tax return this year, I noticed a discrepancy between the amount quoted for my state refund and what I actually received. It was considerably lower than the expected amount of $[redacted] to $[redacted] that I had initially e-filed for. After receiving an email stating that my state refund was denied, I reviewed all the information on the app and everything seemed to be in order. This was my first experience with a refund being denied, so I was puzzled as everything appeared to be correct. I did not receive any notification regarding a reduced refund amount. Any insights on why this occurred would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have an auto-renewal set up for Turbotax Deluxe. Unfortunately, during the expected delivery timeframe, I was recovering from surgery and may have missed the delivery. I have been unable to find my account history to confirm if it was shipped and billed. If it was delivered, it might have been misplaced in the unopened mail during that period and accidentally discarded. I need assistance verifying the shipment status and exploring options for a replacement or download. I would also like to opt-out of the Oklahoma state tax software as I don't need it currently. Thank you.

I am using TT Premium for my personal returns and TT Business for an estate tax return on the same PC. After finishing my personal return and saving it, I started the estate return. Unfortunately, when I went back to look for my personal return, it had disappeared. I re-entered all the information, and it disappeared again. The personal file on my desktop doesn't open in Premier but opens in Business. It seems like having both programs on the same PC may be causing the issue. This is frustrating!

I used TurboTax to file my Arizona state taxes, but they were rejected twice due to missing forms. Despite attaching the Federal Schedule A form for itemized deductions on my state return, it still got rejected. Although I paid my federal taxes, the Arizona revenue bureau has no record of my state return. I hand-delivered my state return to the revenue department today. I am requesting a refund for the TurboTax fees I paid for e-filing the state return that didn't go through.

Hello! We have been using TurboTax to file our taxes for the past 8 years. Recently, we filed our Federal Tax return on 02/11/19 using the deluxe option and were charged $40.39 with order #EFE5T9U6D6AD200I. We have yet to file our State tax return. Surprisingly, when we received our refund on 02/21/19 via direct deposit, we noticed that $80.38 was deducted instead of just $40.39. We consulted our bank, Bank of America, who confirmed they do not charge a fee for tax refund direct deposits. We have not received any explanation for the additional deduction. We are concerned about any undisclosed charges and would appreciate clarification on why an extra $39.99 was deducted. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello! My spouse and I have been using Turbo Tax to file our taxes for the past 8 years. We recently filed our Federal Tax return on 02/11/19, opting to submit our State tax return at a later date. We utilized the deluxe filing option and were invoiced $40.39 with order number EFE5T9U6D6AD200I. This was the first time we did not file both Federal and State returns simultaneously. Upon receiving our refund via direct deposit on 02/21/19, we noticed that $80.38 was deducted instead of the expected $40.39. When we inquired with Bank of America, our bank, they confirmed no fees for tax refund direct deposits. We have not received any notification regarding this deduction. Can you please clarify why an extra $39.99 was subtracted from our total refund? We are concerned about any undisclosed charges not previously explained. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Marvin and Lori K. S. from Bristol, CT [redacted]

I resided in AL at the beginning of [redacted] until March, then moved to TX. While filling out my AL tax return, I mistakenly completed “Schedule ARA- Part 3 Alabama Renewal Act”. I am stuck at this point as it asks for the “address of local economic development organization,” which I am not associated with. The form shows (AL Tax Due) - $4,[redacted], but I did not owe AL anything last year and don’t expect to owe this year either as my federal refund stands at $4,[redacted]. I upgraded to the plus version to save my return but cannot clear and start over. I am disappointed with this upgrade and would like a refund if possible, reverting to the free version. Please help remove the Alabama Renewal Act- Growing Alabama Credit section so I may continue with my tax filing. I am undergoing major surgery on April 17th and need the tax refund to aid with medical expenses.

In January, I attempted to file my taxes but was informed that I needed an AIG number, which I found and entered. Even though I used the number from last year's taxes, it continues to be rejected. It is now March, and my taxes remain unfiled. I am now seeking a refund for the federal and state products I purchased, totaling $84 and some change.

I am facing two issues regarding my taxes this year. Firstly, I am unable to locate the feature on TurboTax that helped me determine my ROTH IRA contribution limit last year. Can someone assist me in finding this information for this tax year based on my current contributions? Secondly, I am unsure how to transfer funds from my Traditional IRA to my Roth IRA using TurboTax. I could not locate the screens to enter the transfer amount accurately. I would appreciate guidance on the process of moving money between these accounts within the software. I would be open to phone support if available, as the current options seem limited unless paid for. It would be beneficial if TurboTax offered phone assistance for users experiencing difficulties with the software.

I am having two issues that I need assistance with. Firstly, last year I used TurboTax to calculate my ROTH IRA contribution limit, but this year I can't find the same feature. Could someone guide me on how to do this and also help me understand my contribution limit for this year? I would prefer to receive assistance over the phone. Thank you.

I have been using your tax services for almost four years now. To my surprise, last year I was charged for filing my taxes. Seeing the deduction of $99.98 for this year made me really upset. I strongly believe that doing your taxes should not come with a fee. I opted for the "FREE" option, but still ended up with charges of $39.99 and $59.99, which is unacceptable. Upon noticing this, I switched to another tax website that didn't deduct any amount from my return. It's disheartening because I liked working with your team and filing through your services. Sadly, I won't be using your services anymore as I can't justify these exorbitant charges for tax filing. I suggest revising your "free" option to reflect the actual charges or reverting to the previous practice of not charging users. Thank you, Cayde.

I purchased the Turbo Tax Premier version. When attempting to Netfile, I encountered this error message: "TurboTax received numerous change requests from CRA right before the start of Netfile. We are in the process of finalizing these changes and ensuring that we can stand behind our [redacted]% accuracy guarantee. As a result, you won't be able to file your return at the moment. Netfile should be available to you by the end of February [redacted], so come back then to file your return." Additionally, it indicates that I require a final version of one or more forms before submitting my return.

TurboTax has recently received several change requests from the CRA just before the Netfile begins. We are currently working on these modifications to ensure we uphold our [redacted]% accuracy guarantee. Consequently, you will not be able to file your return at this time. Netfile is expected to be accessible by the end of February [redacted]. We recommend returning at that time to submit your return.
Judy, you need the final version of one or more of your forms before you can proceed with submitting your return.

I was recently charged for both the basic and deluxe packages when filing my income taxes this year. After speaking with a TurboTax representative, I was informed that the extra charge would be deducted from my federal return as payment for their services. Additionally, the representative mentioned that I will receive a separate $60 check from TurboTax as a refund for being overcharged. I am seeking an update on the status of this refund check. Thank you.
